• Kamarol (6/5): Economy Stay - Near with my meeting destination. Silent and peace. Spectactular sea view. Cleanliness and poor maintenance sorrounding landscape.
• miraa (1/5): 0/10 - I am not satisfied with my room because the toilet was very dirty , the bed sheet also dirty too and can see like a blood stain and very smelly ! was booking for 3bedroom however all the 3bedroom was very dirty and dusted ! Not worh it with the price !! The floor wood was broke and they cover up with Carpet !Also check in by 3PM and can't watch television because of remote was missing and waiting within 1hrs 30min for technician/house keeping come ! I bring my kids for swimming there but the water very dirty ! Like they didn't take care of the pool ! Seriously really bad experience! 0/10 !!!!

• Naqibah (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Memang menyesal book sini dan tidak akan datang lagi 👎🏼 - Nothing Semua. Kami minta sea view tapi dapat bilik hujung dan opposite dengan hutan walhal banyak je bilik yang dekat dengan lobby and tetap seaview tapi bagi jugak kami bilik hujung dunia. Langsung tak nampak laut. Surrounding banyak monyet. Anak-anak jadi takut nak keluar bilik. 👎🏼 Bilik nampak macam lama tidak berpenghuni and tak maintain. Lantai kotor. Ada bilik yg aircond tak function, tak rasa angin. Cleanliness bilik memang out. Tandas ada cicak dan takde tempat gantung tuala. Tandas longkang tersumbat.

• Siti Nor Zawani (3/5): Its didn't meet my expectation - Breakfast ok. Registration no need to wait, so fast. The bed n comforter need to change . The housekeeping also need efficient team.
• Tim (3/5): I wouldn't recommend this place. - The location was good. The breakfast wasn't good and the cat was in the pan eating rice when we came to the breakfast buffet. The receptionist wasn't there when we came to the resort and we had to wait a some time to be able to do the check in.

• Jejaka Nusantara (5/5): Gloomy horror in the calmness holiday - I really appreciate they give me the sea view room. The room was not too clean. Bathroom is gloomy and some part of the door has dent. Ants are entering the floor toilet and making their nest. The breakfast menu is poor.

• Nur Aishah (6/5): Wishing them a successful come-back - I like the location and the beach. The chalet was the type of old-style colonialism, I suppose. I love the kampung-style veranda for us to lounge and laze. However the resort needs more work, I suppose it's trying to make a come-back after a long hiatus. So if you're the fussy neat-freak annoying complainer - then kindly do not go to this resort yet until it's become more prosperous. 1. I wished that they have more choice for breakfast but the food tasted good. 2. Some of the rooftops were spoiled so there were leaks especially during heavy rain. However we still managed to get a good night's sleep 3. The staff seemed overworked but I did not receive rude or sour responses when requesting for their assistance. 4. I wished that they had available QRpay services or online banking available. It was quite a hassle for me to prepare cash for deposit etc. 5. Beware of the monkeys but they only came to visit you if you have visible food waste around. Our place was spared from a food rampage but the monkeys did make their presence known in the morning.

Terbaik 👏🏼 No internet connection, pengurusan masa yang tidak tepat untuk check in, hanya ada 1 line utk semua check in sama ada secara walk in atau online. pengurus tak ada inisiatif untuk datang terangkan dan tenangkan pengunjung yang hampir 1jam 30minit tunggu untuk check in sehingga hampir jam 5pm. Utamakan pengunjung yang sudah membuat tempahan melalui online sebab mereka dan settle payment,,

The environment is also great, not too busy. almost private beach. great swimming pool. got place for sunset view even though the view was blocked. for the first time in my travelling life, the staf did not stanby during check out. haha the cleanliness of the room can be improve. a lot of dust and sand. the sheet got some stains. only shampoo and soap were given. 2 towel. no hair dryer and laundry bag. and when i came, no wifi and tv but were notified earlier. but maybe they should compensate a bit. Also, the breakfast was disappointing, no enough and no control.

• Mohd Hashimi (1/5): Avoid at All Costs - felt cheated - I booked 2 nights but had to leave after 1 because the conditions were unsafe and filthy: mouldy walls, leaking ceiling, stained sheets, broken AC, and a dirty pool. Nothing like the photos online. At check-out, I was told a refund would be possible if I had booked directly, but since I used Booking.com, I had to claim through them. I did, only to be told the hotel refused even a partial refund. This is completely misleading and feels like a scam.

Other things were OK. Very close to the beach, got the beach view. Ample parking. Cozy. During my stay, was told wifi and TV were out of service.

• Shida Ahmad (9/5): First Time At Lovita Tanjung Bidara Beach Resort. - I like the scenery with beautiful beach. Very reasonable price with clean room. All the staff was excellent, helpful and warm welcome. Superior room with complete basic facilities which i'm not expecting more. A bit smelly from the toilet while flushing. The toilet was clean and I'm assume its came from the old sewage system and needs to be renovated and upgraded.

Last day - my keys not working. • No WiFi, No TV but no price reduction • No breakfast option • Lighting in the room was bad • The cleaner forgot to clean the soap on toilet tiles. We almost slipped when enter the toilet. • Definitely not coming back

When asked for cooperation in returning the money, the resort is not responsible. I request the booking office to close this resort from being advertised.

Jalan kaki je ke foodcourt tg bidara( 7pm tu dah tutup...)tapi xbanyak pilihan sgt...kalau nak sedap2 kena keluar lah. -Bilik ok je .parking senang ..depan pintu je ( Sy blok a) -Ada kedai di dlm resort ,vending mesin (boleh guna debit or cash.) - Kalau nak privasi...boleh kat sini.. -Pantai di resort Agak kotor masa hari pertama sampai....kena mandi di kawasan tg bidara..tapi hari kedua awal pagi nampak majlis sdg bersihkan sampah2 dia kawasna pantai. -Bawa awal2 berus dan ubat gigi ( sbb tiada di sediakan) .tuala , hanger, sejadah Sabun Dan syampoo ada disediakan. -Suasana mmg tenang dan suram di waktu malam -Jaga2 dgn moyet...malam2 Memanjat di luar tingkap bilik sy. -Koridor dan kaki lima agak berhabuk,berpasir, bersawang...mungkin kurang kakitangan nak bersihkan -TV tiada siaran atas alasan sedang di baiki..(sepatut pihak resort bagitau awal2 kepada guest masa sdng buat tempahan...bukan nya masa sampai baru nak bagitau...staff bagitau sudah 2minggu tv masalah.. ..dalam 2 minggu tu tiada apa2 usaha ke nak baiki masalah itu? If ada guest lain check in selepas ini ..mereka bagitau tv tiada siaran...bermaksud mereka xkan repair tv tu sampai bila2. -Wifi ada tapi hanya di lobby sahaja...Line Maxis/hotlink/Umobile/ tiada coverage dia sana.. -bayangkan tiada tv dan wifi bilik....nak buat kerje pun susah. -Double confirm jika anda check in disini...termasuk sarapan atau tidak..sbb jika tempah di booking.com...tiada pakej sekali sarapan..( yg saya punya lah.) staff kata yg temph direct ke resort je ada sarapan. ..frust juga sbb xdi beritahu -Last day nak check Out ..tiada sesiapa di reception ..hanya ada staf sedang menyapu di tepi pool...sy tanya dia mane staff reception...dia kata belum sampai lagi...bersusah payah dia call org yg jaga reception....last2 staff tu minta budak tu yg uruskan ..staff tu arah guna fone...kalau ikutkan banyak sy nak tanya masa check out...tapi x fairlah budak yg menyapu itu yg nak menjawap...but thanks staff menyapu itu sbb ada effort nak bantu sy uruskan check out sy. -Soryy Lovita...if sy nak ke tg bidara lagi...xmungkin sy datang check in disini lagi.

• rupina (2/5): - view sahaja Kena scam check in sana signal tv xde, wifi pun tak ada. Bila keluar tanya kaunter baru nak cakap wifi problem dah 2,3 hari sama jg dgn signal tv x dpt. Susah nak cari makan kena keluar naik kereta. Bilik tak bersih banyak ulat2 terbang. Lampu koridor pun dah berapa lama rosak tak diperbaiki dah la dekat tangga blh tersungkur kalau silap step. Last stay sini..T.q
