Coole Bar, jedoch konnte die eine Bar-Damen keinen Whiskey Sauer machen. wir 4 Bier in die Mini Bar bestellt online, was cool ist. jedoch sind die vier Bier offen gekommen. wir wollten sie eigentlich in den Kühlschrank legen für einen späteren Zeitpunkt.

- Erik (10/5): Super locatie en ik zou weer terug komen! - Fijne moderne kamers en een heerlijk zwembad! Met een super ontbijt! De matrassen waren voor mij te hard. Maar dat is heel persoonlijk, de rest van mijn gezin had daar geen last van.

- Marina (6/5): Sauna and jacuzzi open at 8 till 10 would be great - The location is good, has swimming pool which is nice, location is beautiful, it has parking, so very comfortable to reach. Even if it has a swimming pool, sauna, which is nice, you need to note that sauna, jacuzzi works just from 3-8 pm making it almost impossible to use it as you suppose to spend days in the mountains or so, also we experienced issues with water, was no hot water for couple of hours and for this price room was tiny, but expensive.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The property was very welcoming and had a unique vibe. We really liked the sitting areas in the front and near the bar. It was great to have key card activated lockers as well. We didn't actually realize how many sauna and relaxation areas were available to us until the last day as the instructions were a little vague. But I enjoyed our visit and would stay again. It was walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket, and we were able to ski down close to the hotel and walk the rest of the way back.

- Nicole (8/5): I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Wolkenstein. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortab - The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to the main lift. Breakfast was fantastic.

- Emma (1/5): Terrible terrible and terrible again! - Very little I’m afraid. Not good value for money and awful rude staff. See below. Very difficult to sum up how awful the experience of staying at this hotel really was. The staff were so rude, constantly enforcing ridiculous hotel ‘rules’ but without any charm whatsoever, in fact they were aggressive towards me, my husband and teenage children. The facilities are no where near what you’d expect of a 4* hotel. I paid nearly £1000 a night for 2 double rooms that were tiny with a balcony that could fit one person and was so old no one dare even try it! We were kept awake all night by a dog barking in another room. There is no soundproofing. We were woken every time someone called the lift next to our room. The pillows were stained with brown and red marks and despite me asking for them to be changed, this did not happen for two days. I asked to meet the manager to speak about all these complaints before writing this review and he ignored me for 3 days and when I checked out he hid in an office pretending not to be there. Pathetic. DO NOT come to this hotel!

- Vladimir (7/5): Good - Nice hotel at the great location. Spa was very clean and most of the staff was nice and friendly. We traveled as group of 3 friends on skiing trip. Room didn’t look like rooms on their photos. Shower was in the middle of the room without any privacy. We asked hotel to change the room but they seemed like they didn’t care at all about our complaints. Asked for some hot water at the bar for some medications I was taking they wanted to charge me for that. Buffet was available but nobody let us know about it and they refused to let us use some of it one day because we were late ONE MINUTE.

The hotel don’t permit to take a shower (around 11.30) after a short hike on check out day. Stupid rule since there are showers at the pool

The employee on reception when we left refused to let us use the pool for a short time after checkout due to 'a lack of changing facilities'. This was very out of step with the other staff who were extremely helpful and a bit unnecessary.

- Claudia (6/5): - I was so excited for our stay at this property after seeing the photos of the pool area but was sadly disappointed when we arrived & the entire patio was under construction. The pool was cold & there were construction workers eating lunch all over the yard staring at me in my bathing suit which made me uncomfortable., The hotel is cute & staff is nice. Breakfast was good. I found the rooms uncomfortable, especially the beds. There is free parking on site, but not much. I imagine during the high season it will be more challenging to park. Overall, it was an ok stay. I expected more.

- Joe (2/5): False advertising on the part of the hotel. . - We booked a room with a double bed and a couch.. When we arrived the room only had a double bed and barely any room to walk around. When we brought this to the attention of the reception desk manager we were told we had to pay 50 euros more per night if we wanted a room with a couch.

- Toms (9/5): Great week-long stay - Staff, facilities and the view is fantastic. Spa was luxurious. Food was great both at breakfast and dinner. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Wolkenstein. Ski slopes were accessible both by shuttle to two different ski lifts and by walking to saslong 400m. As for hiking - right by the hotel goes by the bahnweg trail. Also hotel surprised us with included cake hour, finger food hour at the bar for the guests and there was live music one night. in bathrooms there could have been more toiletries then just shampoo.

- K (9/5): Amazing views. - Beautiful location and fantastic views. The Freud Suite was amazing. Excellent breakfast. The sauna was open for very limited hours. One of the toilets hadn't been flushed/cleaned when we arrived. I asked the staff to come clean it and they did.

- Robert (4/5): Almost there.. needs to work out some bugs.. - Nice pool and facilities, but most not working. Rooms were sparse, no garbage bins in the room… one tiny one in the bathroom, horrible toilet paper, no soaps ( silly squeeze bottle ) , no bottled water. Restaurant buffet only… $60 euro
- Christina (7/5): Good location for skiing access. beautiful scenery and spa. could have been more comfortable. - the location near the bus stop was spectacular. the facilities were large and nice. breakfast was great. the beds were very hard and the spa and sauna were not very hot. also, we had a little trouble with taxis and needed to convince the staff to help us find one.
