- Kate (10/5): - Fantastic view, super comfy bed and amenities in the room were fabulous.
Location was fabulous for access to Optus Stadium and the Swan River.

- mark (10/5): -
- Michelle (5/5): - Heated pool I don’t understand we paid for valet parking dropped it off at the top when we got there expecting it to be at the top when we leave but no we have to walk downstairs with our bags and then wait outside while they get our car when we used to stay there, they used to bring it up the top. Why has that changed? We’re paying for a service if we got a lug our own bags down to our own car and pay for valet parking then we might as well just park in the car park.
Because I had booked in under Michelle Gandy when my husband Brad gave the keys to the valet parking Bloke he said name he said Brad they had our bags that took an hour and a half for us to get our bags. I went down and said where are our bags? They come back and said oh sorry cause you put your car under Brad we had no bread in our system because you booked in under Michelle that’s a bit fucking poor I’m afraid we all arrived there together if they wanted our last name why didn’t they say last name? Not name I think your staff needs to be trained up because she wasn’t too concerned that I hadn’t got my bags and then virtually tried to blame me because we use the wrong name
I could go on, but I haven’t got time
- Amila Koswattage (1/5): - Food Night lamp was a pop up one and it was switched off my using a piece of cardboard. You would not expect that from the best hotel in Perth
- Niamh (10/5): - The experience is fabulous Pool side service was very slow
- Jay (10/5): Always feeling like a rock star - My partner and myself have stayed here numerous times. We absolutely love the view of the river, the in room dining menu is exceptional and the steak is absolutely sensational. The mini bar (while pricey) is fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. I always target the Johnnie Walker Black Label and the champagne in the fridge aswell as having a bottle if champagne already on ice on the table when we enter our room. The quality of service here is second to none on all levels and aspects. We absolutely love the coffee from TWR and the gym facilities are really awesome and have everything you need. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for some 5 star treatment and while youre here a booking at Rockpool Bar and grill restaurant is an absolute must. And I also highly recommend grabbing your partner and go and sip some very fine wine over a steak tartare down at the Gladstone's wine bar. Beautifully lit with a real vibe of sophistication. I honestly cannot fault the Crown Towers. I guess if there is one thing I dont like about the place is that eventually our stays come to an end and we have to leave. But it always leaves us wanting more so we always come back.
- Julie (10/5): Perfect - Luxurious…I loved everything. There was nothing I didn’t like.
- Willis (10/5): -
- Nigel (10/5): Very comfortable stay with an amazing view over the river - We were upgraded to a suite which was huge and fully equipped.
It had a beautiful panoramic view of the Swan river and Optus stadium The location is quite isolated from activity outside the hotel area
- Sean (10/5): - Very good
- Brooks (10/5): - Everything was perfect, staff were very professional and friendly, well looked after very clean everywhere. Access to anything needed close by. The spa and massage is an amazing experience. Very well done. Overall a magical time.
- Lonnie (10/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): -
- Kane (10/5): Lonely - Nice Nothing
- Toy (9/5): Perfect for a little staycation over night. Will be back and will bring my children next time. - Room was very spacious and clean. We got an upgrade on our room to a better view than what we orginally booked. Had a view of Perth City, The Towers pool the River. Was lovely Prices on the drinks / snacks- were a bit high in my opinion.
- Gina GAO (10/5): - excellent view Reception area, always waiting!
- Shantel (10/5): -
- Chris (8/5): -
- Ronel (10/5): - Location, pool Room was dusty
- Kerry (8/5): Nice venue for special anniversary stay. - Great city and river views from corner room. Lovely finish and decor in spacious room.
Hotel kindly provided complimentary champagne and a choc cake in our room to share for our special anniversary.
Staff attention to detail and predicting possible needs was very good, as you would expect from an expensive property. Their online system seemed to be disconnected from the check in process. I had already provided my credit card twice online yet it was needed again. Also had pre-advised of the special occasion by email on reservation confirmation, but it was not recorded against my booking. Reception kindly also offered us late check out (which when requested earlier via the reservation email it had been indicated was not available.)

Fantastic staff, ever so helpful. And the house keeping team is absolutely beautiful. They are amazing. Such lovely ladies.
Great facilities. The kids loved the pool.
We can’t wait to return to Perth and stay at Crown.
A must stay if you’re from interstate heading to the footy or an event at Optus stadium. It’s walking distance!

- Adrian (10/5): Lovely Mother’s Day spent at towers - Always love the towers Pool was freezing this time
- Danielle (6/5): It was comfortable clean and staff were amazing. Apart from no tv and the lights and blinds issue it was good - Room was huge and we were lucky to be able to check in early.
Bed was insanely comfortable Our tv didn’t work and the remote blinds and lights function on the tablet were very delayed in working. For the $330 per night I expected everything to be perfect.

- ANTHONY (10/5): Good - Clean N/A
- Gabrielle (10/5): Amazing - It is lovely and so relaxing to stay at the Crown in Perth The pool needs maintenance work- the tiles were falling off and the pool was dirty around the handrail.
berries from the palms were in the bottom of the pool- hundreds of them!!
the toilets need non slip mats as the floor was so slippery near the adult pool area.

- Brett (9/5): -
- Cross (10/5): - Hotel was amazing and amenities were incredible we were offered a upgrade on our room and the staff were amazing including extras and the view was incredible Our room wasnt quiet ready we didnt have robes or slippers and the conditioner in the shower was empty room was a little dusty we also called for someone to collect our bags and after waiting 45 minutes we ended up carrying them down ourselfs also had and issue with a family member being refused entry into the casino claiming he was intoxicated when he has a medical condition and has been there multiple times before with no issue

Public toilets dirty
Not enough staff in some bars causing 40 mins wait for glass of wine x3 , staff not as attentive as before.
Remote in rooms not working properly.
Poor room service
- Glenn (8/5): Overall pretty good - Great location and we were offered an upgrade to a room with a magnificent view of the swan river and the city The bathroom floor had not been mopped and there were pee stains in front of the toilet, the body wash was empty.
- Joanne (7/5): Was a nice staycation but not worth the money - Great location and outlook Bath plug was broken so couldn’t use the bath as water would just drain.
Very busy at check-in and staff were not very friendly.
- Ni (8/5): -
- Brown (9/5): Ultimate refreshing - Everything was easy on hand restaurants very friendly staff beautiful veiws Nothing awesome experience
- Shaun (10/5): -
- Joyce (10/5): Would love to come back again, definitely. - The Room was excellent! Nothing to report.
- Eleanor (10/5): -
- Niel (7/5): -
- Marko (3/5): - Location and how new everything looks When we booked our room, the pictures of the view from the room were of the river and the bridge and the optus stadium. When we got there we ended up having a view of the car park and the roof of the other crown hotel.
Second of all you have to pay for the spa and sauna, for a five star hotel it doesnt compare to the other world hotels in the complimentary things.
When we tried to change the room or ask for something it was very hard to get answers.
Not really kid friendly either.
They look like they are looking for more of high class clientele and the gambling clientele.
- House (10/5): -
- Nicola (10/5): -
- Liam (10/5): -
- Armstrong (10/5): -
- Wendy (8/5): Great trip to see Perth and WA for the first time - Great security and accessible to facilities Nothing
- Hamane (10/5): A higher floor would’ve been added significantly to the perfect stay. - Everything Lower floor - room on 2nd floor.
- Theophilous (10/5): - Crystal club was amazing. The city view and the food was great. Our room was great, we loved it. Booking one day was a mistake. Next time we need to stay for more than a day to enjoy what Crown has to offer. There is nothing we did not like about the place.
- Jodie (10/5): -
- Rhian (9/5): Lovely stay. Wish they paid more attention to cleanliness. - It was a beautiful suit with incredible views. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned proper and had marks and hair everywhere… I called the front desk when I first noticed and they cleaned the room. When I looked again there was still marks and hair in and around the bath tub and toilet. For almost $1000 room I thought it would have been spotless so I’m a bit disappointed about that.
- Sarah (10/5): Amazing girly night away, spa, pool wonderful xxx - Amazing, the room was so good & the bathrobes xx Blinds didn’t open from the iPad
- RUSSELL (10/5): -
- Blue (7/5): A good stay! - The location is amazing There was a few things in the room which were broken : coffee machine, iron table, electrical shades and blind on one side
- Bethia (9/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): -
- Simon & Amanda (9/5): Lovely 4 days - Crown is always fun! - Location, views and facilities on offer… It is getting tired and wasn’t as clean as i have experienced previously
