• Christine (10/5): - Facilities Views Location, all staff were very helpful. They made you feel very welcome and nothing was a bother to them. There is three floors no lift and stairs to main level. This would only be an issue if you have mobility issues.

• Wilson (9/5): - The view was lovely the staff very pleasant and accomadating There was no hand rail to help you in or out the pool we had our dad and it wad hard getting him in and out without anything to hold on to. If your onthe bottom floor people tend to lie right outside your window well they did ours room 3 and i felt no privacy so your better on a upper apartment

• Jeniifer (8/5): The stay was very comfortable, the staff were especially helpful and friendly. The location is grate with just a small 1 - Extremely good location, great facilities and very clean. Also the staff were all lovely. Only one very small comment. One morning the cleaners came early and we were still sleeping. We asked them to return later but they didn’t. Other than that no complaints at all.

• Susan (10/5): A perfect place for a relaxing visit, where you can chill by a lovely pool and admire the wonderful view. - The property is in a great location, and being formed of a small number of rooms you can be sure that it is never too busy and so perfect for a relaxing break. The team ensure you have all you need for a good visit and it is a special place form which to enjoy the town, or the wider island. This is a great place to stay.

Falta de intimidad, mucho ruido de los huéspedes, los vecinos fumaban y dejaban mi apartamento oliendo todo el dia, falta de seguridad, no hay ni una cámara se me intentaron meter a las 4:30 de la mańana en el apartamento y menos mal q escuché el ruido en la cerradura y me levanté y al hacer ruido huyeron, llamo al recepcionista q estreno los Maracaibo y se lo comento, me dice q seguro q fue uno q vino bebido le dije q no era el caso y q revisara cámaras me dice creo q si tengo cámaras, le digo q me lo gestione y me hable al móvil para quedarnos más trankilos y nada a las 6:00 de la mańana nos marchamos del complejo y cuando le voy a entregar las llaves estaba el hombre muy ocupado con su móvil 🤬

Per il resto la struttura è l’appartamento erano ottimi di posizione, ben curato e pieno di luce Che il bagno non era finestrato, che non c’era l’ascensore per il trasporto valigie e che si creavano spesso in zone della cucina formiche
• Ana (10/5): - El alojamiento es espectacular, luminoso, muy cómodo, y muy limpio. Bien ubicado y cerca de Maspalomas, Mogán y de las playas más bonitas del sur de la isla. El personal de recepción es muy amable.
• Sara (10/5): Espectacular - Nos encantó todo. Super limpio, mejor de lo que sale en fotos, super tranquilo, tienes cerca el supermercado, la playa a pocos minutos a pie. La verdad que repetiría sin duda. Si se pudiera poner ha la televisión un brazo para poder moverla porque le daba muchísima claridad de la ventana de la cocina y no se veía bien.

• Cyntia (10/5): - A recepciós nagyon kedves volt, segítőkész, ajánlott nekünk programokat. A szállás nagyon szép volt, felszerelt, az elhelyezkedés is nagyszerű, gyönyörű kilátással.🥰 Az ágy egy kicsit kényelmetlen volt.
• salah (2/5): Villa magna sejour catastrophique et horrible - A l'arrivee on a dû batailler et mettre la pression lors du checking pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur mer comme promis sur lannonce Var au depart une chmabre au rez de chaussee allait nous etre attribue. La dame au service d'accueil qui se trouvait sur un autre batimenet etait sans doute le seul point positif et agreable dans ce booking. En gros on a aimé: la vue depuis lappt attribué au final... La personne de l'accueil qui est une PRO Permettez moi dabord de dire que c'est une honte pour booking de proposer des biens comme celui ci. Jai souvent fait mes reservations et celles de ma famille a travers votre site. Mais cette fois ci etait totalement catastrophique et on s'est senti pris au piege tout au long du sejour. 1. Le batiment de La villa magna est meconnaissable etant donne qu'il n'y rien qui indique l'existance de letablissement... meme pas une affiche ou une indication. La localisation et adresse ne suffisent pas. 2. Le cheking dois se faire dans un autre batiment plus loin (300m). Ce qui netait pas indiqué au prealable dans les instructions. C complique pas pratique et prendre en compte la pente/montee... 3. Les photos et lannonce indiquent une vue sur mer. Or il nous a ete reserve un appt au rez de chaussee(sans vue). On a du mettre la pression lors du checkin.... ce qui est desagreable comme premier contact. 4. Chaque jour ( matin et soir) les sac poubelles des femmes de menages et autres sont entrepose devant lentree de lapprt. 5. Laporte devient un point de rencontre des agents de service et menage. Ca parle tres fort sans parler du bruit de leur travail 5. Le menage ne se fait pas souvent. Malgre sii on affiche le renvers de poncarte Do not distrub( donc keep clean) 6. Presence de fourmis partout ds lappt. Cuisine et SdB. 7. Serviettes bain salles et dechirees voir photos. 8. Draps changées de la journee crasseux... prensence de taches noire et jaunatre (voir photos) 9. Etat desastreux de cerains parasoles voir photos 10. Prensece de cables electrique apparent en sale de bain... dans detre electrocuté et danger d mort

• Andrew (8/5): Great view from second floor, would return - Location is good overlooking the beach and marina. There are five apartments on each of three levels all facing the bay/marina. We were initially given an apartment on the ground floor: the view from this apartment was not so good as our sea view was obscured by guests using the swimming pool/sunbathing area plus obviously it is not as high as the apartments on the higher floors and any guests in the pool or on the sun loungers are very close to your 'balcony' We asked to be moved and were offered an apartment on the second (top) floor for the 4th night onwards - what a difference! The view was great (see photo)! Definitely request an apartment on the second floor and if you get an apartment on the ground floor ask if you can be moved. The view from the first floor would also be good. The apartments are good and offer value for money but could do with a little TLC but they are clean and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. There is also a Hiper Dino supermarket 100 metres away which was very useful. The shower water temperature varied drastically if a tap in our or another apartment was used and could become scalding hot immediately as we found out

• Doug (9/5): Easy to find and great location. - The apartment was very well located overlooking the Port yes you do need to be fairly fit to walk up and down to the port or beach. The apartments have their own swimming pool away from the main hotel. The Restaurant was excellent Would have been good to have some English channels on the tv.

• Allan (7/5): We stayed a week , the stay was great with comfy beds and a great wee pool.The apartment - Parking was the only issue :nothing to do with the hotel , the main road up to the apartments were being resurfaced,and you had quite a struggle to get parked but these things happen ? ?? All queries were answered if we had any issues ,so nothing we didn’t like !

View is stunning, and the bonus is you can cut through the Maricaibo to get to the beach. NOISE!! We received no prior notice to the clearly ongoing roadworks right outside the apartment. We had to leave the pool area most days and go out due to the constant drilling, hammering, generators and dumper truck noise, not relaxing Had we been notified we would have cancelled and booked another accommodation. I have messaged the apartments serval times but had no response before I posted my review.

• Jared (5/5): Lovely hotel, very disappointing start - It is clean and comfortable in a great location We arrived and were not put in the hotel we had paid for. We spent a night in a different hotel. We had not been emailed about this before arrival. Then they informed us that we had to leave that room by 10am as they had other guests coming in and our room wouldn’t be ready till 3. So we had to repack and wait for 5 hours till we could get into our hotel we had booked. We didn’t get offered a refund for the night and I feel we should have got compensation for the upset it caused as it disrupted 2 days of our holiday and we didn’t get what we had paid for.
• Luke (10/5): Everything we wanted & more. - We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, it was kept extremely clean at all times and we especially loved having our bedsheets changed half way through and getting new fresh towels every day. Julia, the cleaner, was so friendly, she worked so hard the whole time to make sure we were having the best time. We were lucky that we went at a quiet time as we had the pool to ourselves and it was nice and peaceful. We loved being able to cook some meals in as there is a shop very nearby. All in all it was the perfect stay, would definitely recommend. The only issue we had was with our door, it was difficult to shut and lock sometimes (could've been due to the heat) but aside from that everything was great.
