- shirley (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay at this friendly ,well located budget hotel. Very quirky, with parking . Just a very shortealk into the quaint centre of Evreux. Having a bar and restaurant was an added bonus. Comfortable beds and great shower. I recommend if you are in this area.

Lots of attention paid to being eco-friendly and eliminating unnecessary waste. The example the Greet showed was admirable and gave us a sense of being in a caring environment. Room was clean, comfortable, adequately equipped and met our needs. Only moan was that there was no net curtain on window. We were overlooked from apartments across the road, so had to keep curtain closed.

- Laurent (6/5): Désenchantée par la prestation - When I arrived in room 112 I was surprised to find that there was no main light but only bedside lamps, so I went back to the night watchman who was unaware of this and couldn't find an exchange solution. Then I went through the bathroom which was very clean but had a latent bad smell and when I took a shower in the morning I noticed that the shower hose was leaking at the shower head... As I had to leave, I reported everything to the receptionist, who had not been informed of the night's situation and took note of everything, but no commercial gesture was made, which is a great pity... Do you think you can do anything about this? We look forward to hearing from you. Sincerly Laurent

Seul bémol c'est l'insonorisation des chambres.. .j'ai eu l'impression d'etre dans une chambre commune entre les conversation telephonique, les différents programmes TV des vousins et malheureusement le ronflements d'un d'entre eux. .mou qui decouche environ 3 soirs par semaines il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas croisé une telle situation. ..cela me rappelle un peu les formules 1 d'il y a 30 ans.....dommage l'equipe est superbe...attention aussi de ne pas trop s'enflammer sur les prix des extras ......

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hôtel au concept sympathique - un peu bruyant - J'aime particulièrement le concept de l'hôtel, la prédominance du bois et d'objets insolites en rapport avec le vélo c'est original. Les chambres sont plutôt grandes. Le lit avec deux demi-couvertures peut surprendre mais n'est pas dérangeant. Les salles d'eau sont propres. Le gros point négatif c'est le bruit, lors de mes passages, des bruits entre 00h et 1h30 sont insupportables, des travaux ? Il serait judicieux de trouver la source et de rectifier cela. L'équipe est souriante et sympathique. J'envisage de revenir.

Lit double séparés, cloison en mousse (faut aimer la proximité), douche qui vous fait un coup chaud un coup froid, bref fuyez ! Vous avez un petit b&b a 5 minutes qui a l'air beaucoup plus correct.

Très bonne literie. Dommage d'avoir des loupiotes et fils électriques sous la tête de lit. Pas de chaise, ni de fauteuil dans les chambres. Des tabourets dans la salle de restauration... c'est spartiate. Un petit déjeuner peu cher, mais trop formaté, la bonne nutrition cela existe ... Bon point : trois fruits disponibles au petit déjeuner !

- M (8/5): To budget for me - It's an Ibis Budget, so the name is a bit of a give away and it's obviously going to be budget, but I was surprised at how budget the place was. It was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly, but it was beyond what I would have expected. The mattress was thin, hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and very small, and there was only one pillow each. I don't think the price saving is worth the sacrifice in comfort, and I would expect a budget hotel not to have tea or coffee in the room, or fancy furniture etc, but I would expect comfort to be a given at any hotel.

- Craig (2/5): Major refurbishment - Do not go here - All day long heavy and constants refurbishment with demolition of walls, banging going on until 7pm when we arrived at 4pm and had to go out due to the vibration and noise. Commenced promptly at 8am the following morning with unbelievable vibrations and noise disturbance. This hotel should not be open whilst the heavy duty works are taking place like that, or at least publish that the hotel is undergoing major refurbishment so people can make an informed decision to stay. Rooms basic and in need to refurb anyway. Would not recommend or stay ever again.

- Colin (8/5): A good budget hotel - A good budget hotel, our stay was spoiled by inconsiderate people letting their children run up and down the corridor constantly opening and closing their room door and being noisy. No fault of the hotel. The hotel is ideally placed for access to the city centre and all the amenities.

- David (8/5): Overnight stay between Calais and Aquitaine - Have used this hotel a few times as a stop over between Calais and the Dordogne. Excellent value always clean and confortable if a bit basic. Evreux town centre is less than 5 mins walk and has bars brasseries restaurants a plenty. So it fits our purpose very well indeed.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Fine budget motel - Receptionist who was born in California was helpful and polite, as were the men on reception in morning when I decided to take breakfast. It's a budget hotel, so not the most comfortable but fine for one night. Doors slam, which is annoying. Not far from the centre of a very nice Normandy town.
