• THOMAS (9/5): NICE HOLIDAY IN MARCH EXCEPT FOR A FEW DAYS OF STORM THERESE - APARTMENT WAS CLEAN IT HAD ALL FACILITIES AND DANIEL THE HOST WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND BEACHES AND BUS STOPS THE APARTMENTS ARE AT THE TOP OF A VERY STEEP HILL WE ARE A COUPLE IN OUR SEVENTIES AND WE HAD TO GET A TAXI EVERY NIGHT FROM THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS BECAUSE AFTER WALKING ON THE FIRST NIGHT WE SAID NO MORE GET A TAXI AND I HAVE TO SAY THE LOCAL TAXIS ARE WONDERFUL

Localisation: proche des restos/ magasins, la gare routière Le mobilier et les aménagements de notre appartement évoquent la splendeur des années 80/ 90'. De 9 h à 18 h, le bruit incessant des marteaux du chantier d'en face. À un mètre de notre balcon, le claquement de la porte métallique d'entrée qui vous réveille en pleine nuit ou le matin.

• Otilija (3/5): - Rock-hard beds. I had to sleep on the couch all nights, because at least it was soft enough. Couch is a two seater, so you will not able to fully extend your legs. Even though pillows had fresh cases on, duvets were non existent😁 only two blankets. Also, now right next doors a construction site is set up - they are digging the ground and breaking the rock everyworkday from 9 am. Not a minute to chill in silence. Also, dust from the construction site. And the highlight - a massive cockroach in the kitchen. Also, the apartment is on a top of a hill, I mean not the easiest walk back from the beach.

• Marcel (7/5): - The place is situated in a quiet area, in a short walking distance to the station, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants. The owner gave me detailed instructions to checkin and left the keys in a box where I could pick them up easily due to my late arrival. The fridge was working well, there were some necessary utencils in the kitchen. I didn't need the a/c because I visited Tenerife in february but without it in summer it could be unpleasantly hot for some people. The apartment doesnt have the A/C. The apartment is worn out, pretty old fashioned, some parts are falling apart. It looks old, the mattress was uncomfortable. It needs refurbishment. When it's around 23°C, it's getting hot inside. Late checkout wasn't allowed although some rooms were not occupied.
• Carola (8/5): fijne studio met prettige service - Kleinschalig en rustig complex. Goede service. Linnen in de badkamer werd twee keer per week gewisseld. Het bed- en keukenlinnen werd één keer per week gewisseld. Ook één keer per week schoonmaak van de studio. Heel fijn dat ik op de aankomst-dag eerder kon inchecken. Internet werkt goed. Goed warm water. Op loopafstand van het Titsa busstation. Grote supermarkt is er aan de andere kant van het Siampark. De matras van het bed. Er zou meer keukengerei mogen zijn; er was bijvoorbeeld geen schaar. Ook geen enkele vorm van koffiemachine.
• Jonathan (8/5): Loved this place - We found it vety comfortabke, quiet and relaxing just a shortwalk from bars restauranrs and shops. It was literally like being home but with access to the weather and costa adeje facilities. Great balcony with sunbeds which gaveceasy access to our fridge for cold drinks. Pool area is nice and quiet but we preferred our big balcony. Free wifi some english tv channels. Good kitchen facilities. Small but good welcome drinks on arrival. A number of rooms were on long term rental so they are very suitable for long stays which is something wevare considering as we definately stay here again. Daniel the host is very good. Lots of communication and help to make stay smooth. All in all rated we rated this excellent based on value for money I'm not going to nit pick but there are some things that some people wont like but it has all the badic facilities for a good relaxing self catering break. Not the address is Calle Austria which has a steep hill. Proprty can be accesed from calle findlandia which us souch flatter.

• Karen (7/5): Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van centrum en stranden met een beperkt uitgeruste keuken. - De ingang van het appartement ligt in een doodlopende straat bergop maar nog op wandelafstand van het centrum en de stranden. De keuken was minder goed uitgerust dan op de website werd aangegeven.Het keukenmateriaal was eerder beperkt. Daarnaast vonden we het jammer dat we werden aangesproken op één luidruchtige avond, terwijl wij zelf meerdere nachten last hadden van luidruchtige buren. De handdoeken werden alleen gewisseld nadat we er zelf om vroegen. De prijs was hoog voor de ligging. Al met al een prettig verblijf, maar met enkele verbeterpunten.

Il responsabile dello stabile, molto gentile e veloce nel risolvere i problemi. Essendo una zona tranquilla perché lontana circa 1 km dalla spiaggia, e per fortuna o buone gambe perché le salite della strada sono ben accentuate, chi ha problemi fisici motori ha dei problemi.

• Krisz M. (9/5): Nagyon jó helyen lévő, kellemes hotel - Jól felszerelt apartman-szálló, közel mindenhez. A medence vize nap által melegített, élvezhető, tiszta. Nyugágyak kellő mennyiségben. Aki nem birja az emelkedőket, a lépcsőzést, az ne ezt válassza. Egyébként a partról (el Duque tér) a 424-es helyi busz szinte házhoz visz (passage Austria megálló) onnan egy kis meredeken vagy hátulról a medence felől kb. 3-4 emeletnyi lépcsőzéssel feljutunk a szálláshoz. Jövőre visszatérünk. Köszönjük Daniel! A már említett, kicsit meredek megközelíthetőség idősebbek lehet gond, mi élveztük.
• Andrei (8/5): Lovely stay in Florida Park Club - Cozy, clean, quiet place for yourself where you will not be bothered like in a hotel every day. The host, Daniel, very kind and helpful, cheers for that. Decent location with great food options close by. A bit on the hilly side, so be prepared for a climb effort if you go back and forth to the beach front. Seniors or people with kids would probably benefit on some transportation. A bit outdated, could use a bit of refurbishing and modernization. Nothing critical or deal breaker, though. AC though would probably be a great addition as due to orientation, the place gets baked in and keeps a few degrees over the outside temperature.

It is great for a self catering holiday on a budget. Please be aware that this is not a 5 star hotel, but this is very reasonable, spacious, and clean for the price. I came back here because I had an enjoyable time last year... And I will come back again.

• David (8/5): Spacious apartment, good value. - The location is a bit of a drag up steep hill unless getting a taxi. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with a big balcony and well equipped and Daniel the caretaker was on hand should help.or assistance be needed. Hilly location, great views but a tough climb up if walking, no problem if getting a taxi.
• Snowdon (7/5): Get what you pay for - Good size studio on top floor, nice view and bath. Steep hill at back or about 50 steps at front. No freezer box in fridge ,chairs on balcony not comfy. Also very disappointed to be charged 40 euros extra to keep our room on till 2 30 in afternoon.

• Nuala (9/5): Very good value for money and fairly central location - Very spacious accommodation including bathroom and balcony. Stayed one week and towels and loo rolls were replaced mid way through our holiday. About 15 mins walk from bus station and same to beach areas. 10mins walk to supermarket. Easy communication with property manager through Whatsapp. Bottle of wine, and some fridge drinks ready to greet us on arrival...nice touch! A minor negative perhaps, the property is up a very steep hill so be prepared for this walk if you have lots of luggage. The balcony looks across to Siam Park and what looks like a hillside being readied for further property development. As I said, not a bothersome issue for us but might be for others.
• Sheila (8/5): Very good - Location - quiet but 5 mins walk to the nearest restaurants, bars, shop. Studio apartment was OK for us two. Big enough balcony to sit and eat outside. Clean and plenty kitchen equipment. Toaster, kettle,, washing up liquid, cloths and towels , 2 ring burner, sink and crockery. Towels changed mid week. All good. Daniel, the manager - what a lovely helpful man he is! Thanks for everything Daniel. That awful hill leading to our apartment door - what a killer! - until someone showed us a quick detour avoiding it. 😊 Apartment could do with a refurb to be honest. Looking a bit tired but for the money it was OK. Was a bit concerned about the lack of a lock on the balcony door. They've managed to come up with a good short term solution with a length of wood to block the runner but think I'd prefer a good old lock and key.

• Nikola (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Florida Park Club! - My friend and I stayed at Florida Park Club for 7 nights, and we had an amazing time! The apartment was spacious, clean, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tenerife. The host was incredibly kind and polite, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also good (10 mins from beach) and close to local restaurants while still offering a peaceful environment. We really appreciated the comfort and calmness of the apartment. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tenerife, Florida Park Club is an excellent choice!

I had noisy neighbours who were talking till 1 am, which isn’t Daniel fault. However it did effect my stay. Also the room is very warm and the fan doesn’t quite cut it, so aircon would be a great addition to the complex

• 582megj (10/5): Florida Park Club 💜 - Me and my friend went to Florida Park Club in July just gone… and wow! We had so much fun. The hotel was quiet, and the lovely owner Daniel even supplied us a free bottle of wine and a coca and a beer! Amazing. You can extend your stay on your last day for 30 euro. However, the owner came in unannounced as we were in bed and shouted “WHERE IS THE 30 EURO”. A delicacy some may say but shocking to say the least. Clean rooms, amazing view. But be aware there is no air conditioning. So you will feel like a rotisserie chicken.

Thank you - Location was indeed clean, room was spacious, very big balcony with a nice view, felt pretty safe as the location was like a fortress with closed gates at all entries (I was worried because in other locations there were reviews about robberies so I really wanted a safe place). Bed was hard, but I slept pretty good it in. A bathtub and warm water all the time. Super close to the Adeje central bus station to roam around the island easily, and about 10-15 minutes walk to the first beach, but around 20-30 minutes to more nicer beaches. There is also a nice pool but I didn't try it but the area looked well maintained and clean. It's also super quiet there, I liked staying until late on the balcony and the entire building seemed to be sound asleep or maybe no one was in the rooms :), but I was worried I might disturb other people in that complete silence. Cleaning is done only once a week, I stayed 7 nights so there was no cleaning, but I already knew that and to be honest in didn't bother me that much. New towels and toilet paper were brought after 3 days which is on the positive side. The only thing I would have liked was to have the garbage collected when the towels were changed. There was a big bug which looked like the cockroaches in our country, but I actually saw a lot of them on the streets and I think these are actually bugs that live outside, not cockroaches, but one of them probably snuck in through the window. I managed to kill it and I didn't see another one. It is probably not the accommodation's management fault, but just a heads up if you see them, don't panic :) The location is good from some perspectives, and bad from some other ones, but to be honest, anywhere you would be on the island it would not be ideal, either way at one point you will have to go up the hills or to travel longer distances, unless you rent a car and go everywhere by car. The location is on the hill and you will have to climb it at least once a day if you don't have a car.

• Ken (10/5): Exceptional - Peace and quiet but close enough to get to the busy areas on foot easily. Hills take their toll but in all honesty we know what to expect and the reward is a peaceful apartment for a short bit of exercise.
