• Ghislaine (8/5): Agreable séjour ,mais quelques ameliorations "pratiques" à prévoir. - Le calme et la proximité du centre ville, port... Pas d'accueil physique, tout se passe par WhatsApp : à notre arrivée et au départ on récupère et on rend la clé en la laissant sur la porte. Propreté: l'appartement est très propre, le ménage, les serviettes et les draps changés tous les 2 jours . Par contre il faudrait que les poubelles soient vidées tous les jours surtout dans la salle de bains (on ne doit pas jeter le papier dans les WC mais dans une poubelle ( souvent le cas en Grèce, / évacuations) . Peu de vaisselle ,une seule tasse déjeuner, malgré ma réclamation en début de séjour, on a pris notre grand café dans un verre pendant 8 jours

• bill (8/5): Room a bit tired in places - The location was convenient. Close to the port and set back by a block, so quiets, yet it had a view of the sea. It has a good range of facilities. The apartment is looking a little tired and neglected. The unit in the bathroom is suffering from water damage. There are 2 wooden knows on the bed frame which keep falling off. There are light switches which don't seem to operate anything and others which operate dimmer switches. There was a dud bulb in one of the bed side lights which took 3 days to replace. The cleaning of the mirrors and the glass on the balcony leaves a little to be desires and makes you wonder how we'll other surfaces were cleaned. And the bed squeaked.

I informed the hosts, and they said they would fix it, but during the three nights we stayed, nothing was ever repaired. Absolutely nothing good. The bathroom had a disgusting smell. Entrando a casa si sentiva poi un forte odore di umido e fogna entrambe le cose potevano essere accettabili per un prezzo molto più basso, non è quello che ci si aspetta a queste tariffe.

• SAMOUIL (8/5): - Quite location right next to the town center. Best restaurants in town in just 3min walking distance. Breakfast delivery to the room each morning was a nice surprise. Climbing stairs to reach the rooms, carrying suitcases, was a challenge. Kitchen equipment is not adequate if you really want to prepare meals in that kitchen.

A staff member attended our check in to give us a map and information, reminding us that the supermarket will be closed on Sunday! That's very helpful. The building has been renovated/modernised on the outside so looks different than on booking. Nothing!

• Sara (7/5): Pleasant stay! - The location is great, the bed is very comfortable and quiet, the place has a mini Kitchenette and a small fridge. The view and the balcony are nice. It looks modern and well taking care in a nice neighborhood walking distance to everything. The stag communicates well and they are very helpful. The shower curtain is short and the water goes all over the bathroom. Took us a little to figure out the A/C system, so we had to ask for help.

No reception on site but assistant came several times when contacted. close to nice Taverna Barko. walkable and felt safe. Many stairs to get to room, not suitable for older people or disabled. Distance from port walkable but rough with suitcases.
• Steven (10/5): Exceptional - The room was large, had a balcony overlooking the sea. I booked about four months before I arrived, and at that time the owner help me reserve a scooter for my stay. The scooter was delivered to the hotel. I also want to mention that the owner responded to all my messages within minutes, communication is everything, and they excelled at it. I was very happy with the overall experience. I stayed here for seven nights and would not hesitate to stay again.

• Shuling (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and it made our trip so fun and easy - It was simple, clean and had everything you need. It was close to the main area whilst being in a quieter spot. Wished we had slightly thicker blankets just cause we’re used to blankets with a bit more weight and thicker/fluffier pillows.

• Jai (8/5): A solid option for 2-5 days - The position of the apartment is great, right near adamas port. About a 10 min walk. The staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival, and could be contacted with any issues. The staff also gave me an intro to the island and an overview of things that can be done on the island. The apartment was clean, and is cleaned every two nights. There is adequate space for 1-2 people and the bed and pillows are comfortable I think the kitchen utensils need an upgrade. A bigger pan, a sharp kitchen knife, some plastic cooking utensils (such as spatula) and a peeler are cheap additions that would make cooking in the apartment much easier. Cooking is still possible with what is in the apartment, you just have to be resourceful

• Anastasios (6/5): I would recommend this place for the location but buyer beware. - The rooms themselves were clean with fresh linen every two days except for one day missed. A/C and WIFI worked perfect. The rooms are in a great location about 12 minutes walk from the port of Adamas where all the services and shoos are conveniently located and no real need for a transfer when arriving. Communication was a little hit and miss with the host via WhatsApp texts which is probably not ideal: I had queries regarding one of our rooms - one was more expensive however the two rooms both appeared to be identical. In my original booking, it showed a photo of the room ‘Triades’ with a separate single bed which is what I was expecting. I queried this with the host and he said they substituted a room to give us rooms that were closer together. I’m sure something was lost in translation here… The rooms: ours had weak shower pressure (par for the course in many places on the islands so not a deal breaker personally ) and in the other, the main lights and the vanity light did not work: We found that ours would often flicker, so there are some obvious issues with the electrics. The toilet brush was broken.
• Ivana (10/5): Ideal location, calm and quiet yet close to everything! feel good vibes overall - Before booking the property I thought the location was a bit outside of Adamas, it turned out that this is the perfect spot actually because you're in the middle between the town (but without the noise!) and the local beach & O! Hamos! Tavern. It's the ideal place to be located really. There is a rent-a-car service just across Finikas and they're like 20% cheaper than all the other car rentals from the other side of the street:D and there's a market and cafe and all the pretty restaurants by the sea just down the street. Oh, yes, and another great restaurant called Zygos is right above (which I wouldn't have found otherwise:) Bouns points for the iron for my linen shirts<3 and the cleaning service every second/third day! I couldn't find a proper knife for cutting things... there was only one of those for butter. But I bought one, so now at least my apartment has one:D

Electrical connections weird- lights suddenly switched themselves on in the middle of the night. Toilet flush poor. No means of sweeping up dirt. Inadequate directions. No tea towel for drying items. Staff very slow to respond to phone calls or emails if at all.

Notified host of arrival time, ferry was a little late so arrived at property at 21:30 - supposed to be person on location to collect keys (had received numerous messages, most of which obviously now appear to be AI generated). Rang, e-mailed, whatsapped the host from outside the property with no response. If it was not for the person on reception in Tina's Apartments we would not have been able to gain access. Stayed 5 nights and did not see anybody and nobody made any contact........

• Dimitrios (1/5): Bad - The location The shower wasnt working properly so we couldnt shower from day 1 . We informed the stuff sending a pic of the shower on booking messaging and they responded that they will fix it the next day ( it was ok with us this solution ) but + 18 hours later no one appeared to fix the shower untill we complained again to booking asking for another room or our money back . After that they imediately arrived and fix it . So then we told them about the other minor problems that we had as the non working wifi and they spoke to us very unprofesionaly leading even in threats to inform the police!!! Since we knew the police officer in the island we didnt worried cause we knew we havent done anything inapropiate and we went to the police department the same day showing the threatening messages of the manager of the property ( he is not the owner but someone who manages the property in place of some poor ladies who are the owners) .we even got advice from the police and booking to record video from the room as we leave so as they cant claim that we have made problems and thats how we did. The location is very good the rooms ok but expensive for what they offer but this is generality in milos. We knew and we booked it knowing about that . So no complains about that. As for the stuff was very unprofesional and with strongly bad behaviour . NEVER again in that place as the manager also told us to do .. ( he said never come back) and thats exactly what we are gonna do every year we have an inspection work in milos . Same to all our colleagues who our company sends in the island !!! So long ...

We had no water on the last morning of stay and host never responded to the issue. We were told to check in and the room was still halfway being cleaned, had to wait in the heat for half an hour. Worst beds we have slept on in 4 weeks of travel.
