• Faroe_Islands (8/5): - Bungalowen var fin og god plads udenfor også. Maden var god og varieret. Personalet var dygtige og arbejdede lange vagter. Det var super med strandbussen som kørte os til og fra stranden og det var med i prisen. Busstoppested var også tæt på hotellet. Lidt underligt ankomst efter checking ind til Bungalowsene, fordi man skal trille med sin kuffert igennem området hvor gæsterne solbader. Drinks ved poolen havde meget lavt alkoholindhold, - det er måske fint nok? Det er lidt langt at gå til fods, til oplevelser i område, - men så var bussen der :)
• sylvie (9/5): - L'hôtel est très propre et très calme. Piscine bien chauffée. Il y a toujours des transats libres. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Le personnel est très sympathique. Animation musicale par des intervenants chaque soir très agréable. Très mauvaise insonorisation des logements. On entend tout des 3 autres logements du bloc. Aucun autre français. Beaucoup d'allemands. La restauration ferme à 20h30 mais dès 20h il n'y a plus grand chose, car cela ouvre à 18h et les soupes sont rangées parfois à 20h15. C'est dommage.

• MONIQUE (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Le Canary Garden Club est très agréable, au calme , les buffets sont très diversifiés et les plats sont bien cuisinés. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. L’emplacement au sud de l’île permet d’avoir des températures plus élevées. Le personnel de l’accueil est à l’écoute et rien à redire sur la propreté, tout est clean. Nous avons moins aimé la piscine un peu petite et l’emplacement de notre logement (au bout du complexe). Pas de restaurant à proximité. Sinon tout était très bien.

Posizione comoda a Maspalomas con parcheggio gratuito per l' auto davanti al hotel. La sala della colazione/cena troppo fredda per le porte sempre aperte Colazione dolce meno varia rispetto ai piatti del salato.

Las instalaciones bien cuidadas, muy cómodas y accesibles, muy bonitas las zonas verdes. El buffet variado y de buena calidad. Todo bien, nada en especial. Por sacar alguna pega, En régimen de media pensión estás obligado a pagar por las bebidas. No se te ofrece jarras de agua (del grifo), solamente agua embotellada, sin embargo a los huéspedes en pensión completa o todo incluido si que se les facilitan jarras de agua.

• Rheanne (3/5): Wouldn't return, manager needs training - Comfy bed. Staff were mostly rude, the manager is awful - hasn't a clue on how to deal with customers. The food was horrid (other than getting fresh egg / pancakes in the morning) Pool was small and didn't seem to get cleaned Rooms weren't cleaned properly, I ended up with glass in my foot twice in 5 days (never once did we use glass in the room..)

Uitgebreide keuze bij zowel ontbijt als avondbuffet. Overwegend vreselijk chagrijnige medewerkers in het restaurant. Snauwen je liever af dan je vragen te beantwoorden.

Haciendo que el huesped se sienta como en casa.Instalaciones muy limpias y accesibles para todos. Variedad en la comida tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Zona tranquila y aparcamiento gratuito cerca del hotel. El horario de cena esta adaptado a huéspedes extranjeros empezando a las 18:30 y terminando a las 20:30. Creo que debería de ampliarse o adaptarse tambien a los huéspedes españoles, ya que no tenemos esos horario de cena. Pagamos igual que el resto por lo que tenemos derecho a cenar a una hora mas cercana a nuestro dia a dia,, no a la hora de la merienda.

Die Liegen wurden leider morgens durch die Gäste reserviert. Wer zu spät aufsteht geht leer aus - obwohl die vielen Liegen leer sind.

• danitza (9/5): Escapada tranquila de cumpleaños - El trato del personal en general,en especial la señora del comedor con el pelo rubio recogido(no me acuerdo que su nombre) muy simpática y tuvo un detalle bonito con mí marido en su cumple. Las 2 camas, uno más grande que la otra perfecto para nosotros y muy cómodas. Montse de la limpieza fue muy amable. Zona chillout lejos de los ruidos de la piscina fue una bendición.la tranquilidad,el AC, la comida, todo muuy bien. Solo 2 cositas .. muy poco importante Cogimos media pensión, ya que se paga por las bebidas la calidad de la cerveza podría ser mejor. Si el horario de la piscina es hasta las 6 (que para verano me parece un poco pronto pero seguro que es por el horario del comedor) que haya gente y niños en la piscina (encima con bebidas en la mano) a las 8 y 9.30 de la noche no me parece bien.... hasta que pase algo ...

• Mick (9/5): A very relaxing hotel to stay in & chill out. - Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Staff and service was were excellent. Grounds very clean and well maintained. Everything on one level, except for gym. But who goes on holiday to use the gym? Sunbeds were always available, at all times of the day. There is no smoking or vaping by the pool, which was great. Could have more public toilets in the restaurant area. There are very few bars / restaurants within a reasonable distance of hotel. We knew this in advance, so be aware .

• Tibor (8/5): Very good - In a nice garden, clean, functional swimming pool even in February, excellent setup with bungalows - in the apartment, the door of the bedroom can be closed, therefore isolated from the ‘living space’. It is quite far from the beach - that could be a problem in high season, for us, it was ok.

• Frida (9/5): Loved it, we want to come back! - We had all inclusive. Spacious bungalow and variety of drinks and food. They always have something you like. Gym got what you need. Always sunbeds available. You have your own space in front of your bungalow with chairs, sunbeds and a table as well. In the room you have towels, a soap, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, AC and small fridge. TV has Netflix. And the rooms are very clean. Can always get something to drink during the day at the poolbar. We will be coming back if it’s available Didn’t matter to us but wifi is so slow it’s almost like no wifi. Loud between the rooms. No pool/beach towel, you can pay deposit of 10euro and get 9 back at the end of the stay. Have to pay 1 euro to change it and needs to be paid in cash.

• Sharron (10/5): Canary Gardens club thanks for - I love that Canary Garden is a little further out , yet only minutes from the lighthouse or playa d’ingles by taxi and they offer a free bus to Melonaros. The apartments are spotless and all the staff and incredible . The choice of meals throughout the day are varied and can’t be faulted. This was our 4th time staying at Canary Gardens and it did not disappoint. In fact it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we received a lovely bottle of Cava to celebrate . Nothing throughly enjoyed our stay.

• Kristel (7/5): Beautiful complex, but ridiculous pool side rules. - The complex was spotless, and the man on reception was super friendly The ridiculous rules around the pool. No smoking or even vaping was allowed. Vaping just vaporises in the air. There was a young Down syndrome man playing with a small tennis sized ball all on his own in the pool, The lifeguard really shouted at him to stop playing with the ball, which was over the top. So, for anyone who smokes or Vapes, you need to walk outside of the complex or go back to your terrace. They should have a designated smoking area at the back of the pool area. Plus, there was building work happening at the neighbouring properties, where mechanical tools were being used constantly. We complained to the lady manager who wasn't helpful at all and said she couldn't hear anything, yet other people around the pool had been notified by their tour operators about it, but were told it was minimal works with no mechanical tools being used. So, our guess is the reception hasn't been honest to the tour operators, and we certainly weren't informed about it. Otherwise, we would have changed our stay to somewhere else. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, as they didn't seem to cater for British tourists.

Clean and food Amazing For us this wasn’t too much of a problem but you need to be aware that if you are looking for an lively resort this is not the place to come. You will need to travel to get to the beach/bars shops.

The Bali beds were very comfortable and are only €5 per day. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.The free bus down to Maspalomas was brilliant especially on a hot day .We used it every day we were there.It always arrived on time .

• Scott (9/5): Loved the chill atmosphere, pool was immaculate, very enjoyable and safe stay - Breakfast and Lunch at the pool was amazing. The food was very nice in the main buffet restaurant. The hotel was absolutely spotless clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The only two little negatives I would say are: - the showers in the bungalows are fast and powerful which is great but the water runs cold after a few minutes of using them - it would be great to have the dinner time a little later - perhaps 6pm until 9pm as opposed to 6-8.30pm. If you arrived a little later for dinner around 7.30/8pm there was not much replenished at that time, but having said that the food was lovely. A little more pizza and pasta choice would top it off.
