Otel çalışanları ve big chef çalışanları gayet yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Otelin kumsalı olduğundan dolayı çok rahat bir tatil oldu. Gelecek yıl yeniden tercih edeceğim🙏

• Çagri (10/5): Temiz, yeni, mükemmel personel... Tavsiye ederim. - Otel yeni, tertemiz, yataklar rahat. Özel plajına dışarıdan müşteri almıyorlar. Restoran kısmı Bigchefs. En beğendiğim kısmı ise personel hem profesyonel hem de güler yüzlü ve cana yakın. Negatif yönü odalarda balkon yok. Ortakente tekrar gelirsem kalacağım yer burası olur.

Hemen altında big chefs olması çok iyi. Kahvaltı dahil kapsamındaki kahvaltı vasat. Plaj kısmı ücretsiz ama hem halk hem otel misafirleriyle ortak kullanılıyor. Otopark açık ve kapalı yeterli hizmet veriyorlar. Benim ayırttığım odanın daha iyisini verdiler. Bu konuda tşk ederim.

Otelin kendi mutfağı olmadığı için yeme içme işi BigChefs e devredilmiş anlaşılan. Plajı ve restorantı onlar işletiyor gibi. Plaj inanılmaz pis! Üç karış çakıl bir plaj var ve çöp izmarit arasında yatıp güneşlenmeye çalışmak hoş olmadı. Temizlemek zor olmasa gerek diye düşünüyorum. Yahşi’nin güzel denizine hiç yakışmıyor. Kahvaltılar yeterli ve güzel. BigChefs in güler yüzlü bir çalışanı sayesinde son kahvaltımızda daha keyifli geçti. Sokak hayvanlarını seven ve sayan bir işletme. Yeri merkezi.

Calisanlar kesinlikle cok nazik ve hic somurtmuyorlar cok tesekkur ederiz herkesle ilgilendiler, kahvalti oldukca doyurucu ve tatmin edici.. Bir puan kirdim tek sebebi aksam yemeklerinde big chef'in otel misafirlerine yuzde 35 indirim beklentim.. Eger bu gerceklesirse cok iyi olur cunku bir bakima big chef'in butun gurultusunu misafir olarak biz cekiyoruz..:)
• Efe (9/5): Superb - Staff was polite and communicative. The room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was quite nice; it is by the sea and you can directly access to the beach. Breakfast is served by Big Chef, which was in the ground floor of the hotel. The quality of the breakfast was above average. Everything met with my expectations so nothing was disappointing!

• Aykut (6/5): Below my expectations - Subpar experience. Below my expectations and paid price. Rooms are clean and cleaning was maybe the only better than average service. Breakfast experience was not pleasant at all and content was boring after even the first day. To be fair everything was just average, but with that location there is much to improve. Please also note that standard rooms are a bit cramped, this information was given clearly in the details.

• E. (7/5): 7/10 - The sea was amazing, crystal clear water. I am usually afraid of algeas, any kind of darkness under the sea. And ı really enjoyed the sea. 10/10. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. 10/10 The reception employees were very good and helpful. I think the lady at the morning shift called Emel, special thanks to her. Hotel provided beach towels. Breakfast was horrible. I would rate it 4/10 at max. No water, no coffee, veggies are not properly washed and some days not fresh, some days cheese not fresh, omelette tasting horrible (not sure if they mixed it with water). So much so that, we avoided eating anything at hotel at evenings and lunch time the whole week. We only tried burgers on our last day, it was suprisingly good. Yahşi has a problem overall with restaurants. High prices and hard to find a tasty restaurant. Rokka and hortma was acceptable, or maybe going to Bodrum center at evenings can be an option. We couldnt find where to hang our wet stuff at the room. There were windows in our rooms, but ı couldnt manage to open the mosquito nets to be able to hang things to the ropes. (Note; i didnt ask the reception for a solution, maybe they had a solution or mosquito net could be opened. Not sure.)

• Fakhri (10/5): Silent and peaceful stay next to beach - Hotel's main corridor leads directly to the beach. A bit oldish beach side that needs to be refreshed, but overall silent and peaceful place to stay. Mostly locals were sunbathing on the beach. Room was very clean and well maintained. Recommended!

• Pilar (9/5): It was a really good weekend, I enjoyed the beach and the restaurant. The cocktails are good, and I would come back (now - The place is nice, the beach in front of it is wonderful. The room was nice, with all the necessary. They allow to smoke close to the rooms if not inside. I opened the window and the smell of tobacco came inside my room, I had to close it. Also, the never reply my message in booking about the shuttle service. You should put in the description how to go to the property in public transportation for foreign people at least, or send a message with the instructions later the reservation is confirmed.

• C (6/5): Good location right on beach. Be aware if you're booking a windowless room. Good value, though. - Location was on the beach, so that was nice. We booked a room without a window, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised to have a windowless room, but it was still a little surprising. But we spent so little time inside the hotel that it didn't matter much. Parking - they have a few spots and a small underground parking garage. The parking spots are pretty tight, and sometimes they are full, but we generally managed to find parking.
• Natalia (4/5): The worst customer service. - Very nice and cosy location Staff have no idea what is customer service, noone speaks english and 99% not even trying to put an effort. To be frankly honest I felt that I was bothering them with our presence there. If you are not turkish, be ready that you will be ignored. They are doing completely random things like renovation during pick time on tiny beach or splashing water on people in the restaurant during the lunch when we are eating because for them its the best time to water the plants and million other lapses which made me speachless. I have never seen such clueless staff and poor management. We will definitely not coming back.

• Aizhamal (10/5): - My friend and I stayed at Acropol almost a week at early January. The staff at this property are was really great! They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They upgraded my room after 3-days of staying for the rest of staying and allowed us to check-out earlier since our plan were changed and re-arranged everything for us. Definitely will be back!!!

Mecburen ilave para verdik ve odamız değişti. Hotels.com’da ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaştık. Kahvaltı çok vasattı. Kahvaltıda su bile ücretliydi. Çay yerine kahve isteyince kahveninde ücretli olduğunu belirttiler. Velhasıl bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi.

• Viktoriia (10/5): Хороший отель на летний отдых - Хороший отель. Заселились просто на переночевать, забронировали номер с самой низкой ценой. В комнате не было окна и было немного душно. Для проживания на несколько дней не подойдет, нужно брать номер с окном. К сожалению не было горячей воды и было неприятно, что не смогли принять душ. Завтрак очень понравился, накрывали турецкий завтрак из множества тарелочек. Отель на побережье, летом удобно, что есть пляж

• mark (4/5): - we had to wait 15 minutes for the check in . trouble with key cutting machine. receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The room did not have a window. which is very unusal in a hotel in bodrum. this should be written with big letters to make sure that this room has no window. they call it economy room which is not sufficient .
• Verified traveler (6/5): Penceresiz oda, ama temiz otel - Otel temiz, kapalı garajı artısı. Kahvaltıda iki çay sınırı olması garip. Standart odası küçük, ama en kötü tarafı pencere yok. Karanlık oda. Hijyen önlemleri başarılı, özen gösteriliyor.

• Tuncay (8/5): - memnun kalırsınız...güler yüzlü bir işletme ... sahilde sakin bir tatil için...biraz daha gayretle üst lige çıkabilirler. Kahvaltı süper ,eksiği demli güzel çaylar. kapalı garajı var. Odalar yeni konforlu.
