Personale molto gentile, risposta super rapida! Un pò la pulizia da rivedere
- NICOVDIAZ (10/5): - Todo Nada
- Nasher (1/5): - Guten Tag
Die Zimmer war nicht nicht sauber und sehr schmutzig Fussweg von der Parkplatz 35 Minuten laufen
- Bilal (3/5): -
- Sandra (5/5): As everything in Venice, the place is overpriced. - A small and rather dark room with noisy neighbors moving furniture right above one's bed. No WiFi.
- Pavan (1/5): Bad experience - It’s just a normal house and I don’t like anything specific about the property The house was smelling very bad.
There was no lock to the toilet from inside
Bunker bed in the level zero and double bed in living room not good and sufficient for family.
- Naira (8/5): The directions that were sent via email were described very well. We could easily find the place. - We didn't have breakfast. It was far from the center. We used public transport. It worked well.
- Yeshaya (1/5): verry bad - pictures on site are from a different flat
- Jaakko (6/5): OK for a short stay! - Nice neighbourhood and easy self check in No network signal, no wifi. Trashcollectors ring the doorbell every morning, we did not find an off swich. Cleanliness could be improved.
- Nadezda (8/5): Very good - Good maintained and clean place. Good instructions how to find place and how to get in. Grate location close to center but out of the crowds. Inconvenience of not having the wifi in the house. We didn’t have local SIM card so we could not connect to the city wifi like host recommended unfortunately.
- Patricia (9/5): Great location! Comfy apartment, perfect for a family. - great location
- Zeynep (4/5): Overall, this is an old house with filthy furniture, not properly cleaned, smelling at parts. - The house was in a quiet location. The indications/instructions of entrance + information given by the owners/management was very precise, and we had almost 0 problems in reaching the house entrance + entering the house + recovering the keys. The management was very helpful. The house was properly heated, and this was very important since it was the coldest days of the city. They allowed our dog, which was a convenience for us. There was a microwave which was working perfectly, and it helped us a lot. The house was extremely dirty in anyone's standards. The drain was mouldy in the bathroom, so bad that we could not take a shower. There were taints on the rubbish bin, the shower curtain was very dirty, the wash cloth at the kitchen was straightforward smelling. There was basically a hole on the ground on the second floor under the green sofa. The green sofa in the sitting room was broken and dirty. We tried to sleep on it but we both had sore backs after sleeping one night on it. All the cleaning stuff (dustcloths, the bucket, everything) were outright at the entrance of the apartment. The linen seems to have not been washed properly, as they were smelling of overuse and were yellow (I took pictures of all of them). We have done everything to make clean(er) the house since we do not like to stay in dirty places, but the place was basically rotting. I understand Venice is a very old town with difficulty of keeping the furnishings intact, however putting a non-broken sofa, cleaning the mould at the drain in the bathroom, and replacing the kitchen cloths should not be that difficult. Particularly when you are trying to charge 50€ for leaving garbage inside and 50€ for 'not leaving clean' the house. I think I left the house cleaner than its previous situation.
Further, the house is very far from the Accademia part, and the waterbus stop is not connected to other parts, and walking 30 to 45 minutes is pretty much easier than taking (and changing) 3 times the waterbus. Obviously this doesn't have anything to do with the managers/management but still adds up to the quality of the house.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Mark (7/5): The owner was informative about the area. And if you turn right at the Canal and over the bridge and turn right you have - It was clean and in am interesting area. Near the Jewish Quarter and a Water Bus stop nearby. It was dark. Nothing you could do about it but since you’re asking.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Beautiful 17th century apartment.... unfortunately a 12th century mattress ugh 😑.
This hotel is in a beautiful location but let me tell you one thing: Do. Not. Stay. Here.
We waited almost an hour for check in outside in the 30° weather and that was the best thing that happened. We quickly discovered that spiders, flies and other insects were plentiful in the apartment. Spider webs in all the windows, spiders in the shower and kitchen. The shower was horrible and your options for water temperature were scorching hot or freezing cold. The one bed had filthy sheets that REEKED of urine and were stained. After our second night I woke up to 8 bed bug bites on my left foot and 2 on my right upper arm. When we contacted the booking agency their suggestion was “Maybe get them checked out.” 10/10 advice right there folks. When we were leaving we tried to contact a taxi but the number provided by the booking agency was to some random person who directed us to another number who then hung up on us when we tried to ask for help. Thank god for the locals who actually helped us get a taxi. Overall, horrible stay but great location. If you’re planning to come to Venice I highly suggest you do but stay as far away as possible from the apartment.
