L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment très agréable. Nous avons fait un petit trou dans notre modeste budget en mangeant le soir au buffet mais sans aucun regret. La nourriture et les boissons étaient de grandes qualités ! Cela restera un excellent souvenir !

• Charline (8/5): Confort dans un style européen. - Hôtel très confortable, belles chambres, bonne insonorisation, belle décoration dans un style européen. Nous n’avons pas mangé à l’hôtel. Le lobby est très agréable aussi, grand et lumineux, par beau temps la vue est époustouflante. Au premier abord le quartier n’est pas fou mais enfait c’est très sympa, plage de sable noir à proximité 10 min à pieds, centre de plongée. Pour les restaurants c’est un peu plus loin le soir. Apéritif offert et thé et café avec des snacks, Onsen super aussi avec un bassin extérieur et un bassin intérieur, non mixte. Personnel à l’écoute, forte odeur de remontées d’égouts dans notre chambre nous avons été changés d’étage. Je ne comprends pas l’intérêt des tables dehors avec le bassin pour les pieds .. à part quelques photos Instagram au bout de 5 minutes on en a marre et avec la place que cela prend il n’y a même pas de vraie terrasse avec des tables et des chaises pour s’installer boire un verre le soir ou lire la journée quand il fait beau, les gens sont sur des chaises dans un coin. A supprimer pour créer une vraie terrasse.

• mathew (10/5): Great Sunset views of the Izu Penensula - We had quite the trip to get there on public transit, so it was nice to have an easy check in with free flow in the lobby. We also enjoyed the tub during the sunset it was a great experience. The shuttle was down, and that was our original plan. They let us know a few days prior that the shuttle was out for maintenance, so we rerouted the day of to take a bus to the nearest station.

We loved the free nibbles and poor your own beer on tap and wine as well as spirits and lacquers and enjoying the view while soaking our feet in the public Onsen . The buffet dinner and breakfast had both Japanese and Italian to choose from and was delicious. Also walking distance to the sea cave with lovely walking and photo opportunities.

• Shen (10/5): Good place to stay - The hotel itself is quite good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. The view from the room is excellent. The location of the hotel is best reached by car. There is not much to do around the hotel.

Wir hatten ein Balkon mit Badewanne draussen mit einem zraumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Toilette ist von der Dusche getrennt.An allen Betten sind genug Steckdosen. Wir hatten ein Kühlschrank.Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück Buffet und das Abendbuffet waren sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Außer generell für Veganer wird es in Japan sehr schwer. Die Getränke waren dauert soft und Alkohol kostenlos zu Verfügung.In allem super. Am Eingang ist ein Raucherbereich.Die Onsen sind auch sehr schön. Frauen und Männer getrennt.Parkplätze stehen kostenlos vor der Tür. Wir haben vorher Bescheid gegeben, das wir mit dem Auto kommen. Alles Super, ausser Achtung, Abends im Zimmer extremer Moskito Befall. Auch ihr Moskitonetz am Fenster bringt leider nichts.

• YUI (10/5): 最高！次は私の誕生日に利用したいと思いました！ - とにかく食事が美味しかったです！ パートナーの誕生日旅行で使わせて頂いたのですが、お部屋に入ったらタオルアート？でのケーキが置いてあって嬉しかったです！ 頼んでいたケーキもこっそり来ていただいてサプライズ大成功でした！お部屋の外の露天風呂も部屋にあるランタン？を外に持ち出して夜最高の星空を眺めながら入れました！ お酒も足湯に浸かりながら飲めて、部屋にも持ち込めて最高でした！ 少し残念だったのは部屋のお風呂が自分で調整するタイプので、作りが少し古い感じがしました。 他がめちゃくちゃ綺麗なので唯一少し残念だったのはそこくらい。

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even spoke a bit English! The have a lounge area with an all inclusive bar and snacks, which you can enjoy whilst in the deck overlooking the ocean and your feet in a as warm bath. Awesome. Onsen was also very nice Breakfast was really poor and finished at 9.30, which is ridiculous (especially when you’re on holiday (like we were).

• Marika (10/5): The highlight if our trip. - We loved our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was a bit windy when we visited so we did not use the open air bath on our balcony which was fine because we used the hotel Onsen and it was spectacular. We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and it was a good variety of choices and delicious. We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect.

• ng p.h. (9/5): Nice Hotel. .Love it. - A very nice feeling when I first walked in. Had a fantastic Italian buffet dinner. Service was good. Atmosphere was superb. Room was spacious. And for the price I paid.yes it should be. . Breakfast was good too. Buffet selection was good. Liked that they had foot bath facing the sea.. Sadly the water was not hot. But beside this ia another smaller foot bath where the water is hot and nice but was too cold to switch from one side to another. Small towels provided for those wanting to use the foot bath . Very convenient. . Booked room with an open air bath. Turns out to be a long bath tub and the same water tap as u would have inside the room's indoor bath. They should have specified that it was not the ryokan type of onsen bath where you get hot spring water.. All other bookings I did with the private open air bath were the hot spring kind of open air baths. IL Azzurri is the first hotel that I experienced it as a normal tap filled bath. Jus that it was at the balcony of our room. So classified as private open air bath. Very mislead...

• Lesley (8/5): - The location was amazing as was the view from the lobby and from the room balcony. The food quality at dinner and the breakfast buffet was very good. The complimentary snack and beverage lounge was fantastic, good variety. We were able to make our own drinks (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) to take to the footbath outside or bring up to our room with the provided basket. I While the rooms do look the same as the pictures, the mattresses were terrible. On a surface-level, everything looked greatd but not everything was of good quality. The lounger in our room looks great in photo but upon closer inspection, you see that it was stained (unsure if properly cleaning was ever done or if it was cleaned but the stains were just not coming out). The property should pay more attention to cleaning in the public areas, for instance the w/c in the lobby was questionable.

The lobby has a lovely lounge with great sea view even if you don’t have a seaview room . The room rate is expensive perhaps because there is a supply of free alcohol . But I do not drink . I feel that I was subsidising others who drink alcohol . Would be nice if cheaper room rate can be applied for people who don’t want to use the free bar .

• Coulton (9/5): - Gorgeous views, good dinner buffet. Onsen is great. Loved the self serve beer machine! Everything is good, although maybe upgrade the televisions was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip but didn’t have a smart tv like the others to watch Netflix etc..

• runa (10/5): 天気の良い日に自然を楽しみつつ、美味しいご飯を食べたい時におすすめの宿泊施設 - 1番感動したのは、食事の時間です！ 夕食も朝食もとても美味しく、素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ 強いて言うなら、宿泊施設の駐車場が斜面だったため、 スーツケースが転がってしまいそうでした。(足腰が悪い方にとっても、そこだけ注意かもしれません。)
