Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de personnel sur place pour les check-in même tardifs. La difficulté pour trouver une place de parking.

Water in bathroom not hot too cold to have a shower. The second night there was a continuous noise like a generator from under the room. Very little sleep.

Sans parler de la galère pour ce garer car oui à 100€ la nuit on avait pas de parking et pas d'eau chaude !! C'est abusé ! Et des jeunes à l'accueil qui savent rien ... génial (ironique le génial) La télé bin c'est ça non plus, pas de réseau suffisamment je pense pour avoir une image claire et un son audible ... Très cher pour une prestation pareil, dommage le lieux et jolie d'apparence

Wonderful service and food at Th - I’ve stayed here over the last 3 years, visiting friends in Coín. The Patio restaurant is new to me but a fantastic addition. I had a breakfast sandwich ( chicken and bacon roll and a brunch) : eggs Benedict with mushrooms ( both were absolutely delicious and I don’t normally like poached eggs!). The service at The Patio restaurant was great too. I’m looking forward to my next visit in July and trying the main menu. This is truly a gem of a hotel. Nothing
• Sanz García (2/5): - Pagamos 180 € por dos noches y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La habitación olía fuertemente a cerrado y a tuberías desde el primer momento. Intentamos ventilar, pero fue imposible porque la habitación ni siquiera tiene ventana. La cama era aceptable, pero las almohadas son muy antiguas e incómodas. La televisión no funcionaba, así que ni siquiera pudimos usarla y tuvimos que ver algo en el móvil. Durante toda la noche la cisterna del baño estuvo goteando constantemente, . Además, un día intentamos echarnos la siesta porque habíamos llegado cansadas y justo enfrente de las habitaciones tienen una sala donde estaban celebrando un cumpleaños con la música muy alta y la gente hablando a gritos a escasos metros de nuestra puerta , lo que hizo que fuese imposible descansar Otro problema importante es que la puerta de la habitación es acristalada y tiene un vinilo azul. Cuando entra la luz del día, la habitación se llena de una luz azul muy intensa que hace prácticamente imposible dormir. Por último, aunque entiendo que no depende directamente del hotel, la zona es prácticamente imposible para aparcar. En general, por el precio que pagamos la calidad deja mucho que desear. No repetiríamos.

• Félix (3/5): Mala experecia y falta de organización. - Es mi pueblo donde me he criado y tengo allí la familia, disfruté esos dias. El servicio en general del hotel, había un restaurante en el centro del patio que daba a nuestras habitaciones (no existe habitación familiar para 4 personas y tubimos que dormir en habitaciones separadas), que estuvieron con mucho ruido y música hasta las 2 de la mañana y hasta esa hora no pudimos dormir. Se bajó para hablar con personal del restaurante y las malas formas del personal deja mucho que desear. Se llamó a la responsable del hotel (no existe recepción física) y la solución no era factible. Muy mala organización por parte de la Dirección del hotel. No volveremos a ir.
• Gertrud (2/5): Für56 Euro erfrieren - Das Zimmer und die Lage wären im Grunde o.k. Bei der Buchung war nicht klar, dass es sich um ein virtuelles Hotel ohne anwesendes Personal handelt und man alles online machen muss (im Nachhinein habe ich dann auf einem der 28 Fotos zufällig den Hinweis darauf entdeckt). Wir sind letztendlich ins Zimmer gekommen, aber nicht jeder muss automatisch nur noch online unterwegs sein! Nicht funktioniert hat der Fön und die Heizung. Die (einzig vernünftige) Zimmerbeleuchtung wäre die Deckenlampe gewesen. Leider war hier nur die leere Fassung. Der Versuch, dann wenigstens über ein warmes Bad etwas gegen die Kälte zu tun, scheiterte am nicht vorhandenen Badewannenstöpsel... Eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Heizungsanlage gabe es nicht. Über die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter versus booking.com kamen wir leider auch nicht weiter. In Spanisch, das wir nicht sprechen, erhielten wir zwar Anweisungen für die Heizung, die aber nicht funktionierten. Es blieb kalt - und das bei einer Nacht mit 4 Grad Celsius! Am Morgen hatte es 13,4 Grad lm Zimmer. Nachts gegen 23.00 Uhr erklärte ich nochmal, dass die Heizung nicht funktioniere und ich mein Geld zurückhaben will. Mein Mann schlief bereits im Schlafsack. Die Antwort war, dass wir ja das Zimmer wechseln könnten, nachdem wir geprüft hätten, ob dort die Heizung funktioniere... nachts um 23.00 Uhr!!! Mehr könne man aus der Ferne nicht tun. Am nächsten Tag würde man mit dem Manager sprechen, ich würde eine WhatsApp Nachricht erhalten...Bis jetzt 2 Tage später ist nichts passiert.

• Catherine (9/5): Absolutely loved it, easy access to everything. We will definitely be back. - We loved our stay at Hotel Albaicin. We were staying in the area so that we could spend time with friends that have moved there. The hotel is well situated in the Centre of town, we will definitely be back. As we were staying for 10 days we needed extra storage. This was soon rectified by the staff.

Un café exquisito, el pan de la tostada buenísimo, se ve que usan productos de cercanía con una calidad excelente. Esto no depende del hotel, pero después de bajarnos la aplicación para aparcar las motos en una zona azul que hay frente al hotel, y tener pagado el estacionamiento, nos despertaron temprano porque el revisor decía que no se pueden aparcar motos, que lo acababa de prohibir el ayuntamiento, que tenemos que quitarlas, y teníamos 2 motos en un aparcamiento, y pagamos las 2 motos. Una vergüenza para el ayuntamiento de Coin.

The room advertised kettle, table ware and iron but none of this was in the room. We did ask at reception in our very bad Spanish and we did get a kettle but no cups etc. They should ensure these items are in the room before each stay. The restaurant/bar on the ground floor could be a little noisy at times.

• Patricia (10/5): Hotel is great and so is Coin, lovely place to stay and get away from it all and chill. - The Hotel is a little gem, and Patricia who met me when I arrived, and who I spoke to several times whilst I was there, was so gracious and lovely. I am not sure if she is the owner. No complaints about anything at all. Hotel is right by heart of Coin town, it is a lovely little town, 3 lovely churches too. If you bike ride loads of lovely countryside close by. I can’t wait to go back and stay in Albaicin Hotel again, I have stayed there 5 or 6 times already. They have also opened an Indian Restaurant just down the street, ate there amazing food. Sorry I do love a good curry and I was away from home for 3 weeks. No I am not related to anyone at all to do with the Hotel, or been paid to do this review. I just love this Hotel and Coin. Nothing all was great. Patricia who met me when I arrived etc was one of the nicest ladies I have met, such a pleasure to meet her.

• Sjors Johannes (3/5): Smokey room, not enough beds. - The location We booked for 5 guests but only 4 beds were prepared, the hotel told us we should have let them know we were arriving with 5 people (despite booking for 5 and online checking in for 5). One of our assigned room, the guests prior had clearly been smoking in, covering the smoke detector with a filthy sock. We had a hard time to explain to the owner that we were not sleeping in a room that, despite being cleaned, smelled like an ashtray. After multiple lengthy phone calls we were assigned new rooms for 5 guests, but in cases like this you miss a physical check-in.

• Sipkema (7/5): Leuk hotel, je wandelt zo het centrum in, goede kwaliteit voor de prijs. - Goede ligging, het ziet er gezellig uit, wij hadden een ruime kamer Waterdruk was heel laag waardoor douchen niet echt lekker was. Ook werken ze met codes voor de voordeur en de kamer ipv met een receptie, wat heel goed werkt, alleen ‘s avonds laat stond de voordeur open en was het onduidelijk wie die nou (voor de nacht) dicht doet. Dat hebben wij voor de zekerheid maar gedaan omdat het een minder prettig gevoel was dat iedereen het hotel in kon wandelen.

Habitación 23.Los grifos del baño estaban cubiertos de cal;el caudal de agua de la ducha,la mitad de lo habitual y temperatura salía máximo templada;los ganchos de colgar las toallas,estaban sólo los agujeros en la pared;el grifo del bidé era de lavabo,por lo que el chorro salía recto(incómodo para poder usarlo);el lavabo se quedaba el agua atascada desde que caía el chorro,que era escaso(bastante desagradable);una de las luces,titilaba de contínuo;el secador se movía por que no estaba bien anclado a la pared(1 de los 2 puntos sólo tenía).Respecto a la habitación,tele sin antena,así que no se pudo usar;los postigos exteriores no cerraban bien;la barandilla de los balcones con óxido y como colofón,la cerradura electrònica estaba rota(por fuera,le faltaba una pieza y no estaba bien sujeta a la madera de la puerta).Como no hay personal fijo,no se pudo dar estas quejas in situ.

• Cristina (6/5): Tiene gran potencial de mejora - La cama era muy cómoda y la ubicacion del hotel en pleno centro. Le falta una limpieza profunda en general, los muebles estaban un poco deteriorados, en las habitaciones abuhardilladas hacia muchisimo calor.

Sucia, sin ventana, sin elementos de los mostrados en las fotos. De muy baja categoría. Hemos estado en moteles de carretera mejores que está habitación. No hay servicio de limpieza, no hacen cama ni cambian toallas. La limpieza de paredes y suelos es muy deficiente, especialmente junto al WC. Por la noche no fue a el ascensor. No sé compensa de ninguna forma la gran diferencia entre habitación reservada/habitación ofrecida. No te atiende personal físico, solo por mensajes. No volveremos jamás ni a este ni a ninguno de la empresa. Una verdadera estafa.

• Chris (8/5): Lovely hotel in centre of Coin - Perfect location in Coin...literally 20 metres from the main square. During our stay the town had a festival...which was very lively and certainly shows the Spanish can party! Room was nice and comfy. Online check in was OK...and thankfully the staff allowed us to check in early for an event. There is parking nearby but can be tricky to find a spot when busy.
