• Katharina (6/5): - El personal del restaurante muy amable, la piscina está muy bien. La comida estaba bien aunque no mucha variedad. El personal de la recepción al llegar no nos trató muy bien ya que no habíamos puesto el bebé de 9 meses en la reserva. Supuestamente por temas del seguro nos hicieron reservar otra habitación, con descuento. Pero al principio ni querían darnos las llaves de la segunda habitación. En las habitaciones había bichos y hormigas por todas partes. El servicio de limpieza tampoco bien. Como si no hubieran limpiado. Hay vitrocerámica en la habitación, pero ni ollas o sartenes ni tampoco cubiertos.

• daanv304 (2/5): Not worth your money - Unfortunately, we look back very disappointed on our stay at this resort. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall experience fell far below the expectations we had for an all-inclusive holiday. The apartments are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The beds in particular were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. In addition, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was often lukewarm or cold and lacked both flavor and variety. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of quality. When we raised our concerns with management, the only solution offered was a different mattress. No further effort, understanding, or compensation was provided, which we found very disappointing from a customer service perspective. Considering the overall price-quality ratio, we would not recommend this resort.

La meilleure appréciation concerne le personnel qui a été adorable pendant notre séjour. Les autres vacanciers étaient très bruyant. La piscine permet juste de se rafraîchir, pas de nager.

Bardzo fajne animacje, bus dojeżdżający do plaży był bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem. Jak na 3 * hotel było ok. Niestety jedzenie mnie rozczarowało. Zbyt mały wybór szczególnie z dziećmi którym ciężko było coś znaleźć. Myślę że chociaż naleśniki na śniadanie uratowałyby wiele rodzin z dziećmi. Brak opisów składu jedzenia!!! Dla osób silnie uczulonych na mleko czy jajka to loteria, więc to bylo bardzo dużym minusem.

• C825KWanitaf (4/5): Not the best relaxing family holiday that we needed - The apartment was too small to accomadate 4 people. The kids were sofa beds in the lounge area which were small & uncomfortable. The main beds themselves were no better, it was like sleeping on slabs on concrete. The snack bar options were unlike any other hotel we've stayed at & had flies crawling over it most of the time. The restaurant food was lacking choice & seemed to be the same things day after day which would have ok if the food had been hot but everything was always cold. We had cochroaches on our balcony, they were trying to get through under the main apartment door & we had a millipede on the ceiling at one point. Overall, the holiday was not great & although we tried to speak direct with management, we got nowhere. Would not be looking to go again.

Miły i pomocny personel na recepcji - bez problemu zamieniono nam pokój na inny znajdujący sie w cichszej lokalizacji. Bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci kelnerzy w restauracji. Posiłki: śniadania słabe, natomiast obiady i kolacje dobre, chociaż słabo doprawione i czasami zimne. Umeblowanie apartamentu podstawowe, mało wygodne rozjeżdzające się łóżka. Sejf w apartamencie. Ręczniki wymieniane prawie codziennie, ale ośrodek nie zapewnia ręczników plażowych. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Ogólnie stosunek jakości do kwoty, którą zapłaciłam jest dość dobry, ale nie pojechałabym tam ponownie. Budynki dosyć stare, wymagające remontu. Bardzo słaba jakość sprzątania pokoi. Teren zaniedbany. Brudna podłoga i brudne stoliki przy barze (jeden stolik z odchodami ptasimi nie był zmywany przez parę dni). Brak zakazu palenia papierosów w okolicach basenu i baru. Hałas na terenie ośrodka od samego rana - sprzatanie odbywało się za pomocą dmuchawy do liści. Głośna muzyka przy barze i basenie przez cały dzień. Depozyt 10 EUR za pilota do TV ! Kubki do napojów serwowanych w barze: przy przyjeździe każdy otrzymywał plastikowy kubek, który trzeba było przynosić z sobą, aby otrzymać napój. Bardzo to było uciążliwe !! Monotonne śniadania, kiepskiej jakości drinki, słaby snack bar.

• J9957HJdorotak (10/5): Amazing Hotel with Great Food and Friendly Staff - We were truly delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the very first day, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was something new, and the dinners were often themed – Chinese, Mexican, etc. Everyone could find something they liked. When we arrived late at night, we were pleasantly surprised with a bag of fruit, cookies and bottled water – such a thoughtful gesture. The biggest credit goes to the staff – always smiling, kind and helpful. From the waiters to the animators and all the hotel team, everyone creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The animations were fantastic, full of energy and fun. The only small downside was that they started a bit late. The hotel is clean, well maintained and very pleasant. The only minor issue is that the pool gets deep quite quickly, so parents with small children should keep an eye on them. Overall, our stay was amazing, and if we ever have the chance, we will definitely come back. Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto.❤️❤️❤️❤️

• Jónás (8/5): Szuper volt - A személyzet, az ételek, az all inclusive nagyon jó volt. Kedvesek voltak, jók voltak az animátorok. A medence is szuper volt. A szállás nem olyan volt mint amire számítottunk. Érkezésünkkor a szobát cserélni kellett. Minket a szállodán kívül eső házban helyeztek el, így utcán kellett végig sétálni. Ez nem tetszett. Sajnos a medence 23-24 fokos volt, lehetett volna futott is a gyerekek miatt.

Die Aufteilung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr gut (Richtig verschiebbare Türen, Platz, Anordnung). All-Inklusive Essen ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht von sehr guter Qualität. Für Vegetarier gibt es fast immer eine gute Auswahl. Beanstandungen am Zimmer werden zeitnah behoben.

L'accueil, comme le restaurant et le bar personnel très disponibles et chaleureux. Restauration variée à chaque repas c'est top. Place pour se garer devant l'hôtel toujours de la disponibilité.. La piscine très bien entretenue et pas bondée. Proximité plage à 800m avec beaucoup de boutiques pour shopping souvenirs et autres, ce qui est très agréable comme promenade le soir car fermeture tardive. Randonnée à proximité aussi. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Petit bémol la sono au bar et animation le soir un peu trop haut dans le volume pour notre part.

• 646diarmuidb (10/5): Our little piece of paradise - This was our second trip to Torre Blanca of the 2025 season because the experience we had was so great we had to go twice. We were made feel so at home and welcomed we had our second trip booked when we were on the runway in Palma heading home in June. The staff are amazing and friendly from the housekeeping to management. But the icing on the cake for us was the animacion team who at the start of our first trip were strangers became friends before our departure. Location is only a ten minute walk to Sa Coma beach with a courtesy shuttle bus every ten minutes. The food is amazing catering for everyone at every meal. Bar serves a variety of drinks to cater to everyone’s desires Rooms are always cleaned are perfect for a 3 star hotel. We have already put in motion our booking for next year
• richardpE8171GU (6/5): Good hotel - Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. In a lovely area in sa coma which is very family friendly. JJs bar and restaurant down the road is very nice for food or drinks. Food at hotel ok, served a bit too much fish in my opinion and my two girls did struggle at times but overall was ok. Room was basic but everything we needed. My only complaint would be the cleaning as our cleaner didn't clean the balcony once in the week we were there and everytime the kids went out there they would bring bits back in on there feet from the balcony not being cleaned. Overall a good stay though for the price we paid

Ubytko čiste, upratovanie pravidelne menené - Ubytovanie rodín s detmi ďalej od hlučnej časti komplexu, bazén, veľké množstvo aktivít - biliard, Ping-pong, minigolf, tenis, futbal, detske ihrisko, program pre deti s animátormi skoro každý deň, animátori tvorili zábavne aktivity pre deti a dospelých, možnosť najesť sa do 22:30 - ocenili sme pri neskorom príchode, a tiež dať si kávu ráno 5:30 pri skorom odchode. Komáre ;) vidno že ma hotel svoje najlepšie časy za sebou, chcelo by to vynoviť.

• Adventure41717539412 (4/5): Poor experience - Most of the hotel facilities are in need of proper attention and upkeep. The staff were generally friendly, with special mention to the animation team who worked very hard and were great with guests. However, communication was a real challenge – it was surprising that very few staff members, including the manager, spoke adequate English. Our first night in the apartment was a nightmare. We found cockroaches not only outside but also inside the room, even crawling above us. When we complained, the response was that this was “natural” and caused by us leaving a door open, which was not the case and felt very dismissive. Thankfully, the following day we were moved to a much better room on the first floor, which made a big difference. On the positive side, the food was good with a nice variety, and the location was quite convenient. However, the price felt a bit salty for the level of service and standards provided. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but some of the hotel facilities and management approach need serious improvement.

La colazione (a parte il caffè che purtroppo, si sa, quando si va all'estero non può essere come quello che beviamo in Italia) era molto fornita: pane da potersi scaldare, brioches, donut, marmellate di ogni tipo (addirittura quella light), yogurt, uova fatte al momento, pancake, frutta, succhi, più il reparto del salato A cena ogni sera c'era un tema diverso, con specialità maiorchine, asiatiche, messicane... Per i dolci c'erano sempre torte e mousse, e la macchinetta per lo yogurt freddo (molto sfruttata dai bimbi) Il Bar era aperto fino alle 24 la sera; bibite, birre, cocktail (specialmente a base di succhi di frutta), la qualità è quella che ci si può aspettare da un all inclusive a questo prezzo. Al check in ci hanno dato due bicchieri di plastica dura da usare qui, così da evitare sprechi di plastica e bicchieri di vetro rotti. L'unica scomodità è quando si dimenticavano in camera e si doveva fare avanti e indietro ahaha CAMERA Spaziosa il giusto, forse il bagno un po' piccino ma in due siamo stati piu che bene. Pulizia fatta quasi tutti i giorni tranne domenica e giovedì (come ci è stato precedentemente detto), fatta bene, con cambio asciugamani. C erano dosatori di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone per le mani ANIMAZIONE Spettacoli serali con Babydance, spettacoli di magia, karaoke e balli acrobatici. Parlavano prettamente inglese e spagnolo, il che permetteva a tutti di essere coinvolti. STRUTTURA, PULIZIA, SERVIZI Ogni mattina c'era gli addetti alle pulizie che pulivano ovunque. Struttura abbastanza grande, noi eravamo in una parte più isolata, lontani dalla piscina, e questo ci ha dato la giusta privacy e tranquillità. La struttura non è sicuro appena ristrutturata ma non la definirei nemmeno trasandata. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma c'erano anche campi da gioco, minigolf e biliardo. Nel pomeriggio e la sera dopo la cena si poteva usufruire degli snack nella zona bar, sinceramente però non mi ha mai ispirato nulla. C'erano più che altro panini e affettato, qualche dolce e frutta. Non sono mai riuscita a rimanere più di 1 minuto in quel punto perché l aria condizionata era sempre altissima! Inoltre, io che bevo sempre l'acqua frizzante, non c era il dispenser come al ristorante. L hotel è indicato sicuramente per famiglie, non per coppie che cercano tranquillità. Noi non ci siamo fatti troppi problemi ma essendoci molti bambini gli schiamazzi (sorpattutto durante i pasti) erano veramente forti. Un "attacco" alla serata White party, non ne ho capito granché il senso e mi è spiaciuto poiché era proprio la nostra ultima sera e siamo andati in camera quasi subìto dopo la cena. In camera avevamo il miscelatore del bidè che non andava, avevamo chiesto in reception fin dal primo giorno che venisse sistemato e ci hanno detto che avrebbero avvisato la manutenzione, ma non è stato fatto. Forse ho capito male e dovevo comunicarlo io stessa? Chissà. Allungare anche solo di mezz'ora l'orario cena (chiusura 21.30) permetterebbe a chi fa la giornata al mare di potersela prendere più con comodo. Il letto matrimoniale non esiste, esistono solo due singoli attaccati, abbastanza scomodo perché si staccavano facilmente.

Muy cerca la playa que hay es de aguas cristalina. Las camas son cómodas. Que en el restaurante para cenar no hubiera cerveza,tenías que pedirla en la piscina y llevartela al bar. Hay dos días que no limpian ni te cambian las toallas,pero nosotros no lo sabíamos,pedimos y nos dieron.

• louisedD3029IN (10/5): Great for holiday with children - I stayed with my children aged 11&8. It was their first holiday abroad and I am so pleased we picked this resort. It was small enough that I could allow my children some freedom. The staff were fantastic and had so much going on for the kids if they wanted to join in. There was a kids disco each evening followed by a family show and we watched every night. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which was great and the beach was beautiful and not too crowded even in mid August. At the hotel there was no fighting for seats around the pool as there was space enough for everyone. The food was good and there was a theme most nights plus enough choice even for my 2 very picky kids. Our apartment was basic but perfectly adequate with a small hob and fridge with freezer section which was great for freezing bottles of water. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had a good size outdoor area. We were on the ground floor and it felt very safe. There is even a drying rack for your clothes fixed to the wall. We took some travel hangers which came in very useful as we had a lot of wet swimwear and towels. We hadn't booked any trips in advance but reception staff were very helpful booking a coach for the Cave of Hams and the dinosaur park. As we were all inclusive it was great that the kids could help themselves to cold drinks and slushies thought the day and there were hot drinks too. Although the bar was busy we did not experience any drunken behaviour in the whole 10 days we were there. The pool is separated into 2 sections and my only minor issue is that the shallow end is quite small before children are out of their depth meaning that area gets pretty busy. There is a small area in the pool for really little ones that has safety bars on which is a good idea. I would reccomend this place to families and those without kids.

Personal ist super nett, gerade der Junge Mann mit den Locken vom Housekeeping arbeitet unermüdlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ok. Ähnelt dem Essen eines 3-Sterne-Hotels in Mallorca. • Guest (9/5): The best week of our summer - Rooms are ok, no luxury but we had a kitchen, nice big balcony with the pool view :). The food was amazing. But I have to mention THE best animation program I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not just for kids but also for us moms, we enjoyed the stay so much thanks to this wonderful group of people. They do their job with passion and smile on their faces. I’m thinking about coming again next year because one week wasn’t enough ❤️. Maybe the only thing I don’t miss is every morning cleaning the area around the swimming pool with some noisy vacuum cleaner. The noice woke us up every morning, but to be fair it came around 8-8:30 AM, but it is holiday, I might appreciate a better “alarm”.

En 2 semaines, nous n’avons jamais mangé la même chose (pouur une famille de 4 personnes mangeant normalement), 2 poissons, 2 viandes, 2 plats de légumes cuits proposés à chaque repas. Il y a en plus le salade bar pour ceux qui souhaitent des crudités. La piscine, nous avons toujours trouvé des transats, sans courir le matin à 8h, que ce soit à 10h-11h-15h nous trouvions des transats et la piscine est largement suffisantes. It had great entertainment each night and huge compliments to the Animation Team who are excellent. The food is top class and there’s loads to choose from at each meal. We were all inclusive and it was well worth it. You would not have to leave the hotel for anything as all is provided. Rooms are spotless and well maintained by the cleaning staff.

The food was great, plenty of choice for both adults and children and a variety of food each day which was nice. All staff in restaurant, bar, reception are so friendly and helpful. But the biggest praise goes to Rocky and his animation team, they are just out of the world. So much energy! They make the kids feel so special and really work hard at everything they do. My advice would be to join in with all the activities, you meet really nice people from all over Europe and the animation team make each activity for both adults and children really fun. They work so hard and put on amazing shows. They really go above and beyond. Well done club torre blanca team 2025 !!

• Jet03952861553 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Zaira and Rocky from the animation team are brilliant! - Amazing hotel in a lovely party of Majorca. The staff are friendly and efficient there is plenty to do at the hotel. The animation team went above and beyond - especially Zaira and Rocky - who had so much enthusiasm you couldn't help but want to join in with the activities they organised. Whenever they saw our children around the hotel they always looked pleased to see them and made sure they said hello. They really are an asset to the hotel and make you feel like they genuinely care that you are having a nice holiday. The animation team prioritised both children and adults activities making sure there was something for everyone. People staying at the hotel are from all over Europe but everything is always said in English as well as other languages, which created a nice feel. The food in the restaurant is a mix but there is definitely always something tasty and always things like pizza, pasta and chips which was good for the children. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff are very polite and respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Il giorno dell'arrivo il nostro aereo aveva fatto tardi e così abbiamo perso la cena.E ci hanno lasciati senza cena con due bambini piccoli non è stato proprio un bel benvenuto.E poi un giorno avendo il trattamento all inclusive avevamo chiesto la sera prima se era possibile per il giorno dopo avendo un'escursione un pranzo a sacco per il pranzo che perdevamo ma hanno detto che non era possibile.Mahhh non so perché tutte queste limitazioni avendo pagato già tutto il soggiorno in anticipo.

Era tudo limpo( apesar de não limparem ás quintas e domingos ??!!!) e notava-se a manutenção do espaço. Boa localização , bastante tranquilo e perto da praia. Não gostei muito da comida , poucas opções , bastante repetitiva! Antes de ir questionei de tinham opções sem glúten e disseram que sim , mas não há quase nada … apenas assinalados os cereais sem glúten ao pequeno almoço , de resto só perguntando ao staff e só me sabiam dizer quando estava a chef , senão nem sabiam… a minha filha teve de comer batatas fritas e arroz todos os dias , pois era a única opção que tinha … nos últimos dias nem aqueciam o arroz , mandavam-me aquecer no microondas , correndo o risco da contaminação cruzada!! Não é um hotel apto para celíacos!! De forma alguma!! Tinha pouca fruta e sendo um hotel que tem muitas crianças não tinha quase nunca sopa de legumes … apenas caldos que quase ninguém comia… Não voltarei a este hotel pois as coisas boas não compensam as más!!

• Skybeard (8/5): Good hotel, but food let's it down. - We stayed here in July 2025 with our 3 young kids. Pros: Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Animation team are excellent, kids loved the mini disco and activities. Location is not too bad, there are a few good restaurants close by. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. We had no issues getting a sunbed in a good location. Con: There were a few days the food wasn't too bad, but on the whole we struggled to find something everyone liked every day. Overall I would come back to this hotel, but only if they offered half board.

• Lucijee27 (9/5): Celkově jsme byli spokojení. - Milý personál, chutné jídlo, bylo z čeho vybírat, super animační tým. Klidné místo, na pláž jsme využívali transfer. Starší koupelna, žádný prostor pro odkládání věcí, jen jedna malá polička. V kuchyni skoro žádné vybavení, ani jeden talířek, jen pár hrníčků, které nejspíš někdo přinesl od snídaně a jedna kávová lžička. Skříňky zatuchlé. Uklízeči nedoplňovali toaletní papír, museli jsme si ho vyžádat. Chyběl smetáček a lopatka, písek jsme se ze sebe snažili umýt venku, ale i tak jsme ho měli všude. My nejsme moc nároční a na pokoji jsme skoro celý den nebyli a měli jsme all inclusive, tak nám to vybavení moc nevadilo, ale pokud bychom si potřebovali vařit, tak by nebylo ani čím se najíst.

Blev bedt om selv at fjerne håndklæder, hvis liggestole ikke blev brugt. Personale der lavede børneaktiviteter var super søde. Det samme gælder for personalet i restauranten.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good family hotel. The kids entertainment staff was amazing, such energy! Cudos! Service at the restaurant was so nice and kind as well. Food was good. Very pleasantly surprised! Of course there was more common food as burgers, hotdogs some days, but always also nice fish, good sauces, interesting dishes and so on. Negative: Some days it was way too loud at the pool area. The music would be blasting while the entertainment team would be shouting while using microphones. If you stayed near the pool it was impossible to get away from the noise. Other days the music was nice and calm. It seemed to depend on the bartender, but it would be nice if they took the audience into account when choosing playlist and also perhaps they could announce activities in the microphone but when only 3 people attended it might not be necessary to do the entire activity with a mic.

Pyszne jedzenie, duzy wybor. Bardzo mily personel i swietni animatorzy dla dzieci. Ciekawy program animacji. Spory basen i duzo zieleni na terenie objetku. Bylismy w trojke i mielismy podwojne lozko plus kanape rozkladana. Kanapa byla niestety srednio wygodna i w koncu spalam na materacu na podlodze.

The staff gave 100 percent to everything they were so hard working and went above and beyond at all times. We had a lovely clean room. The food was amazing lots of variety and all freshly prepared. The location was really good with the beach only 800m away was a 20 min walk. We also caught the bus to the next town. Hotel staff told us where to catch the bus and the times. Would love to visit again as it was an amazing holiday would recommend to friends and family.

Beaucoup trop étranger irrespectueux de plus Réserve les transats de beau matin ,et le soir baignade a minuit...La chambre trop vieillotte, le restaurant ont se croirait à la cantine, pas assez chaleureux, les plats, peu varier à part manger du porc et du poulet. Pas de jambon de chez eux...Reste de manger le lendemain dans des plats non préparé....Nous avons demander de nous changer les serviettes et vider la poubelle et au retour le soir nous trouvons les cotons et mouchoir par terre.. je regrette d'avoir réservé cet hôtel qui a 3 étoiles...Nous avions louer des vélos de l hôtel tellement dans un mauvais état que même les flics 🚓 nous ont interpeller pour nous dire que la béquille et mal mise... ( le ressort fatigué donc béquille tient pas fermé)...

• Fanny (6/5): Tout est très bien au niveau du personnel et du cadre MAIS pas le all inclusive - Les logements fonctionnels et jolis (mieux que des barres d’immeubles) Les animations et animateurs au top Le personnel en général est très agréable et serviable Sa coma est une petite ville très sympathique loin des grosses villes touristiques avec des petites plages et criques sympa aux alentours et de belles balades à faire Le all inclusive : cocktail pas très bons et surtout vraiment trop sucrés et le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur du prix (comparé à d’autres hôtels du même standing) qualité et diversité pas top … Quant au snacking entre 15h et 18h , ne comptez pas dessus si vous loupez l’heure du repas du midi…
