All the staff and management were so friendly and helpful from the cleaners to chefs to reception. Beautifully clean, characterful hotel. Fabulous cafe on ground floor available all the time with great food. Teas and clean water available in reception. Some rooms can be a bit cold but heaters provided on request. Stayed 3 times and would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back for the amazing looking chocolate cake next time !! Nothing.

• Kelly (9/5): Lovely oasis and I'd stay here again! - Lovely space to stay and explore Cusco. It's right beside the San Pedro market and everything you need is in walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional and having a restaurant and cafe on site was great. They provide early breakfast to go for early pick ups and activities. The bed was comfortable and everyone was so kind. Reception found a heater for me, as the room was chilly when I stayed. The rooms are not soundproof and when people return or wake at 3 or 4am (from partying or to go to early excursions) they sit in the common room and talk loudly, unaware that people are trying to sleep nearby. It would be helpful to have a 'quiet zone' sign for those late night / early morning communal spaces. Bring earplugs.

Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat 2 Fenster die man nicht abdunkeln kann. Am Morgen wurde es früh hell.

We both developed a fever and cough while there and they came to check on us, sent for a doctor, and we ended up being hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia, exacerbated by the altitude. Staff is a family and tried their best to make our stay more comfortable, including providing excellent to go breakfast box for an early excursion The hotel has no elevators, the room was cold, and the bathroom even more so. We were traveling with young kids and this made our stay not so comfortable.

• Rayara (10/5): Hotel muito agradável! - O hotel é uma graça, próximo a tudo, super fácil acesso. A acomodação é boa, confortável, limpa e agradável. As funcionárias são super receptivas, atenciosas, educadas e solícitas. O café da manhã é uma delícia, tem bastante coisa, tudo fresquinho. Além disso, eles deixam preparado um box de lanche para levar quando saímos antes do café da manhã. Há também um restaurante muito agradável no hotel, comida boa e feita na hora com bastante zelo. Tudo foi muito bom. Obrigada pela ótima recepção Ameríndia! Poderia ter um aquecedor elétrico no quarto.

• Gloria (10/5): - Es bonito y cómodo. No tenían las habitaciones organizadas a tiempo como las habíamos pedido, fue un error que se pudo organizar y se disculparon con amabilidad. Algo para mejorar es poner un extractor de humo en la cocina para que no se llene el ambiente del comedor cuando el clima no permite abrir las ventanas o el acceso al jardín.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. My 9 year old daughter felt ill, they checked her oxygen level, administered oxygen to her and offered to check her level again and call a doctor if needed after an hour. She recovered and their care and attention was much appreciated. Nothing. This was a great experience.

• June (5/5): Loud noise some days - Good location We were there 2 nights. The first night was Saturday. Next door was a bar. They had very loud music until 10 pm. I had bad headaches due to high attitude sickness. All the loud noise made it worse. The second night was fine.

Buena relación calidad precio. - El hotel es muy bonito .Como una casa colonial decorada con buen gusto, con un patio interior muy agradable y diferentes estancias sociales por plantas. La habitación ( triple) fue amplia y con camas cómodas. Pero si algo es destacable es la amabilidad del servicio. Fueron muy atentos y hasta nos llegaron a cambiar a una habitación mejor ( sin solicitarlo ) al mismo coste. El desayuno es de 10. Pero además el restaurante cuenta con una cocina excelente y a un precio muy económico ( algo a tener en cuenta si un día optas por no salir )

San Pedro market is across the street and it is also a quick walk to the Plaza De Armas. I travel with my 4 year old son and having room service and the restaurant available after a long day of travel is wonderful, the one time they were full and I went somewhere else it was so hard to find food with a tree and hungry child I do not want to do that again. My son also was ill the last time we visited cusco and stayed here, the staff asked if I wanted a doctor and they called and had one come quickly. I travel back and forth a lot and always try to stay here if there is availability. I have not found anything I do not like.

No view from room. Sofa bed was very short.

• Antonella (8/5): Great location, delicious breakfast and food at the café and very kind and supportive staff! - Amerindia is super charming and well located near San Pedro market, the train station and 10 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Rooms have all the necessary for a good stay and they are cleaned daily which is not always the standard in Peru. Free herbal teas and coca leaves are a nice touch available to all guests. The staff is very helpful and kind, they organised taxis for me and packed breakfast for my early morning trips. The little café downstairs it is a hidden gem, their local wines and food are delicious! Included breakfast it is also great and offers great variety. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks Amerindia team! Bathroom was leaking water from the room, probably due to the humidity, it needs a better ventilation system.

• Erika (10/5): Hotel en el centro, una calle tranquila, cerca del mercado y de la plaza principal, personal amable - Le personnel était sympathique, comme tous les Péruviens. Très bon séjour, bonne communication, personnel serviable. Mon "box" petit-déjeuner était prêt même à 4 h du matin sans problème. Le seul commentaire négatif est que j'ai été réveillé à 4h du matin samedi par des gens qui parlaient très fort dans le salon (ma chambre était juste à côté).

• CDEVERA (9/5): We loved Amerindia Hotel, Cusco, Peru - I like hotels better than Airbnbs and Amerindia was a very good hotel. The Manager is kind and very accommodating, even went out of his way to find a lost water bottle, and gave us heaters as it was really cold for us. Packed breakfast was prepared for us when we did the tour of Montan̈a de 7 Colores. Cheers to all the staff of Amerindia, I highly recommend this hotel. Street noise can sometimes bother your sleep. Guess this is the trade off for its right in the center location. We slept very well though as rhe beds and pillows are very good.

• Marie (6/5): It's okay. - We had the tripple room which was on the top floor under the slanted roof. I hit my head several times. We were tired when we arrived in the evening and ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was just okay but the juices were very nice. The included breakfast was fine, although the coffee wasn't good at all, very bitter and clearly made with the cheapest beans. The breakfast food was the same as all the other hotels we have stayed in in Peru. Choice of eggs, some bread, bit of yoghurt with cereal and fresh fruit. All in all our stay was fine for 1 night but wouldn't go back.

• Victoria (10/5): - I loved my stay here. The breakfast was delicious every morning and I appreciated the pack breakfast the days I was up early for tours. The staff were always helpful and the hotel is kept extremely clean. I did laundry twice and it alway came back promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
• Enrique (10/5): - This is a gem in Cuzco. The staff is very, very helpful (and most of Cuzco people are really nice) The cleaning is excellent. The choices at breakfast is just as good. The room (one bed) had a big, big bed and more than enough blankets (actually we have the remove some of them because it wasn’t that cold and those blankets were heavy) we do have to ask for more pillows which they send them right away we also made a “mistake” of asking for a room heather which I was never use. This is one place that I would recommend to anybody. Just remember to choose a room away from the street so you won’t get the noise like we did. No surprise extra charges. I very pleasant place to stay.

• Federica Fabiana (10/5): Super gentili e ottima posizione - Posizionato vicino al mercato di San Pedro, ma in zona silenziosa. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Early check-in alle 5 senza costi aggiuntivi, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli per due giorni mentre eravamo a Machu Picchu. Siamo tornati e ci hanno cambiato la stanza per dei piccoli problemi. Sfortunatamente il mio compagno è stato male, ma la struttura ci ha consentito di fare check out più tardi per farlo riposare di più. Servizio lavanderia ok Le finestre per me dovrebbero avere tutte la tenda perché ho problemi a dormire con la luce, ma è un mio problema. La colazione potrebbe essere un po’ più varia e ricca, specie di dolci.
