Fantastic location, beautiful views, very comfortable and yes, as others have mentioned, the stairs can be a challenge, but they are well worth the effort for what you get in terms of the accommodation. Nothing negative to say about this place. Everything was just perfect with nothing to dislike.
• Lisa (10/5): Stunning views and exceptional hospitality! - A fantastic stay in Old Town Dubrovnik! The apartment was compact, spotless, and fully equipped. The large terrace with loungers and dining space offered breathtaking views of the old town and nearby islands. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging transport for us. Highly recommended! Although just a 10-minute walk to Dubrovnik’s Old Walls, the route involves continuous stairs, which can be quite challenging—especially for those with mobility issues.

• Chris (10/5): An incredible living space in an incredible town/country. A very gracious host. WE LOVED our stay. - This was a spacious well appointed apartment perched above the old city of Dubrovnik with a spectacular view. The balcony was oversized and private. You can wave to the cable car moving slightly to the left of the view and see the entire harbor area. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable (a king!). Totally awesome but you have to earn it because one must walk up from old town for several hundred steps. You get used to this. When arriving, try to perhaps take advantage of taking a cab to the main road that is actually above the apartment and roll your suitcases down to the apartment! The landlord will give you this advice. Otherwise you're going to slog up many stairs and switchbacks to get to the marvelous place. And, a few more open shelves in the snug bathroom might have helped, but this is entirely incidental as the place overall surpassed expectations. And everyone has to put up with the fire department testing it's vehicle horns much too early. The bells from Dubrovnik's churches on the other hand are wonderful!

We couldn’t complain about anything. But for some people the stairs down to the old town might be challenging on the way up.

• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning apartment - it is as lovely as in the photos, in fact even better! The view from the huge balcony is worth the climb up the steps from the town; I think it is the biggest balcony around and we enjoyed lazing in the sun after a busy day. The air con in the bedroom was a lifesaver, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Fabulously comfortable bed and a lovely shower!
• Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and I had a fabulous 3 night stay here. The views over the old town are just stunning. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend and not hesitate to come back. It’s around a 10 minute walk downhill into the old town. So coming back there are quite a few steps, but they are manageable and well worth it to have that view!
• István (8/5): Very good - Excellent view, nice huge terrace Bathroom a bit small. Could do with better qusaity bed linen. No parking, a few hunded meters walk on the stairs - but this is told upfront, so if you are prepared for it, thats fine, this is the price for the wonderful view.

• Julie (10/5): Amazing views and wonderful apartment! - Our apartment had stunning views over the old town and a wonderful large terrace. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our host, Radmila, was lovely and met us on arrival. We were up high on the hill, as expected. Although in our 60's, we managed to walk up and down the stairs to the old town for 3 days in a row. On arrival, our taxi took us to a pull off on the road above the apartment, then we had a short walk down a few ramps with our luggage. Radmila organised a taxi for us on departure. We highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing!

The view was amazing, uninterrupted views on the old town and the ocean, with a large balcony. .It was clean and very comfortable.We arrived to a lovely welcome basket, and a thoughtful gift as it was our anniversary. The lady in charge was super attentive and helpful with a request we had. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough.

It was mine and my partners birthday while we were there and Radmilla spent the time to notice and brought us some gifts, to wish us a happy birthday. The apartment is just a 5-10 minute walk down to the Old Town and had beautiful views from the balcony. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing
• Julie (10/5): The views 🥰 - Amazing view looking down on Dubrovnik from the balcony. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The owners even gave us a lovely bottle of wine, biscuits and a birthday card on arrival. Loved our time here. Steep walk but that is to be expected with a property on a hill with unbelievable views. • Ellie (9/5): Amazing stay - Amazing guesthouse would definitely stay again. The woman was so attentive and kind, let us in the apartment straightaway even though we were hours late. She also organised us our taxi back to the bus station which was very helpful and cheap! The apartment is very clean, great bathroom and location very close to the old town. Only thing is the keys are very stiff to open the doors but obviously that's fine

Great communication with the host before the arrival. Of course there’re lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but well, that’s Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very clean, well stocked with beer, milk etc on arrival. Lots of lovely touches which were welcoming.The apartment had amazing views of Dubrovnik old town . • Philipp (10/5): Astonishing view of a picturesque city - SPECTACULAR view. Perfect view of old town Dubrovnik and its surroundings. It's stunningly beautiful. The owner was very friendly and let us in early, which we really appreciated. The appartment was clean and we didn't miss anything. The beds were nice. The view comes with a price - getting to old town Dubrovnik means climbing a lot of pretty steep stairs. If you're in reasonably good health, this is fine. However, don't do it with luggage. We took the bus from the airport, because we figured: how bad could it be? Save yourself the experience and take a taxi / private transfer from / to the airport.
• Lucien (10/5): Exceptional - - Amazing view of the world of town from a giant terrace. - comfy bed - 10/10 aircon - overall a lovely apartment. - walk from old town is quite hard, be aware if you’re unfit or unable to walk up lots of steps. It’s not that bad, just is a bit of hard work after a few drinks and a big supper! - the bathroom has a really low ceiling and tiny shower, so if you’re tall it’s hard work. These are minor criticisms, and don’t detract from a wonderful stay. I’d be very happy to return here and very much recommend!

• Ann (8/5): Lovely Guesthouse Slavka - Guesthouse Slavka was worth it just for the amazing terrace which overlooked the Old Town and Adriatic Sea. It had a great little kitchen and comfortable bed. The stairs up to the accommodation are quite challenging especially after a big day sightseeing....we recommend going down and back up once a day!
• Carly (9/5): Perfect location and outstanding view!!! - The view from the balcony was the best I've ever seen! You see all of Old Town and it was so mesmerizing. The host was very nice too! The place was very nice and had everything we needed. It was very hard to find the place since it was located in the middle of the cliff and there were no instructions of how to find it. It took us an hour and 40 minutes to locate it since google maps couldn't pick it up; don't recommend driving there since finding parking was very challenging! You need to be in good shape since you are walking up tons and tons of stairs.

• Hilary (10/5): Exceptional - Probably the best view in Dubrovnik overlooking the old town and the sea. Amazing sunsets from the enormous balcony. A lovely apartment with everything you needed. Lovely little touches like 2 cold beers, fresh orange juice, biscuits and nuts as a welcome. Then second day the owner came in with two enormous home made cakes. Sort of custard slices. So lovely. Lots of stairs to climb but can get taxi there if not fit enough. Really enjoyed lazing on the sun loungers under the huge parasol. Thought of everything. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything x Nothing apart from having to leave!
• Jimboslice (10/5): Stunning View of Old Town. - The view of old town is worth it alone. However, the room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. Radmilla was a fantastic help along with the whole team. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. In fact, I would come back here again on my next trip! The price of an amazing view is the stairs and steep hills. Just be wary that getting back to the apartment is a feat within itself and most taxis won't take you to the top of the street, they will drop you at the bottom and you'll have to walk the climb. It's about 6-8 minutes depending on physical shape.
• Teah (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Absolutely amazing! Radmilla was so lovely and kind. Super understanding when we were late to check in due to airline losing our luggage. The room and bathroom were very spacious and a beautiful view of Old Town and the water. It was so clean and comfortable we loved it. There is some stairs if walking from Old Town but totally worth it (you can take breaks and soak up the view). We would stay here again when we come back to Dubrovnik :)

• Erica (10/5): Best host and impressive view! - The apartment is perfect! Large bedroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning and a large terrace overlooking old Town. The host is so sweet and accommodating, she was an absolute pleasure! The apartment was well equipped with the exception of an iron. It's quite the hike to the apartment from old town, so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

It does come at a cost with lots & lots of stairs which can be difficult for some with mobility issues or lack of fitness. For me it was worth it for the views. Super clean apartment & fully equipped with everything you might need. Lovely host Radmila lives downstairs. I think this is one of the best places to stay in Dubrovnik & I can't wait to come back. Lots of stairs

The apartment exceeded our expectations and we wished we had booked to stay longer.The view of the old city and the sea and islands from the large sunny terrace took your breath away every time you stepped out. It was just a six minute walk descending the zig zag steps to the old city gates.
• Nayeon (10/5): The best aprtment in Dubronik - It was 10 out of 100. We have been many places but view from this apartment is the best spot that you can have in whole dubronik. Room was amazingly clean and it was separate room from kitchen and balkony. Everything was well equipped so we didn't need anything. Balkony was the reason we choose this apartment and was better than we expected. We spent our time in Balkony day and night. Our host she was so kind and caring and she even offer us delicious cakes in another day. Thank you so much for everything and if we comeback to Dubronik, there is no hesitation. We will comeback here again:) It's not a bad point. View was amazing so you shoud go up high for sure. 10minutes you can go to old-city by foot through the stairs. It was hot weather so a bit tired but just 10 minutes from everything so DFN was worthy. If you don't want to walk you can go up 2minutes and there you can call taxi or Uber. We love everything here. • E-k-s (10/5): Best view in Dubrovnik - This place exceeded all our expectations. First time visiting Dubrovnik, and from the first moment we stepped on to the terrace until the day we left, we were wowed by the view. We intended on walking the city walls, but didn't need to in the end, the view from here is so much better. Everything we needed was there, including a washing machine, very handy for an extended stay. There were so many lovely personal touches too, cold water and juice in the fridge on arrival, and even a delivery of cold drinks and homemade delicious cake halfway through or stay. Not pictured are 2 sun loungers and a parasol, they made the terrace the perfect spot for some sunbathing/eating al fresco. The hosts couldn't have done more for us, and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful country. This place has no negatives, we miss it already and we only came home yesterday!
