Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.
Check-in Information:
Standard check-in is from 17:00 to 19:30, free of charge, from Monday to Saturday.
Check-ins after 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays (all day), carry an additional fee of €30, payable upon key collection.
Important:
Late check-in is only possible if the online check-in form has been completed in advance.
Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Please note that last-minute bookings may be subject to a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (until 19:00).

- Gardeazabal Urruela (7/5): Con aire acondicionado volveríamos. - - La localización (en el centro de Benidorm) - La limpieza. - La piscina (que aunque en booking aparezca que está cerrada, los vecinos nos dijeron que para Semana Santa la abren todos los años, eso si, se necesitan las llaves del garaje para entrar. Así que si vais sin coche, pedidlas). - No tenía aire acondicionado (y menos mal que era Semana Santa, que a las noches refresca. En verano tiene que ser un infierno). - Estuvimos en un 4* piso y si a la noche o al mediodía habrías las ventanas de la terraza entraba todo el olor a comida (fritura) del establecimiento de abajo. - Las ventanas de la terraza no tenían cortinas por lo que la cocina y la sala se calentaban muy rápido. - Ponía que el piso era para 4 personas. Nosotros solo fuimos 2. Pero de ser 4, 2 de las personas dormirían en las camas supletorias que había en la terraza (quizás si sois más os pone en otro piso, pero si es en ese, no me parece adecuado dormir en una terraza y encima sin cortinas).

- Gareth (8/5): Great location for bars and beach and great for a stay in Benidorm and I would stay in apartment again. - Staff at fincas arena were great and efficient. Apartment in Levante quieter part of Calle Gerona yet an excellent location for strip bars and beach is very close to seafront. Apartment itself was adequate and could sleep 4 with ease. If you want an apartment near the nightlife and beach then this one is an excellent location and the balcony with sea views was large and great to sit and have a coffee and get a bit of sun. Only thing I could say that’s negative about the property is that in my opinion it could do with an update as to me some of the furniture has seen better days and looked old.
