• SATOSHI (10/5): コスパがよかったです。 - 部屋の広さ、延長コードやスマホの充電などの細かな配慮、料理のおいしさ、大浴場など、どれも値段以上のものがありました。子供用のアメニティやスリッパ、食器、椅子などもファミリーには助かる設備でした。夜食も美味しかったです。 特にありません。強いて言うなら、アメニティにコットン、体を洗うスポンジを追加して欲しいくらいです。

• Sharon (10/5): This is the place to stay to enjoy a private onsen, kaiseki meals and free shuttle. Perfect for a night’s stay. Staff wo - It was worth spending extra to have a Japanese style room with a private onsen. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. Variety of food was amazing and very tasty. 100% recommend a stay here at this hotel. The hotel has its own gift shop and free shuttle to train station.

Отель находится не очень далеко от станции, идти примерно минут 10-15. До парка с оленями мы тоже шли пешком около 40 минут, хотя можно доехать намного быстрее от станции, но мы с мужем любим долгие прогулки, тем более по пути попадались красивые локации. А после отличной прогулки нас ждал отличный ужин и Онсен! В общем, советую этот прекрасный отель!

• tomoko (7/5): お部屋は最高。食事は残念。 - 「プレミアム和洋室・天然温泉展望風呂付」に宿泊しました。 部屋は十分に広く、マッサージチェアもあって観光疲れを癒してくれました。 部屋の温泉風呂もほぼ期待通りでした。 部屋の設備はとてもよく、浴衣や部屋着、アメニティなどもとても充実していました。 眺めも申し分なく、平城宮のすぐ近くで古人の気持ちを感じることができたように思います。 部屋の温泉はよかったのですが熱めで、温度調節が難しかったのであまり長くは入っていられませんでした。シャワーも水圧が低くて少し使いづらかったです。 食事についてはあまりいい印象がありませんでした。 夕食時に気になったのは、部屋ごとに時間を予約するのですが、遅い時間の予約と思われるテーブルにすでに前菜が置きっぱなしにされており、味わいの面でも衛生面でもよくないと感じました。ほかのお料理も味はふつうですが作り置き感が感じられる品もありました。観光ホテルでは仕方ないのかもしれませんが……。 また、朝食ブッフェも料理コーナーの動線が悪く、手前にトレーやお皿が置かれていて、そこからみなさん順番にお料理を取ろうと長い列ができてしまっていました。また、ひと部屋ごとに4人掛けほどのテーブルを割り当ててくれるのはいいのですが、私のような一人部屋のものもいるので無駄な席が多くなり、開店20分くらいで待たされる人が出ていたようです。旅行の朝の、貴重な時間のロスだと感じました。 食事面がこのままなら、次は素泊まりかなと思います。
• Joshua (9/5): Wonderful hotel with an authentic Nara feel - The room was comfortable, even for three people (in a nominally double room), with a nice bath and shower in the unit bathroom. There was a good selection of amenities, and yukata and slippers to wear to dinner. The food, dinner and breakfast, was excellent, with a breakfast buffet offering both Western and Japanese food and many different drinks. The kaiseki dinner was as amazingly presented as it tasted, and featured local specialties from local ingredients. The staff were always helpful, even when the slight language barrier made things harder. There was a shuttle bus to the nearest station (Yamato-Saidaiji), an outdoor onsen and an observation deck on the roof with views over the nearby archaeological park. The only way to find the hotel rules and information for guests is to scan a qr code to open it on your phone.

• Pavel (10/5): Это супер классное место для спокойного пенсионерского отдыха, мне 35, но я очень комфортно себя ощущал в амплуа деда. В - Еда, еда и еще раз еда. А ну да еще и потрясающий личный, прямо в номере, горячий источник) обжигающе горячий!! Только расстояние до остановки или станции метро. Мне как человеку с лишним весом такие прогулки до дома и от дома в город казались утомительными.

• Irene (9/5): A nice ryokan experience in Nara. - -Staff was amazing. Very little English but super nice and understanding. The service desk man was exceptional and the front desk lady at the shop especially. -They offer tattoo stickers for the public bath/onsen and will give multiple for bigger or inconvenient tattoos (I had). The lady at the front desk even said it was okay if not completely covered if large but of course to be respectful I covered it fully anyway by cutting up and using multiple stickers. We went to the public bath at night around 2300 - 2400 near close and they were few or barely anyone there and the outside portion was nice. It was first time use for us. -Room is a cozy feeling, very nice and clean and the location personally I enjoyed further away large areas and near more nature so it was good for us. -Breakfast buffet and included dinner was nice. -So it is not the hotel fault but I accidentally booked a room with no shower so I had to use public bath despite the tattoos, it was very hard to use the stickers every night but it was only two nights for me. I can’t complain because it was my fault but it did help me try new things. Unfortunately though the public bath area at least for women’s side, the shower sections were dirty and the stools were pretty dirty as well.

• Ishizaki (5/5): - スタッフさんが優しい笑顔で、話し方も明るく優しくて、癒されました！夕飯がおしゃれで美味しい！朝食が種類多くて美味しい！料理が値段の割に良かったです！！夕飯のスタッフさんの接客も優しく丁寧で良かったです！ 水を廊下まで汲みに行かなきゃいけなく面倒でした。 中庭、露天風呂の雑草の手入れがされてなく見応えがなく勿体ないです。 部屋のポットの汚れ、銭湯の椅子の汚れ、襖の古さなど嫌悪感を感じてしまうので綺麗にして欲しいです。 ベッドメイキングにシワがあるのでピンと張ると良いです。 展望台の景色がさほど良くないので、展望台は広さがあるで楽しめるようななにかを設置しましょう。リラックスできる空間にしても良いです。 マッサージチェアが一部埃があります。拭けば大丈夫です。 牛乳自販機で、牛乳が瓶じゃなくてパックで残念でした。珈琲牛乳やいちご牛乳は瓶だったので1番大事な牛乳を瓶にして欲しいです。 珈琲が200円で有料で残念です。最初の1杯はサービスしてほしいです。 シャワーのお湯の出が短かすぎて何回も押すのに疲れます(7秒はほしい。ロングの髪形の人は大変です)
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional hospitality and food with an authentic Japanese onsen experience. - The included meals were exceptional. As a western family we really enjoyed the onsen experience. Our room did not include a bathroom so the shared onsen was compulsory! A great cultural experience. Nothing not to like. It’s a short hike to the train station.

We only stayed for one night so we got the room with a private onsen which was such a nice experience. The room was hugeee and even had a traditional dining area in the room itself. None of the staff spoke any English but, to their credit, they did try very hard to assist us. The location of this property is not good at all if you are looking to see the best of Nara. I would not recommend.
• Liam (10/5): Wonderful hotel - My room was fabulous, with my own onsen bath, on the balcony overlooking Nara's ancient imperial palace site. The staff excelled themselves with their helpfulness, and dinner was fantastic, despite my lack of chopsticks skills!
