It has good ventilation whereas the public onsen rooms in other hotels I visited before were usually very stuffy. There were pools with different temperatures and one of them was equipped with running water which supports massaging. It also supplied mud for masking on the whole body! The outdoor onsen was great too which was very relaxing. I also liked the free tea offered in the hotel lobby, the very spacious room with living room area, the laundry facility, the shop and the 2 meals included in the hotel rate. BTW, I feel staying in this hotel is great value of money. I was glad with my choice. Nothing disliked. At the same time, it would be great if there is a gym.

- mdd8 (10/5): - 80이 가까운 부모님을 보시고 누나랑 저랑 총 4명이서 4박5일을 갔고, 4박 모두 다른 숙소였지만 모두 온천에, 석식,조식 포함 예약했습니다. 여긴 식사는 3등, 온천은 2등이었어요~ 확실히 물은 벳부가 1등이었어요. 물은 아소산 밑에 있어서 그런지 물도 좋았습니다. 식사는... 일본 전통 식사라기보다(첫째날 벳부, 둘째날 유후인에서 일본전통 저녁을 먹어서...) 한국 뷔페 느낌이었어요~ 그래서 그런지 대식가인 아버지께서 엄청 좋아하셨습니다. 아침에도 푸짐하게 잘 나와서 잘 먹었었어요~ 부대시설과 이런저런 이벤트들을 생각하면 한국 호텔과 비슷하다고 생각하심 좋을것 같아요.

- Kwok Yee Wing (9/5): No point to book for the special Kumamon Room - The breakfast and dinner breakfast were excellent, the variety and quality of good was excellent! Really so tasty! We booked the special KUMAMON Room (triple) for three adults, but the room was very small. The most disappointing aspect was that the Kumamon dolls were only for decoration and not provided as gifts for guests. This makes me question the value of booking a themed Kumamon room. Although it was possible to purchase the dolls, it did not feel right to have to pay extra for them. I would have appreciated even a small complimentary souvenir, such as Kumamon keychains, for guests staying in this room. Really disappointing for staying at the special Kumamon room without a little souvenir.

El microbús a la estación de Aso Aunque la estación de Miyaji está más cerca del hotel, no hay disponibilidad de microbús hacia esa estación. Por ello, recomiendo adquirir el billete hasta la estación de Aso y, desde allí, utilizar el microbús gratuito del hotel. Es importante tener en cuenta que este servicio debe reservarse con antelación. También sería conveniente contemplar esta parada y ampliar los horarios, al menos para cubrir las llegadas y salidas de tren en la franja de mediodía.

- Hao-Ting (10/5): Buffet的食物很豐富，用了許多當地特產的食材，也有搭配食材介紹，宵夜還有擔擔麵可以享用。泡湯早晚會男女湯交換，可以體驗不同浴池和溫泉泥，備品充足，還有免費冰棒可以吃，可惜天氣不好，沒能享用晚上的烤棉花糖活動，房間也看不到阿蘇五岳，但扣除 - Buffet的現煮區，晚餐有田樂牛、涮黑毛和牛、現切生魚片；早餐有湯泡飯、拉麵、烤あか牛肉片可以享用。 無
