Das Personal war sehr freundlich. - Bei den Bettdecken haben wir starke Hygienebedenken: es gab keinen Bezug für die Bettdecke, was darauf schließen lässt, dass diese nicht gewaschen werden. Man bekommt lediglich ein einfaches Bettlaken, welches unter die Bettdecke (Duvet) gelegt wird. - das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Duschvorhang bereits sichtbar dreckig. - Das Fenster hatte kein Insektenschutzgitter
- SHAHAR (8/5): - מיקום מצויין ליד הכל מסעדות ברים מקדוניה 7/11 הכל ביציאה מהמלון. קצת קשה למצוא חניה והעלות מאד גבוה ליד המלון חניתי מאחורי תחנת הרכבת ממש ממול המלון חציתי דרך התחנה 5 דקות הליכה עלה לי 700 יין ל 24 שעות לעומת 200 יין לשעה ליד המלון. למלון יש חניה רק אם יש מקום לי לא היה אבל המיקום שווה הרבה מלון פשוט לא לצפות להרבה יחס למחיר שווה א. בוקר סבירה יש לבחור בין ארוחת בוקר יפנית או מערבית..

- Marcus (6/5): Cheap but outdated hotel near the station with extremely small twin room. - Very close to the station and cheap. We had a twin room on the second floor inside (213). The room is very much outdated and especially too small to even accommodate two tiny cabin luggages because the two beds are larger (longer) than average. You have less than 20 cm space between the wall and the beds. There is hardly any oxigen in the room and when you open the window (max. 10 cm: you cannot open it wider), you can enjoy the fumes of a restaurant downstairs. OK it's cheap but certainly not up to "3 stars" standard. The breakfast is more expensive than advertised (not 4 but 6,5€ p/p) and again not ok: they don't offer what is advertised; e.g. no orange juice, no fruit,... and they shut down the coffee machine 30 minutes before closing the breakfast room. We were lucky that they don't serve breakfast on Mondays so we went out and had a far better (and cheaper) breakfast at Vie de France next to the train station. We are long time users of Booking com and we trust their reviews but this time we were really disappointed.

- Rex Ken (7/5): - Close to Matsumoto station and amazing udon/soba shop run by an old auntie beside the hotel. Quite unusual to leave the card key when going out of the hotel. There was a large stain on the bed cover/doona. Good that we brought our handy blanket that we can use. Also, the facility is quite outdated and it is difficult to change the heater to an aircon. Good that it is still early spring so we resort opening the window to let the cool fresh air in.

- Lukas (7/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Schön Zentral gelegen. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Fenster ging in den Innenhof, also kein Ausblick und wenig direktes Tageslicht. Reicht aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollständig aus.
