Удобное месторасположение, легко добираться до основных достопримечательностей на трамвае\метро, Неплохой завтрак на террасе с видом на море. Чистота в номере. Приветливый персонал, частично понимают русский. Рядом много кафе, где можно поесть по демократичным ценам.

- Khorshid (10/5): - I booked this hotel for my parents and they stayed there, I requested them to check-in my parents after mid-night and they did it with out charging for more night because they had availability, my parents were in a really good hands and they enjoyed everything especially breakfast and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
- Kaalg (8/5): Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble - L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner qui était très varié. La chambre bien que un peu petite mais était bien équipée. Nous remercions également le personnel de l'hôtel pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Malheureusement, l'insonorisation n'était pas fameuse, trop de bruit dans la chambre qui était côté rue...,les oreillets trop plats et inconfortables. Pour finir, la qualité du wifi n'était pas du tout bonne, trop de perturbations.

- Marek (9/5): - Výborná poloha, jak na dopravní uzly, tak k poznání Istanbulu. U metra a marmaray, lehce nad kilometr ke Grand Bazaar a pak přes bazar ke Galatskemu mostu a historickému centru. Hotel čistý, snídaně bohaté, personál milý. Slabá wifi na pokoji. Úzká manželská postel.

- Лымарь (9/5): - Чисто, хорошая кровать, удобный матрас, пастельное белье накрахмалено. Звукоизоляция неплохая. Вкусные, разнообразные завтраки, отличный вид в ресторане. Приветливый, доброжелательный персонал. Заселили раньше времени, что было приятно, т.к. устали после дороги. Отель рекомендую. Все же немного тесновато в номере, т.к. в номере стоит 2 кровати (двуспальная и полутороспальная), для нас получается 1 лишняя, из-за нее в номере не развернуться.

- Anna (3/5): Завышена цена, другие отели гораздо лучше, за более дешевую цену! - Удобное местоположение , на этом все! На завтраках были пустые тарелки, хоть в 7 утра, хоть в 9! Есть совсем нечего, народу много. Очень скудный завтрак, который не добавляли в процессе прихода гостей! Хуже на Лалели еще не встречала. После уборки обнаружили жуткую грязь в душевой, оказалось приходил сантехник и что-то смотрел! Затоптал все грязью, даже полотенце на полу!!! Вместе одеяла лежал толстый наматрасник! Попросили поменять на тонкое одеяло, не поменяли. Не рекомендую!!!!

Локацията е отлична, на няколко минути от трамвайна спирка и основни забележителности. Чистотата е на много високо ниво, стаите се поддържат ежедневно. Горещо препоръчваме този хотел и със сигурност бихме отседнали отново. -

The breakfast is rich and the staff is friendly. We arrived very early and were given free early check-in. The hotel restaurant has a very good viewing terrace and dining here is also a perfect experience. The quilt is a bit hard

There were noticeable issues with tidiness, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this place could be much better.

- Gwen (6/5): - We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining an inability to walk long distance. The area around the hotel has limit access during daytime hours and is blocked by closed roads and guards. Management was spoken to about our issues but nothing was resolved… he simply stated it wasn’t his fault.

We really enjoyed our stay here. - The staff: Very good, and very good service, from the counter to the floor management, to the staff when getting breakfast, and last but not least, the cleaning. Really respectful and serviceminded people. The stay: Rooms are as you see on pictures and the stay was very pleasent. The Breakfast on the rooftop was a big plus - a good and calm way to start you day. The placement of the hotel: Central placement, 18 minute walk to the grand bazar, and close to shopping and restaurants. If you like the puls of the city, it's a plus. And even though it's in the middle of the city, the streets are quiet in the evening. The only thing that the hotel must approve on is the WIFI. We are traveling with 4 kids (teenagers) so wifi is very important for us. The wifi was slow, and sometimes it was not working (for a short period).

- Ayman (4/5): I don’t advise - The breakfast is very good The furniture inside the rooms is old and has a bad smell. The air conditioner control is off and does not work properly, and the decorative pillows are not clean and smell very bad.
- Miroslav (9/5): Superb - staying at the hotel was a pleasure...we were accommodated in a room with a terrace...it was clean and tidy...cleaning every day and changing sheets, towels...the breakfast place on the 9th floor is great...very cozy and with very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea...it was really wonderful...would come back again! The room was small...but then again we didn't come to stay in the room...so I'm not complaining 🙂🙃

Staff in restaurant speaks very bad English, but they were kind. Triple room has no space for like nothing...there was just 3 beds and you barely could'n walk.
