- Christopher (6/5): Budget hotel in good location - On-site laundry inadequate for size of hotel: one washing machine and one dryer. Breakfast room also undersized: we had to wait 5-10 mins on 2 occasions to get a table. Onsen was adequate, but water too cold. Room was small, but bed was comfy. Good location within easy walking distance of many restaurants and main shopping district.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 2階目の滞在でした。立地もよく清潔で、フロントの方もとても感じが良くて気に入っています。また大浴場とジムがあるのも気に入っている理由です。大浴場に行くのにフロントを通らなければならないことと、入浴時間が23:30までと短いことが少し残念。フロントを通る点は構造上の問題なので仕方ないにしても、入浴時間はもう少し遅くまでやってもらえるとありがたいです。ジムも小さいながらもマシンが揃っていて、旅先でもジムに行きたい自分には嬉しい施設です。ジムは２４時間使えるとありがたいです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Modern Hotel - This hotel was modern and a great place to stay. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English, were polite, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had both a rain shower and misting function. Parking was easy. A coupon for a complimentary cup of coffee was provided upon check in. Breakfast was good and the restaurant provided a pretty view of Sakura-jima. The only thing that was frustrating was the inability to change the temperature in the room. A slightly lower temperature would have improved the comfort of sleeping.
