- Cinzia (8/5): Good experience! - Rooms are big, clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, good experience. The pool area wasn't great. The pool water was cold and seemed dirty, the facilities were poor. Breakfast was ok but I would have appreciated more variety (more fruits, more proteins).
- Harrison (10/5): Convenient to the airport and, as always, the staff were very accommodating. - Comfort Inn is always my Go-To hotel chain whenever I travel because I am never disappointed by the quality of the rooms or the personnel who work there. I did see a few chips from the paint on a wall that need a little touch-up, but they were very minor.

There was great shuttle service to and from the airport and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was not great. There were no dairy free alternatives. No cereal or oatmeal that wasn't heavily sugared. And the eggs were made from powdered eggs, heavily salted, and a poor substitute for the real thing.

- Christophe (4/5): Un hotel qui pourrait etre correct si son personnel était concerné par son métier… - La surface de la chambre Le petit déjeuner est en dessous de tout. le personnel de la réception n’est pas aimable, absolument pas disponible, vous ne les intéressez pas. J’ai eu un souci avec un chauffeur de taxi, j’ai demandé de l’aide, on m'a répondu tout simplement que ca n’était pas leur problème Nous étions la pour deux nuits, la chambre n’a meme pas été refaite, malgré nos demandes. Réponse : “vous comprenez, il y a 200 chambres…”

Don’t wait on the east terminal for your shuttle. You’ll be waiting forever! Go to west terminal for shuttle pick up.

No vending machines.. I couldn't get nothing to snack on but got delivery and that was nice and easy as well .

- Janice (1/5): Horrible, rude, unprofessional, and have our room away. - Nothing didn’t get the chance to stay. The night auditor gave our room away told me my reservation didn’t count because it was a first come first serve. I made our reservation weeks in advance for a 4 night stay and this was the worst interaction I’ve had with any hotel employee and I’ve worked in hospitality for 14 years. My family of 6 had to scramble to find a new hotel at 2am, we almost got into a car accident because the roads were so slick. Needless to say we will never make reservations here again!

- Victoria (6/5): Over all i got a good deal on the hotel and it was decent for the price. - The room was clean. Our tv didn’t work. The lady that checked me in was rude and very cold. No hospitality skills at all. The pool was not the cleanest. I’m not sure if we were in a bad part of town but there was a vehicle in front of the hotel that had the wheels stolen off of it while we were there. The hotel offers parking for travelers for a fee and you would think they would have security monitoring the parking lot. It just made me worried about leaving my car out there at night.

The thermostat was responsive and accurate. There is a very large parking lot in front of the hotel. Why the charge for parking? Charge parking is the new room safe fee. Leave the grab and go breakfast, it is disappointing.

- M (7/5): - Was clean and quiet for the most part. Had to pay for parking for both rooms even though we were in one vehicle. We stayed 2 nights and the rooms were not cleaned between the 2 nights. Trash was not taken out, no clean towels.

Wasn't impressed with the pool, didnt like the noise coming from other rooms wish the walls were thicker. And maybe include some type of fruit(s) with breakfast.

- Lisa Cru (6/5): I expected more after reading the reviews. - I liked the location. Close to everything. I was disappointed being told there were no clean towels , yet when I walked out of my room an hour later, I saw stacks of towels on carts. Which leaves me to believe that they didn't want to accommodate me for only staying one night. I also did not feel comfortable with the kitchen / breakfast staff constantly watching me and saying things as if I didn't understand Spanish. Overall rating of 5 , would I stay again, probably not.

- Brenda (1/5): Do not book a stay at this hotel, they will change the cancellation & refund policy at will. - The supervisor refused to issue a refund for my payment regarding a cancellation. After speaking with the night supervisor, I learned that I would be charged for one night. To this date, I have still not received a refund.

The late night staff was not friendly at all. The breakfast was okay, it should run later than 9am. We got down there at 830 and everything was pretty much empty. The yogurt was warm.
