I arrived here by night and woke up to a stunning view, reminded me about the mountains home in Norway. I just stayed a day but on return they kept my luggage while I was walking around outside, and the train they said I should go for was also a tourist train that during the winter have a furnace inside. A lot of stuff I did not expect to experience :3

- Anna (8/5): It’s a great place to stay if you will be able to get in. - Apartment was great: clean, big, has all necessary amenities. Close to local jr station. First It’s was difficult to find: location on the map in Booking.com is wrong. Different apps give different results depending on language used. Then, code to enter the building only was given after email request on site, despite advance registration. Then it was a quest to enter apartment. Monitor which we suppose to be using to get access to the apartment was broken, and that happened at least a week ago and was still going on when we left. So we were trying to call, and email. The only number we were able to reach connected to the person with limited English and after 15 minutes she still wasn’t able to give us apartment number and code to it. One of the guests was nice to help us, as they had same problem before, and call to a different number, which we didn’t know, as they booked this accommodation on the different platform, and get info we needed.

- Chris (7/5): A very nice hotel. Management/owners need to invest in maintenance. - Breakfast was good. Location was great. There is some outstanding maintennce on the property, especially the exterior and in the public/private baths. This needs attention.

- Isabella (10/5): Amazing Stay! A Vacation from Our Vacation - We had an amazing time and used this as two days of relaxing in the middle of our 1.5 minth trip. It was our first time at an onsen (we are Canadian) and it was a great introduction as there was both private and public onsens. The view was incredible, of the mountains and valley and we got to sit in a private outdoors onsen while watching a lighting storm. Truely magical. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. They were friendly and helpful and we communicated well through translator apps. Would go again!
