- Adrien (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour explorer Sendai et ses environs - Hôtel situé à deux pas de la gare, dans une zone calme mais proche de commerces et izakayas. Un peu plus loin tout de même du "centre ville". Nous avons pu dîner au Royal Host situé juste en bas, qui est un "family dinner" aux prix accessibles pour des plats de qualité (apparemment le petit dejeuner se trouvait là aussi, mais nous ne l'avons pas pris) La chambre était très correcte, avec un canapé qui prenait de la place mais apportait du confort. On pouvait également avoir accès à un espace restauration gratuite, avec café, boissons, glaces (!) et même bonbons. En tant que couple sans enfant on se sent un peu hors-norme, tant l'hôtel est adapté aux familles, mais ce n'est pas un point négatif au contraire !

- SONGLING (7/5): 這是一間對小朋友很好的飯店，二樓休息區有很多寵小孩的東西，帶小朋友不嫌浴室小的可以來住。 - 早餐一成不變，主餐只有鬆餅跟牛舌2種！其他自助式的餐點也不多樣化！ 房間標榜18m2實際沒那麼大，用手機測量的結果只有16m2，浴室很小一間2個人一起進去的話會很擠。

- Rowland (9/5): Fantastic facilities, friendly staff. - The extra facilities like the ice cream machine and all the lotions and face masks were excellent. Breakfast was great though a bit crowded at times. We were in what seemed to be a disabled room, there was no where to hang your towels in the Bathroom.
- Masatoshi (9/5): 車椅子でも落ち着ける、明るく使いやすい宿泊施設 - 車椅子利用者として予約し、ホテル側でいろいろ考慮していただき本当にありがとうございました♪車椅子で浴室にも入れてトイレも支えバーが使いやすい、そのまま洗面台にも入れ、介護必要な場合大変助かります。洗う時の椅子のご用意、また浴槽内に滑り止めを用意いただき助かります。 冷蔵庫が使いにくい。スイッチ位置解らず電話した。また氷が欲しかったが出来ない！やむを得ないがチェックアウト前に冷蔵庫内に忘れ物しないアラームが欲しい。小タオルが一個しか無いのでお風呂と朝の洗面に必要なので2枚欲しい、お茶、紅茶、コーヒーのティーバッグが欲しい、エアコンの操作が分かりにくい。

Reaching hotel from Sendai due to tricky path as GPS also confused due to buildings and multiple small streets .

- jonathon (10/5): Very pleasant surprise - The photos didn't do this place justice, it is very nice and clean. The rooms are very big and included large Tvs with chrome-cast capability. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to assist me and a friend in every enquiry we had. With one of the staff members speaking nearly perfect english. It was only a short stay so i did not get to see everything but the location is great. I would revisit this hotel if i'm ever in Sendai again. I have no negatives about this hotel apart from i didn't get to stay longer.

- Richard (10/5): A perfect hotel with amazing staff - I love that it was a bit close to the main station! I love the clean remodeled room, the staff, the resting area and free accommodations. I usually have really bad allergies when I stay at hotel but at Richmond Hotel Sendai, I never had a problem! I slept like a baby with the extra pillow they provide. Very clean, fast service, fast elevator. I loveeeee it so much! Nothing to not like about. Perfect hotel really.

La chambre rénovée était très belle, propre et confortable, bien que petite (normal pour le Japon). J'ai beaucoup aimé la service de la réception et l'espace pour boissons, snacks et crème glacée. Chambre très petite pour le prix. Sinon, je suis satisfait.

- Mayumi (9/5): とてもホテルからプレゼントをいただいて、充実した時間を持てた素敵な楽しい家族との時間の旅でした。 - 飲み物や駄菓子のバイキングが良かった。また、本当に清潔感があり、快適な気持ちで過ごせた。子供は大きくなっていたが、キッズルームがかなり充実していて、子供がもう少し小さかったら本当に喜んだだろうというエリアがあって素晴らしいと思った。 またアメニティがかなり充実していてびっくりしました。 会員になることでチェックアウトの時間も12時までに延長していただけたので、大変ゆっくりして、一度午前中に仙台の街を散策してからゆっくりお部屋に戻り、荷物を整理してサイト出かけるには十分な時間でした。本当にありがとうございました。 小学生が無料だったので部屋のベッドのサイズは仕方がないし、料金的にも十分すぎるほどの設備だったが、料金的には仕方がないものの、個人的にはベッドが狭く感じた。また、お風呂がトイレと別だったらより帰ってきだったが、料金的には十分に快適さや満足感があった。本当に感謝しております。 強いて言えば、21時まで出かけていて、帰ってきた時には飲み物のバイキングが終わっていました。もう少し時間が例えば23時ぐらいまで。飲み物などのメールであれば帰ってきて。少しロビーでくつろいで、飲み物も時間を気にせず楽しめたなとは思いました。 しかしながら、くつろげる場所もソファーやテーブルなどかなり広範囲にドリンクバーの近くにあったため、十分にリラックスして過ごすことができ、大変感謝しております。 本当にありがとうございました。

Nice free baby supplies and a free snack bar with icecream🫶 We booked the accommodation last minute and only the smallest rooms were available. My husband and I had a bit of a hard time fitting in on that small bed of about 140cm. Plus, we only got one big blanket. It's terrible that sometimes we had to wait for an hour to get into the restaurant for breakfast, this is unacceptable in a hotel that focuses on small children…

- Sabrina (10/5): Great value for families - The kids play area was wonderful and the hotel is close to the train station. This was my second time staying here and it will continue to be my go-to hotel when I visit Sendai. The rooms are business hotel sized, but comfortable. The ample amenities more than make up for this.
