Desde nosso primeiro contato no check in com Tyler até os cafés maravilhosos de Carmela - ambos foram realmente excepcionais. A acomodação é exatamente igual as fotos - linda, organizada e limpa. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, nos sentimos em casa. Na cozinha eles deixam à vontade bolacha, água e café - achamos um grande diferencial comparando com as demais acomodações que ficamos na Itália. Vocês fizeram a nossa Lua de Mel mais feliz! Muito obrigada pelo carinho, empatia e cuidado conosco. Absolutamente nada.

L'accueil de Tyler est chaleureux et il est tjrs disponible pour nous donner de bonnes adresses pour les restaurants et les informations pour les visites. Vu la situation géographique du logement, les visites sont faciles à effectuer. Notre séjour de 6 jours était fabuleux

L'accoglienza e la colazione sono state TOP. Il bagno era letteralmente in camera, non completamente "chiuso" dal resto della stanza. Ma nonostante questo era bellissimo, ci hanno dotato anche di crema corpo e bagnoschiuma naturali.

Desayuno completo con tortilla recién hecha, zumo de naranja recién exprimido y bizcocho casero. Las habitaciones dan a una calle con bastante tráfico, hay ruido de coches desde temprano.

• Devante (10/5): - We had the most wonderful stay at Luiselle Charming Accommodation. From the moment we booked, their concierge team went above and beyond, arranging a paid pickup and drop-off service to and from the airport. The driver was fantastic and so accommodating, even offering to stop along the way so we could take photos. When we arrived, a team member greeted us warmly and shared incredibly helpful information about the area: recommendations for restaurants, shopping spots, and tips for getting around Sorrento and traveling to nearby islands. Breakfast was served every morning, and the staff were simply amazing, always ready to help with anything we needed and greeting us each day with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel like part of their family. During our trip, we ended up missing the last boat from Capri to Sorrento, and the host was so helpful in guiding us to get back safely, providing clear instructions and checking in to make sure we were okay. One of the most thoughtful touches was finding a bottle of champagne, dessert, and a beautiful card waiting in our room to celebrate my birthday. It meant so much to me.

The shower glass wall was hanging by a thread (and the shelf in the shower was barely hanging on with zip ties), i kept hitting it by mistake and fearing it would fall. Felt unsafe but hopefully it's already fixed. Would've liked more options for breakfast

I had trouble getting into the first door with the key, but once you call the bell it opened automatically. The walls were very thin so you could hear most of what the others were doing.

VERY noisy road and other guest noise. Fan in bathroom very loud on start up, light lit entire room at night, odd design, very disturbing for partner who was woken if you pay a night visit to loo!

• Shuwan (9/5): great stay - This hotel boasts a prime location—just a ten-minute walk to the main shopping street and under five minutes to the bus and train stations. The rooms are spacious and fitted with very modern amenities. The whirlpool bath is certain to be a highlight of your stay. I was particularly impressed with the in-room toiletries; the experience was so pleasant that I tried to find the brand to purchase some for myself, but unfortunately, they aren't a marketed product. A shared lounge area with a self-service tea and coffee bar is a nice touch for a relaxing break. Where the experience fell slightly short was at breakfast. The bread was underwhelming, and when I wanted some cereal, the milk hadn't been refilled by the time I finished my meal. Despite this, the overall value and comfort make it a place worth recommending.

La habitación espectacular para el precio que tenia y la ubicación al lado de la estación y a 5 minutos del centro es perfecta. Puede que no poder aprovechar más el alojamiento el último dia por el check out a las 11.

• Vitor (9/5): - Ambiente bem acolhedor, quarto confortável, TV com Netflix ja logados. Localização muito boa, proxima as principais ruas da região e ha 15 min andando da Marina e da praia. O box do banheiro nao era fechado por completo, entao sempre vazava muita agua, melecando o banheiro. Em uma determinada noite a musica ambiente ficou bem alta até proximo das 20:30 da noite, isso gerou um incomodo naquele momento
• Stephen (9/5): Excellent and highly recommend you stay here! - The breakfast was great and all the staff were super helpful and kind. I loved the jacuzzi bath and the overall design of the room. It was also in a very good location near to the centre of Sorrento. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was a little too hot. The air conditioning wasn’t very good so if you aren’t used to dealing with the heat it wouldn't be ideal to stay here during the summer.
