• Sabrina (10/5): - Wirklich außergewöhnlich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir haben 2 sehr gute Tipps zum Abendessen und Frühstück erhalten. Uns wurde sogar die nasse Wäsche zum Trocknen abgenommen, da wir sie nicht in einen Trockner geben wollten. Auch die sehr schnelle und einfache Kommunikation hat uns wirklich sehr geholfen und gefallen! Trotz belebter Altstadt konnten wir sehr gut schlafen! Nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall wieder im Casa da Balconada!! Vielen Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt!

• Roy (10/5): - The location is amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. The room is a bit small but it didn't really matter because all the rest was perfect.
• Schepermann (10/5): Super Lage, sauber und sehr unkompliziert - Tolle Zimmer in bester Lage nahe der Kathedrale. Der Kontakt war gut aber "leider" nur über WhatsApp. Ich hatte ein Zimmer um dritten Stock. Nach einem langen camino tut jede Treppenstufen etwas weh was natürlich ohne Aufzug dann anstrengend wird. Davon abgesehen alles super. Würde definitiv wieder kommen und dann nach einem Zimmer mit weniger Treppen fragen 😄

• Marita (10/5): Toppenläge, funkade bra med bil. - Läget kunde inte vara bättre, precis vid den stora Katedralen. Hotellet var litet och mycket trevligt. Vi kom med bil och den kunde vi parkera i ett parkeringsgarage bara 5 minuter från hotellet (18,5€/dygn. Frukost åt vi alldeles vid stora torget. Det fanns inte någon hiss, men det fanns inte heller någon plats att installera en på.

• dqueve (10/5): Un dia en Santiago - El lugar, su ubicación y acceso. La amabilidad en el trato, con consejos y sugerencias, ayuda en el movimiento de equipajes, en fin, un trato superior que siempre logra mejorar una instalación muy linda y cómoda. Todo es muy lindo y cómodo.

• Kimberly (10/5): Wonderful reward to myself after the Camino - beautiful room and view and ideal location! - The location is perfect and the room was lovely and full of light. My only nitpicky thing is that I didn't realize that right after I checked in, all the staff were going to go home, so I wasn't able to casually ask questions after checking in. That said, the staff did WhatsApp me with restaurant suggestions, etc. and I was able to ask questions that way.

The rooms are fairly small as you would expect in these old buildings but it was well laid out. It's run by a great couple who really go the extra mile to make sure guests are looked after. Loads of places for breakfast nearby. 100% we'll stay here again on our next Camino! Nothing

Hotellet drivs av en mycket trevlig familj som tog emot oss med varmt bemötande. Kommunikation på engelska fungerade bra. Vi fick extra service med att tvätta kläder. Vi är supernöjda.

No coffee or tea included no kettle in room. Very small room for 2 people. Good for 1 night but not great for longer stay - too small. Bathroom very small also. Mattresses probably needs an upgrade too soft.

Stuff is really a hero - they bring our luggages to room, told us that way to bus station is down (it was perfect location after long way), put all information to the map, said where we can do certification. Especially Karla was amazing - she is really soul of the place, helpful, doing 200% and spreading happiness. Best regards to ger and this guy. Love!

• JoaoTMDias (8/5): Very close to the city center and with good room - It's super close to the cathedral! And the room was warm and very cosy. Also the hotel has a discount for the nearest parking, which cuts down the daily price a little bit. The closest parking is a bit far (I mean 5 min walking, so for us it wasn't a bit deal, but it might be for someone using canes or in a wheelchair). But this isn't the hotel's fault, at all. Old city centers have this problem so we were kind of prepared for that.

Por ultimo, un cartel en la puerta que te advierte de la falta de seguridad de dejar las pertenencias dentro que nos obligó a bajar a desayunar con maletas.
