Staff was helpful especially Farhan at the reception he was very polite, quick with check-in and made sure everything was sorted. Location is convenient too. The pricing is very attractive and offers great value for money. The location is also very convenient, with all the main areas like DHA, Liberty Market, and Fortress Stadium just a short 7 to 10 minute drive away. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. One small suggestion for improvement would be to include a mini fridge in the rooms which would make the stay even more convenient for guests.

My room was booked couple of weeks before check in date - as it was Basant weekend - my room was given to someone else while I was on the plane there with my family. Totally unacceptable to cancel a booking a-few hours before check in - as I landed in Lahore with my family I had no hotel ! Can be dangerous for people who have no family or connections in Lahore. Terrible experience and useless staff!

• Khan (1/5): Avoid staying here as mych as possible - Nothing What ever is written in facilities is 70% not availble. You dont get hot water in washroom after 1300 hours till next day morning. Food was pathetic. A simple cloths pressing took 90 minutes and i had to cancel my first meeting. No maintainance of washrooms sanitary fittings. Overall it was a nightmare. Would not recommend anyone to stay
