• Giulia (10/5): Due giorni dentro una favola - Semplicemente tutto PERFETTO!! Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile..posizione fantastica, colazione ottima, davvero consigliatissimo!! Esattamente in centro perfetto per un paio di giorni a Khiva ..ci hanno organizzato anche transfer e escursione alle fortezze del deserto a prezzi ottimi!! Niente, tutto perfetto

• gema (10/5): - Cuando llegas a la puerta del hotel te sientes transportado a "las mil y una noches". El hotel es una antigua madraza restaurada, que es patrimonio de la Unesco. El patio interior es de gran belleza e invita a la calma. Las habitaciones son cómodas, no esperes lujos, pero merece la pena dormir en un sitio así. La limpieza es constante y la amabilidad de todo el personal se agradece. La sonrisa es una constante El desayuno se ofrece en otro edificio al lado, con un delicioso buffet La segunda planta es maravillosa en cuanto a las vistas pero si tienes movilidad reducida es mejor pedir habitación en el patio interior.
• Iris (10/5): - Sehr stimmungsvolles Hotel in den alten Mauern der Medrese. Unser Zimmer war auf der oberen Etage mit Balkon zur Altstadt. Das haben wir sehr genossen und genutzt. In die obere Etage gelangt man über schmale und steile Treppen, wobei das Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit ist und mit dem Gepäck hilft. Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne und würde unbedingt auch selber wieder dort buchen.

• shana (7/5): 誰でも中庭と2階に入れちゃう - 2階のテラスの部屋なら眺めがとてもキレイです。部屋も清潔で観光するには場所が最高 宿泊者以外も部屋の前まで入ってきて写真を撮ったりしているので賑やかです。 また別のクリーニング中の部屋に観光客が勝手に入って写真を取っていたのでセキュリティに不安でした。 宿泊者以外も中庭や2階から写真が取れるなら泊まらなくても良かったかもしれません。

Il prezzo da pagare per il soggiorno all'interno di una madrasa è innanzitutto legato ai flussi di turisti che entrano liberamente a frotte durante l'intera giornata, anche a livello delle camere al I piano. Assenza completa di privacy. Stanze piccoline, arredamento datato, bagno da rinnovare. Poca luce in stanza. Colazione in struttura esterna, complessivamente modesta.

Um.. it could be better for this price and this rank of hotel. There are a few men standing at the entrance and tried to take our luggage when we just arrived the hotel, we didn't know they are the luggage men / helper at that time, it was a bit odd. Maybe they could have badges or wear a uniform or else for recognition.
• Masumi (9/5): 歴史に浸れる素敵なホテル - 観光の中心にあるので、どこに行くのも便利です。英語が通じました。スイートルームで2部屋あったので、1人1部屋ずつ使い、ゆとりがありました。設備は新しくてきれいなので、安心して滞在することができました。マドラサを改築した建物なので、至る所に歴史を感じることができます。 エレベーターがないので、チェックインの時はスタッフの方にスーツケースを持ってもらえましたが、チェックアウトは自分で急な階段を下さなければなりませんでした。

• Tan (9/5): Convenient and nice view - Just after the West gate and vest location for you to arrive at Itchan Kala. The Madrasah is just right in front of the hotel with so many tourists taking photos at the main entrance. The view from the window is magnificent. Nothing much to complaint as it’s at old hotel in a UNESCO building.

• Fabrizio (4/5): Staying in a madrasa is not the Best experience you would expect - The guy at the reception was always kind and available to find a solution. The hotel is a madrasa, not well equipped to host tourists. Lack of WiFi band for a decent internet connection, rooms with no windows (an access to a small balcony was available from the bathroom only), rooms very small. At reception they didn't accept payment with my credit cards (I tried to use three different cards) and they force me to withdraw a significant amount of money from ATM machine. It seems the management team was not well prepared to cope with simple issues.

Although taxis cannot enter the pedestrian area, the property is just a two-minute walk from where cars can stop, making it quite convenient even with luggage. The structure is truly unique and atmospheric, as it is set in a former madrasa, which gives it a special and authentic charm. However, in terms of value for money, there is room for improvement. Some facilities feel dated, especially the bathroom, and considering the price per night, better maintenance would be expected. On the positive side, the staff was very kind and helpful, assisting us with carrying luggage upstairs, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options.

We had booked arrival transfer but driver didn’t come . We had booked dinner at their restaurant but they cancelled. Overall staff didn’t help with anything. Only one guy named Umeed was helpful on last day- as he helped with return transfer and with early morning brekafast.
• Alexander (10/5): Это просто фантастика! Старинное медресе в центре города! - Это просто супер! Древнее медресе в центре города, при этом номера достаточно современные. Выходишь на балкон, внизу туристы фотографируются, а перед тобой весь город на ладони. Главный минус - до самой двери не доехать. Нужно заранее договариваться, тогда вас встретят. Если ваш водитель не местный, он должен заранее найти точку, куда можно подъехать. Вам нужны ворота Ота-Дарвоза. Возле них выходите из машины и идете метров 50 (или персонал к вам подойдет). Это все ерунда, несложно.

• megaksy (9/5): - Расположение у одной из главных достопримечательностей Хивы, самый центр, возможность посидеть во внутреннем дворике древнего медресе. Огромные семейные номера с балконами. Более скромные, но все так же комфортные номера на 2-3 человек. Очень чисто, хорошие банные принадлежности. Мы уезжали поздно ночью, на ресепшн нам пообещали ланч-бокс и забыли его подготовить. Это если уж совсем придираться)

Само место очень атмосферное, приятно жить внутри древнего города, рядом с восточными базарами, как в сказке про Алладина. сотрудники отеля сами помогли нам донести багаж по крутым винтовым лестницам. Но нужно учитывать специфику, что удобства в таком месте не могут быть современными. Очень громко работают кондиционеры, которые расположены прямо над входной дверью.
