• Alona Nikitenko (10/5): - В цілому - дуже класний відпочинок, реально отримала задоволення від перебування. Готель великий, просторий, і це прям плюс - є чим зайнятись, не нудно. Персонал дуже приємний і привітний, відчувається нормальне людське ставлення, без напрягу. Сніданки смачні, великий вибір, все свіже - окремий лайк. SPA теж гарне: чисто, комфортно, приємна атмосфера. Хоч готель і не новий, проте дуже затишний. SPA не бронюється, і через це там часто дуже багато людей - можна просто прийти і не знайти собі місця, що не дуже ок. І ще момент: на таку кількість людей один працівник в барі SPA - це мало, доводиться чекати і видно, що працівник дуже втомлений (що не є його виною, це провина готелю).

• Tetiana (9/5): Добре - Гарне розташування, багато активностей для дітей на час канікул був табір, басейн, дитяча кімната На прохання не пилососити об 20.30 під дверима бо вкладаю малу дитину, замість того щоб вимкнути вони зателефонували( другий раз розбудили дитину) і сказали що мають право пилососити до 21.00

• Anastasiia (10/5): Санаторій мрії - Постійність і стабільність цього готелю може не подобатись, але для мене це саме те. Тиша, спокій та неймовірно смачна їжа - те що треба для відновлення. Відключення світла не відчуваються, шуму генераторів немає. В спа завжди напівпусто і це прекрасно.

• Oleksandr (9/5): Певно один із найкращих готелей-санаторіїв у Трускавці. Продовжили проживання, відпочинок та лікування. - Гарна й велика територія, розміщення, їжа у системі шведській стіл дуже різноманітна, багато дієтичної, але смачної, номер, прибирання, халати міняють кожні 3 дні, СПА, медцентри ( аж 2), лікарі та процедури на рівні, бювет, масаж, салон краси ( підстригся ), охороняємих паркінгів на території два, міст вистачає… Ціна досить висока, але по більшості аспектів - того варта.

• Svitlana (8/5): На теплий період ок, але в прохолодну погоду з дитиною там нема що робити - Непогані басейни на вулиці, персонал допоміг знайти і перемістити вільні лежаки до потрібного місця. В кінці вересня комфортна температура в басейнах, що на вулиці. Велика територія. Великий вибір та смачні сніданки. Зручні ліжка. Доволі простора дитяча кімната, В басейнах, що в приміщенні повітря від випарів хлорки аж очі роз'їдає. Вид з балкона на дах сусіднього корпусу, тому мабуть на балконі жодних вуличних меблів, бо нема чого там сидіти. В номері нема чайника, не говорячи про кавомашину. Не знайшла резетки біля ліжка. Місця на парковці доволі вузькі (дитину посадити/висадити проблематично) і самих місць доволі обмежено, як для такого великого готелю. До центру з дитиною пішки далеченько, відповідно треба їхати машиною.

• Fonmax (3/5): Like to visit but leave more parking space and fix a problem with water - Everything except water Water in the room was nearly orange color. I asked stuff to check, an engineer came to my room but the problem was global: it was a water hammer that affected many rooms.

• Alisa (7/5): Nice time, except the worst barbeque - Spa zone and Aqua zone are the best in Truskavets. Also We really enjoyed bowling, bikes, and the pianist, who played for a long time different songs, that was very lovely. The barbeque, that we ordered at the summer terrace. Sorry, but that was the worst barbeque in our life. Also, some saunas didn't work. And unfortunately, you can see that this hotel is not new and fashion anymore, that's why it's hard to call luxury place, like locals say about it.

• Natia (8/5): Good for recreation purposes and spa procedures. - Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, restaurant on lowest floor had really good food. The whole hotel is very spacious so for those who go there for a week for medical procedures it was probably convenient. Smell of the medical water in the restaurants, not appetizing. My door did not open easily and had to struggle each time.

The buffet restaurant was ok for breakfast, but not very good for dinners. The sit down restaurant was plain awful. For example we’ve never had brushes served on a 2” thick slice of bread.

But, I think, will return after some time because it’s good, in gen - Size, main personnel kindness and spa No trash bins at property, except in bathroom. Summer terrace restaurant stuff is too young and sometimes doing silly mistakes that are not acceptable for this price of stay. Also dogs, it was said that dogs up to 2kg are allowed for additional price(that’s why I did not brought my dog..it’s 3.2kg), also it was said that you cannot walk your dog at property territory. But during the stay there we’re few 5+ kg dogs and guys been walking with them even at spa…
