• Julie (6/5): Beaucoup d’étoiles pour très peu de professionnalisme et de confort - Les chambres sont spacieuses. La literie assez confortable et la salle de bain très grande également. Beaucoup de choses. Premièrement vous arrivez et on vous propose un service de voiturier. Pas la peine de faire de grande chose si on est pas capable de faire bien sur des choses simples. Le personnel est super désagréable notamment celui du spa. D’ailleurs parlons en du spa il est dans un état lamentable. Tout est extrêmement sale les casiers ne ferment pas, les murs s’effritent. C’est affreux en plus il y avait un cours de nage à la piscine à 22:00 qui prenait toute la place, de plus il faut porter un bonnet de piscine municipale dans une 5 étoiles. L’enfer. Le gros point noir de notre séjour a été la baie vitré qui craque. Un énorme craquement toutes les 5 minutes j’ai cru que la vitre allait tomber. Gros sentiment d’insécurité. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel surtout que beaucoup se construisent et seront sûrement beaucoup plus professionnel. Je pense sincèrement que cet hôtel mise tout sur son casino simplement. Aussi, la télé ne se connecte pas. Nous sommes dans un 5 étoiles …

• Tom (3/5): Disappointed - The staff were actually very good Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were actually very good — professional, polite, and helpful — and I want to give them credit for their service. However, the cleanliness level was extremely poor and far below what I expected. The suite did not feel properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene standards were simply unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Another major issue was the strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel. The cigarette smell was very noticeable and unpleasant, which made the stay even less comfortable. There were also night works around the port area, which caused noise during the night and made it difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel has a good team, but the cleanliness, hygiene, cigarette smell, and night noise seriously affected the experience. These issues need urgent improvement.

• yosef (10/5): - הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת במלון, הרבה מעבר לציפיות. כבר מרגע ההגעה הורגש יחס אישי, אדיב ומקצועי. במיוחד ראוי לציון מנהל הקבלה, שהפגין שירות יוצא דופן - סבלנות, תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים ונכונות אמיתית לעזור בכל דבר. הוא דאג שכל בקשה תטופל במהירות ובחיוך, ונתן תחושה שיש על מי לסמוך. השירות שלו שדרג משמעותית את השהות שלנו והפך אותה לנעימה ומרגיעה במיוחד. אין ספק שמדובר באיש מקצוע מהשורה הראשונה, שמבין היטב מה זה שירות אמיתי. נשמח מאוד לחזור ולהתארח שוב.

• אחמד עבד אלחלים (1/5): اكثر تجربة سيئة صادفتها في حياتي في عالم الفنادق - لا شيء تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت من أسوأ التجارب التي مررت بها في حياتي. وصلت دون حجز مسبق وطلبت حجز غرفة لليلة واحدة، وبدأ الموظف بإجراءات الحجز بشكل طبيعي. بعد قليل، جاءت مسؤولة وتحدثت مع الموظف باللغة الجورجية وعندما لاحظت أننا عرب (حيث إن زوجتي محجبة)، بعدها أبلغنا الموظف فجأة بأنه لا توجد غرف متاحة ولا يمكنه إتمام الحجز. تحققت بنفسي عبر تطبيق بوكينج ووجدت أن الغرف ما تزال متوفرة، وعندما أخبرته بذلك أصرّ على أنها نفدت. عندها قمت بالحجز مباشرة عبر البوكينج خلال أقل من دقيقة، واضطروا لإعطائنا الغرفة رغم وضوح عدم رغبتهم في استقبالنا من خلال تصرفاتهم وتعابيرهم. عند دخول الغرفة، كانت درجة الحرارة مرتفعة جدًا. طلبت تشغيل المكيف، فجاء أحد الفنيين وفتح نافذة الغرفة وقال إنه سيعود بعد دقيقة، لكنه لم يعد حتى الآن. إضافة إلى ذلك، كان مستوى النظافة متدنيًا، حتى في مدخل الفندق، كما أن الزجاج الخارجي كان متسخًا بشكل واضح، من ناحية الفطور كنت في فنداق 3 و 4 نجوم كان الفطور فيها افضل منه بكثييير، الحجز كان لغرفة مطلة على البحر لكن الغرفة التي تسمى مطلة على البحر ترى فيها جانب صغير من البحر فقط. بشكل عام، لا أرى أن هذا الفندق يستحق تصنيف خمس نجوم، ولن أكرر هذه التجربة مرة أخرى.

• Bareket (4/5): חם מאוד - הגודל של החדרים חם פצצות בחדר ואי אפשר לנשום מהחום , אומרים לפתוח חלון בפועל החלון קטן ביחס לחדר ולא מקרר את החדר בשום צורה , גם קרוב לנמל וכל הלילה יש רעש כך שלפתוח את החלון גם לא עוזר בטמפרטורה וגם יש מלא רעש כל המלון ריח מוגזם של סיגריות כי הדלת של הקזינו תמיד פתוחה וזה הגיע לנו עד לחדרים בקומות הגבוהות!! בקיצור גודל הצפייה כגודל האכזבה לא אתקרב למלון הזה בחיים !

Sabah kahvaltı şefi de yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederiz kendisine Odalar çok kötü kokuyor, en son 10 yıl önce gelmiştim hiçbir şeyi değişmemiş halısından perdesine kadar aynı çok eskimiş ve pis durumda, Casino üst katı kapatmış ve casino personeli bir kaç garson hariç berbat, güvenlik görevlileri serseri gibi, kasaya para yatırmaya gidiyoruz kasiyerler surat ekşitiyor düzgün cevap vermiyorlar, garsonlar en çok bahşişi verene hizmet ediyor ben ilk açıldığı yıllarda ortalama en az 70 defa konaklama yaptığım casinosunu sevdiğim bir oteldi ama şu anda eser yok eski halinden yazık etmişler otele bir daha asla tercih etmem
