Og det er også litt dumt at man må kjøpe alt på hotellet. Det er skilt i resepsjonen : AT det ikke lov å ta med mat og drikke fra utsiden. Synes rett og slett det er urimelig. Betalte 250 lire for 2 små vann,en liten cola zero boks og en liten boks ice tea. ( og dagen etter for det samme 253 lire, skjønte ikke den) Skulle man gjort dette hverdag eller flere ganger om dagen hadde det fort blitt dyrt. ( man drikker ganske mye i varmen) Så lenge det er kjøleskap på rommet må det kunne gå ann å få fyllt opp dette med vann og brus,ved å handle i butikkene f.eks A-101 eller Șok. Og så til frokost: Den var bra den,men kun kaffe og te som drikke, kunne ha vært vann,jucie og melk også. Men betjeningen var kjempe hyggelig og koselig bassengområde. Blir nok ikke noe opphold igjen på Belissima. Det Var ikke noe for meg.

Bed not comfortable. No black out curtains. Breakfast terrible. Hardly any food. Staff just hanging around. Restaurant at night half the menu not available. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

- Michelle (10/5): Superb experience !!! - The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of sun loungers. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The chef was amazing. (He needs a pay rise 😂) Creating tasty food for different nationalities must be difficult. The air con worked well. I would recommend this hotel and book again if we return to Side. Leaving to come home.

- Khalida (2/5): - Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel with my mother for a short trip, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and rude. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the employees behaved as though we were an inconvenience, and their overall demeanor was unprofessional and even hostile at times. The facilities were subpar. The washrooms were small and uncomfortable. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, which gives the hotel a very outdated feel. During breakfast, the staff would stand around watching us eat, which felt intrusive and unnecessary—especially since there were barely any other guests. We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient if you’re hoping to explore or access basic amenities easily. When I asked for clean towels on the second day, the receptionist was dismissive and told me towels are only changed every three days. His tone was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. It was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience, and I regret wasting time and money on this place

We booked a room with a balcony for 3 nights but had a room on the bottom floor which was very noisy, and only got moved to a room with a balcony on our last night. And the bed was dirty and really hard. When we change hotel the hotell manager on bellissima become angry. No stay away from this hotel. Far from beach to. Not Nice.

Receptionist staff very accomodating and listened and acted about my complaints. Even got lift to bus stop to Antalya. Suuuuuper!! Pool excellent. 99% respectful and considerate guests. Breakfast huuuuuuge but should cater to customers who possibly want an alternative to Turkish breakfast... Room 406 was decent, but small. Televison just showing a few TV programmes in Turkish. Not enough sockets to plug in mobile, laptop etc. Was moved to 216 because I insisted to be moved coz of noisy, inconsiderate neighbour. 216 was veeeery basic, 1 !! socket, fridge too small and not cool enough, twin bed mattresses too soft. Air condition super loud. Breakfast: please please get fresh fruit, non dairy alternatives!! You mostly got European customers who would certainly appreciate a lighter, healthier breakfast alternative. And finally: Bring your own towels to the pool n don't take them to the beach?? Never ever heard that before and it is nonsense.

- roozbehk2018 (10/5): Very good - We were in this hotel for 12 days. This hotel is 100% renovated and everything is new. Before coming to the hotel, I thought that all the positive reviews for this hotel were fake. But when I came to the hotel, I saw that the room and everywhere in the hotel were really clean. The cooling system is excellent. Energy is expensive in Turkey, but the cooling system of this hotel is active 24 hours even when you are not in the room. The male manager of the hotel and the female manager are very generous and all their efforts are to make the guests very satisfied. The hotel staff are very kind. The breakfast was good, we never ran out of food because they filled the dishes quickly. The pool was swept every day and the water inside was very clean. All rooms have a balcony where you can relax or smoke. The hotel area is also excellent and quiet. The only negative point is the lock of the rooms, which is old, but it does not cause a problem in terms of security, it is better to update it and make it a card. If I want to come to Side again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Every one of the staff were kind and they made my stay as comfortable as possible. It has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, so much so that some days, I was happy to just stay by the lovely, clean pool and soak up the sun....My room was immaculately clean & I had a balcony with a good view and a large fridge which was excellent. Kadir & Nelli were super people and always happy to help. Kadir eveh helped with my transfer to the airport. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Bellissima. It had one of the highest ratings on booking.com and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I would love to go back to this hotel in the future and I wish them every success for the future as they truly deserve it :-) Nothing.

Allerdings sind die Zimmer nicht so groß das muss man vorher berücksichtigen ob sie einem das passt. Der Pool ich auch super wird jeden Morgen gereinigt ein Kinderbecken haben sie auch super für die kleinen. Würde die Unterkunft wieder besuchen.

- Azur (9/5): Superb - Great pool, nice breakfast and dinner, staff Beach is not really walking distance for me, but they have shuttle transportation for free. Therefore, this was not a problem.

- Fatma (6/5): okay hotel for short stay - conveniently located not too far from anywhere. parking available, hotel grounds are clean. staff were helpful and hospitable. very dated property (which is not an issue) however photos are misleading. the shower was very temperamental and temperature control was a headache. floors in the hotel room werent clean. standard rooms really are small. we only stopped off here for a couple of nights so didnt waste time with any complaints etc. overal it was an ok stay but not what other reviews and photos portray.
- ppaula67 (10/5): Little gem - We were delighted to be returning to Turkey for the third time.Weve already stayed twice in Kabak Bay and now, for the first time to Side. We had trailed the internet for weeks to find accommodation that ticked all boxes.... hotel with pool, breakfast included, restaurant's & bar. Within walking distance of the beach & airport transfer available. Bellissima Hotel is a family run business.and has a beautifully calm environment. Staff are friendly, polite,and very helpful, interacting well with all the different guests. We have a generous sized double room with a balcony, our own toilet and shower,TV,fridge and kettle. Breakfast,wifi and air-conditioning are also included in the price. A safe box can be hired close to reception. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the hotels private beach leaving at 9.30 am and returning from the beach at 5.30 pm. It is possible to walk to the private beach which takes about 30-40 minutes. The hotel is excellent value for money. So far every evening we have had dinner in the hotel, sometimes sitting inside or around the pool. We love the food! Everything is fresh.There is a wide choice of tasty food to experience at the breakfast buffet and the evening meal set menu, which is written on the board outside. Last night was a bar-b-que which took my taste buds to the next level.Easy listening music is played at breakfast and evening meal times.Always at a considerate level of volume as the hotel is within a residential neighbourhood. The Bellissima is excellent value for money and we booked through Booking. com. If you are a female solo traveller I do feel that you would feel safe within the Bellissima Hotel.

- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Big and clean pool, lots of loungers and umbrellas. Variety at breakfast, changed daily. Kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. No freezer in fridge. Transportation to beach only once a day and inonvenient times, but this, I believe, is out of the hotel's control. Pretty sure the beach club provides this service and they set the times. Quite a walk from the main attractions, especially if it's hot as it was for us.

The breakfast was rich and had a good variety to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay! The pillows could be more comfortable, and maybe shower gel could be provided together with the shampoo.

- Yasmin (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything! We were welcomed by the owners of the hotel in a kind friendly manner. We had booked the apartments for our stay. The owners kindly offered us two hotel rooms instead, as it was more convenient, as we had children. The food was served at the main hotel and the pool was there too. If we stayed in the apartment we would end to go back and forth. The apartment was more roomy but for convenience we opted for two rooms. A little small but nice and cosy The pool was cleaned daily and was the highlight of my kids stay. There was always a good variety for both breakfast and dinner. Tasty local and continental food. The staff wee helpful and always had a smile on their faces, making our stay comfortable and homely. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with many eateries close by and a short taxi ride away from the beach, attractions and malls. Thankyou very much for a delightful stay. We will be back next time we are in side! Nothing!

- Anton (9/5): Wonderful stay and vacations! - We (2 adults, 3 kids) were given a very nice, newly renovated apartment with 3 rooms and 2 balconies in a separate building, ca. 100m from the main building - where the reception, pool, bar, etc are situated. We were very positively surprised to find such a nice apartment with new furniture and completely new and equipped kitchen with big fridge. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated, the design (walls/doors/curtaines) did all match perfectly, it surely deserves more than 3 stars! The location is quite, we did not have any noise. The hotel is located a little bit out of the Side center or main beach, where all the big hotels are. It offers a shuttle bus to/from the nice hotel beach (not the overrun Side main beach) but we actually did not use it because of the timing/kids, so we went to the main Side beach, it's like 25 min. walk. Not far from the hotel there is a country market every Tuesday, that was also fun. There are also some supermarkets and vegetable/fruit shop in 5 min walk, there you can find everything you need. The breakfast was nice and good, I found it delicious and also every day changing. We only had breakfast and got our late dinner a la carte in the bar- it was also very good. This point is it depends on one's personal attitude: if one is accustomed to spend vacations in 5+ stars all inclusive hotels and have an astronomic choice 24h a day, one might miss it. The pool is clean and nice, it gets cleaned every day. The hotel is not too small and not too big, it's a nice family-run hotel like in good old days! For us it was a very relaxing vacation, we enjoyed the stay, the Turkish cuisine and the healthy sea. We would like to come back again one day.

Nice pool with a bar next to the pool and delicious breakfast buffet, rooms were big and regularly cleaned. Would recommend! It takes a little while to the nearest beach (15-20 min) but a lot of cafes and supermarkets just nearby

- André (10/5): Tidy,Friendly Hotel - The staff was great and took care of me, pointing me in the right directions for things. I only went for a short break to Turkey but when I go back to Antalya I will definitely stay there as I feel comfortable. If you get the chance there is a great Spa less then 5min walk from the hotel.
