We were provided breakfast service regardless of our late hours. i had a very hard bed, beyond firm, it was like sleeping on a platform (my partner however had a single bed that was brought in and it was very comfortable) ...WiFi was horrible, almost non existent

A special mention must go to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest the Matisses Hotel considers offering a selection of food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages on-site. This would add convenience and an extra layer of comfort for guests staying at your tranquil and welcoming hotel

• David (7/5): Comfortable hotel just outside Santa Rosa de Cabal - Hotel outside center of Santa Rosa de Cabal with lots of green space and trampoline for kids. Comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. There were quite a bit of mosquitoes, probably from the pond, and occasional smells from a nearby farm. Kitchen only serves breakfast. Nice looking pool but not heated!

• Jarmain (8/5): Just - This was a lovely country hotel which offered spacious accommodation in beautiful grounds with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities. Also activities for children. The owner was extremely helpful and provided anything we asked for. However I feel the breakfast could have offered a little more choice - taking into account vegetarian and gluten free diets. However overall our experience was extremely pleasurable. Nothing we didn't like. Just the comment about breakfasts. The owner deserves to get many more clients to enjoy the very beautiful location.

• Melissa (8/5): Very good - The hotel is really nice and the grounds also they have alot of plants and flowers it's really taken care of. My experience was good and they had a few things that I would recommend fixing but other then that I'd stay again. There were a few things, the TV wasn't set up and wifi didn't really work (but it that area in general the signal isn't good).

• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is wonderful! Gorgeous gardens and areas for kids to play. I would highly recommend coming here with kids. The pool is cold but we warmed up in the hot tub after. You can easily get a cab to the hot springs nearby. The rooms have good soundproofing and it’s very quiet at night. Good typical Colombian breakfast and friendly staff and owner. Nothing.
