• Daisuke (8/5): 露天風呂良い！ - 着いた時にわざわざ外まで出迎えをしてくれた事。 露天風呂が快適でした。２１時頃は人も少なく貸切状態で入れました。 部屋についてるトイレが少し古さを感じたので新しいのが欲しい。 温泉の脱衣所に持ってくるのを忘れてしまった人用にタオルを置いといて頂けると助かる。(自分が忘れてしまったので部屋まで取りに帰るのに時間がかかってしまった為)

• 山本 (8/5): 友情と骨休めの宿泊でした - アクセスドーロ（山道）が快適でした。 全館エアコンにより室内温度の設定温度が伴っておらず夜中に何度もスイッチのオンオフをした。 室内エアコンのスイッチを付けると暖房となり暑い、スイッチを切ると寒かった。

• Joshua (4/5): If you haven’t experienced the rundown side of old-school Japan, this is a great opportunity to do it. - The indoor and outdoor onsen are very nice. Great view of the city at night It’s a real reminder of Showa era Japan, and how rundown things can get with a bad economy for 30 years. No Wi-Fi No real service at night Not enough towels provided Amenities are the bare minimum No swimming pool aside from two months of the year Very expensive for what you get.

• Yim (10/5): We really enjoy the service provided and the beautiful enviornment. - The location was a bit far and we arrived late. We booked the dinner at 7pm however we arrived at 8pm. The staff in the restaurant still served us with very polite manner and with smile. We felt very warm and thanks for the service provided. The floor in the hot spring was a bit rough and may easily scratch or hurt the feet. It better checked the floor or added non slippery carpet on top of it. The 4 chairs inside the hot spring were a bit old and could consider replace new one. Thank you.
• Tommy (10/5): Exceptional - Nice view from the guest room, onsen and dining room. Free massage chairs are available. Sunny and wide lobby welcomes the guests. The hotel is on top of the mountain, so there is no shops around the hotel. WiFi is available only in the ground floor

• Raine (7/5): It is a nice place for couples but not with kids. But overall, we still made it a worthy stay. - We like the food for breakfast. All that was served was good! We were hoping we could swim in the pool but I guess they only allowed it until September. We were there on October 2.
