• Julia (8/5): Nice stay right by the water - It's a great location right by the water! We went for walks around the area there and it was lovely. The room was comfortable although the bed was very firm, not what we were used to. The staff were kind and helpful and could communicate in English. We only stayed one night but wished we were there longer. Parking was fine the first day, right by the hotel, but when we came back later it was full and we had to park on the 4th floor of a parkade a bit away. We had to pay it and they reimbursed us. I would rather have parked near the hotel.

• chippi (7/5): - バス停が目の前、まわりに飲食店も多く、海側の部屋の景色が良かったです。 駐車場がわかりにくく、狭かったです。連泊中の清掃で、使いやすいように配置した椅子などの位置がリセットされていました。部屋の鍵がカード式ではなく、外出時にフロントに預ける必要があります。預けず持ち歩けば、ついているキーホルダーで(フグが描かれていてカワイイのですが)がさばると思います。

• t (8/5): いい感じ！！ - 朝食は、和食でしたが、おいしかったです。 又　予約時　いろいろ　希望をお願いしていたことは、教えていただきました 夕食でおいしい所と尋ねていました所、教えていただき有難かったです。 尋ねたところも　グランドホテル様紹介と言ったら混んでましたが、席を、カウンターからテーブルにしてもらったみたいで妻も喜んでました！！ フロントのスポットが、ひとつ　カバーが外れていて　老舗なのに　少し　みすぼらしい感じがしました！！ 中に働く人たちは、感じの良い人ばかりでしたが、見かけで判断される部分があると　少し　がっかりします。

• 川瀬 (9/5): - ホテルのフロントの従業員に、夕食で近くのリーズナブルで美味しい居酒屋がないかを尋ねたら、観光地＆飲食店のカモンワーフより、従業員同士でも行く居酒屋を紹介していただき、満足しました。 また、当初はホテルの朝食なしで予約したが、夕食のことや翌日の雨天が見込まれたので、従業員に和朝食を勧められていただき、これも満足しました。 バスルームに洗い場があるため、床マットを敷くと濡れてしまうので、たとえば扉の外に段差のある踏み台を置いていただき、そこに床マットを敷くようにしてもらうと助かりますね。

• Mitooka (9/5): 又利用したいホテルです - 部屋の間取り トイレとバスがメインの部屋と離れていて、入り口とメインの部屋までが二重扉になっていたので、廊下の音も気にならなかったです 初めての利用だったので、 チェックイン時に部屋に対してエレベーターの位置の説明が無かった為、改めて聞いた後部屋番号を再度伝えてそれから近いエレベーターを教えて頂いただきました。二度手間になったかと思います。

• Ayako (7/5): - ロケーションが良かった。景色が綺麗だった。 朝食は時間がかかりすぎ。次の目的地への列車などで急いでいる客もいるので、バイキングの方が便利で早い。内容も丁寧にサービスするわりに今一つで残念だった。特にスープが味がなくぬるかった。最後に出てきたメインの卵料理もすっかり冷めていた。それならば、バイキングにして必要な客にだけ、目の前で目玉焼きやオムレツを作ってくれる方がずっと美味しい。 全体的に見た目や格式？の方を重んじ、内容がともなわない気がして残念だった。

• atsz1980 (9/5): - * 地理位置超棒, 就在渡輪處, 旁邊是唐戶市場 * 因為行程須調整住宿天數, 很不好意思地詢問櫃台人員, 感謝他的協助 入住期間遇到2–3位櫃台工作人員，英文溝通似乎較為有限。 入住當日早上，我背著大背包前往寄放行李，出示 Google Map 上顯示的飯店英文名稱向櫃台人員確認，他看了一眼後指向外面，示意我可能走錯地方。我到門外再次確認方向後，再次進入大廳詢問，也出示了 Booking 的訂單資訊，但他仍指向外面。 後來我表示 Google Map 和 Booking 系統都顯示是這裡，他才意識到我是當日入住的客人。 我理解這應該只是誤會，當下也沒有感到不愉快。不過事後回想，在確認錯誤後沒有任何說明或簡單的致意，讓人覺得有些可惜。飯店外觀和大廳氣派漂亮，但這個小插曲讓整體體驗稍有扣分。

• 麗京 Lijing (3/5): いい体験ではありませんでした。 - ロケーション 1.最初駐車場案内の若い男性スタッフ以外は、スタッフ一同まったく笑顔がありませんでした。 2.現地支払でしたが、チェックインの時に「いつ払いますか？今のほうはいい、それともチェックアウトのときがいいですか？」と聞いたら「今払っていただければスムーズです」と答えられました。その場で払いましたが、その後気付きました。その場で領収書のような証拠をもらっていなかったです。フロントに電話して聞きましたが今日はもう機械から出せないため出さなかったと言われました。でしたら支払ったときにその旨を伝えるべき、代わりに何か出すことの提案もありませんでした。支払⇔領収書、接客ビジネスの基本ができていないと思います。あとから客が支払ったと言って、ホテルがもらっていないと言われたら、何の証拠もないことになります。 3.７階に宿泊しましたが、夜何かの機械の共鳴振動がひどかったです。頭がぶんぶんと振動を受け気分が悪くなりました。 4.ドアを開けた瞬間、（古い建物特有の）カビの匂いがひどかったです。 5.ベッドの背もたれの上の板（ちょっと本、スマホなど置けるところ）に粉雪のようなほこりがいっぱい溜まっていました。

• Žaneta (10/5): Exceptional - The old hotel, but with Sharm. We had room with a view and it was amazing. Staff 1000% so professional and old school, I just didn't find anywhere else that amazing staff as in Shimonoseki and we visit many places. We were in love with this city.
• Momoko (8/5): A really nice stay - The staff was really friendly and nice. We didn’t know where to go for dinner as there was a storm when we reached but a staff helped us out and we really appreciated that! There was ample parking space for anyone who’s driving, and you can just walk over to the famous Karato fish market. It was cloudy when we stayed but on a nice day, the view from the room would’ve been great.
