- Hans-Joachim (7/5): Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück kann besser sein, alles etwas älter - Ideale Entfernung zum Bahnhof Hakata Statik , 5 Fussminuten. Nettes Personal. Preis-Leistung passt beinahe. Zimmer Ausstattung war schon etwas älter, Zimmer ist wirkt durch die Einrichtung. Frühstück: es gibt kein Buffet, nur für Kaffee, Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Wasser, Tee. Man hat 3 Set zur Auswahl. Marmelade, Butter, Eier, Toast etc. sucht man vergebens.

- Sandra (9/5): Neat and Quaint Fukuoka accomodation. - Staff were excellent. Very friendly and personal. Room was lovely and easy walk to train station. Coffee in foyer included and lovely bath salts to take up to room. The rooms are quite large and organised. There is 7- Eleven and Lawsons supermarket not far away. I would stay again. Staff went out of their way to greet me and assist in any way.

I had to check out early to catch my flight and requested to have my take out breakfast collected before the restaurant is open at 7am. All the staff accomodated to my rrquest. So nice of them. The room is spacious and nice to stay.

- Humairah (9/5): Great location at the heart of Hakata! - The reception were friendly and the hotel was very clean. It is definitely bigger than most hotels in Japan, which we appreciate due to luggage size. The toilet is quite big as well with a bathtub. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the 4th floor of the building and the washing machine fee is cheaper than the other hotels we stayed at just 200 yen per wash. Dryer is 100 yen for 30 mins. Location was great, there is an escalator located at Miyako Hotel next door that can bring you to the subway station. Thanks for a good stay! Seems like the dryer machine heat level is quite low. We pumped in 300 yen for 1.5hrs of heat drying but our clothes weren’t fully dry which was so surprising. We had to hang the clothes overnight for full drying. Perhaps hotel can increase the heat level slightly higher.

- Kevin (10/5): - One of our favorite hotels to stay in Japan. The staff are very friendly and polite. They even helped us book a few dinner reservations for local restaurants. The rooms are a great value. They are spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Close to Hakata Station, but on a smaller street so there isn't as much noise like there is on the busier large streets. The hotel is showing its age, but it's still a nice hotel to stay in.

- Peter (10/5): An enjoyable stay - The room was large by Japanese hotel standards. The bed was comfortable. It’s close to many eateries. Being close to Hakata transport hub made travel around Fukuoka sights very accessible. We even managed to take a Nishitetsu coach to Dazaifu for a day trip from the express bus terminal. Staff were very polite.

- Nithursha (8/5): Gute Lage nah am Bahnhof - Das Zimmer war gross genug und sauber. Besonders praktisch war, dass ein Babybett bereitgestellt wurde, was den Aufenthalt mit Kind deutlich erleichtert hat. Die Lage ist sehr gut – in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants sowie Convenience Stores. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders für Familien. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders vielfältig, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber absolut ausreichend. Man findet die wichtigsten Dinge, auch wenn die Auswahl etwas begrenzt ist. Der Lift ist etwas veraltet, und die Türen schliessen sehr schnell. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern oder Kinderwagen kann das unpraktisch und potenziell gefährlich sein. Insgesamt für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung, mit kleinen Abzügen bei Komfort und Sicherheit.

- HuiTing (9/5): 地理位置很好，離地鐵非常近，去機場搭公車也很方便，附近有便利商店，鄰近路口有藥妝店，不用提著東西走太久就到飯店。房間蠻大，床墊軟硬適中，浴室空間大，站兩個人沒問題，浴缸可以躺平，可以好好的泡澡，忘了帶保養品的話，一樓有簡單包裝的保養品可以拿 - 飯店位置很好，房間蠻大的，浴缸可以平躺很讚 洗手檯熱水要等比較久才有，第一天洗澡熱水很讚，但不知道為什麼第二天的熱水不夠熱，水龍頭轉到底還是不夠熱。
