Fairly well equipped kitchen and clean and modern bathrooms. About a 15 minute drive from the heart of Belfast or a 50 minute walk. Staff were a little unfriendly.

We were issued a full refund 10 minutes after arrival due to the unacceptable condition of the room. Urine on the toilet, unclean lines, insects, dust.. I encourage Booking.com to send a representative to see this property in person as it is currently being posted under false advertising.

We are light sleepers, I always request for a high floor but they full and we were assigned the 2nd floor & did not sleep well during our stay this time :(

• Carsten (1/5): - Katastrophe. Haare, Fußnägel, klebrige Böden und Tische. Es wurde einfach nicht saubergemacht. Auch nach Beschwerde (es gab zumindest einen € Nachlass) wurde es nicht gereinigt. Nach erneuter Beschwerde wurde zumindest der Fußball eingesammelt. Wohnung sehr abgewohnt.

One thing..I came from south so my phone wasn't picking up signal straight away and couldn't contact host for door entry. Stuck on the street outside for a while. Passcode before hand would be great🙂

The apartment was at the back of the building which overlooked the mountains and the stadium. The bed was very comfortable. Some pieces of furniture were a bit old.

• K2526ITmariam (10/5): Excellent accommodation handy for Belfast City Hospital - This was our third stay at Cordia Serviced. Apartments. We had a two bed flat with a view and balcony. The accommodation is first class with every amenity, very clean and comfortable situated close to Belfast City Hospital and next door to a well stocked Tesco supermarket. There is a wide selection of restaurants at all price ranges and cuisines and the motorway is close by if needed. This was our third stay and we would not go anywhere else as it combines the flexibility of self catering with all the facilities including an en-suite and separate bathroom , fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave cooker and plenty of glasses, china and cutlery. We stay for the proximity to Belfast City Hospital and the only comment I would make is that the sofas are comfortable but lack back support for elderly people like myself, I have a spinal condition and bring a large cushion for my back which allows me to sit upright. The staff are all helpful , courteous and responsive to any issues which makes life pleasant when you are waiting for a hospital appointment. We have already booked our next stay .

Kitchen provision is very sparse with minimal cooking equipment provided. Cerial bowls were tiny. Lounge settees uncomfortable.

More comfortable than any hotel with no outrageous food bills and the option to - Location, parking, cleanliness and great attitude from staff. Elderly people attending Belfast City Hospital will find this accommodation impossible to beat but if they have spinal arthritis like me they will need supportive cushions for the sofas. They are fine for nearly everyone but as someone who needs mobility aids and extra back support I find a large back cushion that I bring from home makes my stay much more comfortable . An easy tweak to make a visit perfect!

• McGee (7/5): Top class destination, pleasant, helpful manager, perfect for patients needing nearby accommodation for Belfast City Hos - Excellent location, excellent layout and facilities. Next to Tesco and very close to Belfast City Hospital which was the purpose of the visit. This was our second stay and we would not stay anywhere else, particularly as the access in and out of Belfast is close to major links and the property is easy to access and the parking is a huge bonus. Plenty of tv channels, too. We are older visitors and find the seating is hard on our backs as the sofas are very deep and slippery and do not have enough back support at our age but very suitable for other people and spotlessly clean. The mattresses are very hard but by taking the duvet off the spare room bed and lying on top of the original duvet it was much better. This is a great value destination and these are not criticisms but a heads up for older people. We will probably bring cushions for our next visit as we would not stay anywhere else and for two nights it has everything you need even including dishwasher., ample utensils washer dryer, a full bathroom and en-suite to service the bedrooms.

The lady checking us in was so nice and attentive and the apartments are great for families I felt like the apartment needed a really good clean especially the ensuite the water wouldn't drain properly in the shower and the kettle, glasses etc were really dirty.

The apartments are spacious, clean, and have everything you need for a long or short stay. The host/staff, Varnika and Raul, are extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely people. We could not ask for anyone better to look after us during our stays here. Apartment aside, these two are the reason I will continue to always use Cordia Serviced Apartments for all future stays. Everything was great!

• Elaine (9/5): Luxurious ensuite bedroom with great view in comfortable well equipped apartment. - It was a nice spacious clean property. The ensuite bedroom was particularly nice and felt very luxurious. My daughter was also delighted with her bedroom. I also really enjoyed the view from the living room with the little balcony. The living space was a good size and we had comfortable evening cooking in the kitchen and then later reclining on the sofa watching the entertainment on the Television. The living space was great but if I was to be hyper critical I would say the kitchen is a little dated however it was a good functioning kitchen and we were able to cook for the family. Bowls in the cupboard were far too small though for breakfast or soup .

Lady at reception was really friendly and gave a little box of sweets for my little girl and a tin of cookies for adults. Easy check in. There was a smell of sewerage in the bathrooms. It wasn’t too bad but still obvious. The fridge also wasn’t working properly. I forgot to say this at check out, it was chaotic trying to get 2 kids packed and out the door. But neither of these things affected our stay too much.
