Nagyon kevés választék van, egyetlen számunkra megfelelő főétel találtunk, de az a második este elfogyott, és a további 4 napon sem pótolták az alapanyagot, egyszerűen közölték hogy nincs.(egyszerű bárhol beszerezhető csirkemellről van szó).Senkinek nem ajánlom!

El trato de todo el personal, especialmente mencionar a Tania con su amabilidad y su sonrisa que desde que se enteró que la estancia era por nuestra ceremonia civil tuvo un detalle precioso para cuando regresásemos a la noche. A parte de eso nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor, con unas vistas preciosas y muy espaciosa No tengo ningún comentario negativo

El desayuno es bueno, variado y está en una terraza muy bonita con vistas al mar. La señorita de recepción fue muy amable. No tiene aire acondicionado nos quedamos en la cuarta planta pero no se podía dormir con la puerta abierta porque se oía el ruido de todas las personas que estaban abajo y si cierras la puerta te mueres de calor aunque tiene un ventilador en el techo, aunque está reformado, el Hotel está algo viejo

- Nathalie (9/5): - La proximité avec le bord de mer et les restaurants est très appréciable. La plage en contre bas ou l'accès à la baignade depuis la terrasse est un plus.
- Hilary (6/5): Don't go half board - Staff were friendly, cheerful,helpful from maids through waiters to reception. Everywhere clean. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet. Breakfast for a 3 star hotel was good. Evening reception staff did not speak English very well, it was difficult understanding what we were told that although we were half board the restaurant wasn't working for 2 nights and we had to go to a choice of 3 restaurants locally with a limited choice menu. Don't go half board at hotel unless it's for one or 2 nights. Waste of money, no real choice of food done on the cheap, better value and restaurants in town. No swimming pool. Ladder to sea often leads you to 3 inches of water when tide out, never deep. Room not large. No explanation in room of food times and places or how to get any UK TV.

- Welan (9/5): Hay hoteles buenos con un personal capaz, el hotel Medano - Que todo funcionó muy bien, que el personal te ayudó con todo. El sitio encima del mar. Nada.Es muy importante que el personal está presente. Hay sitios donde no está así, por ejemplo en el Guesthouse dei Greci en Roma, donde te destruyen la estancia en no siendo presente, donde puedes escribir y.llamar sin respuesta.

I was given an upgrade to a room with a sea view and a balcony by Alicia and the manager on duty. They were so kind and very friendly. The free yoga classes were fabulous. Loved my stay at the hotel. There was a smell of food in parts of the hotel which was slightly off putting.

- Fichet (8/5): Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y retournerons avec grand plaisir, parfait pour découvrir Tenerife - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'hotel et de notre chambre en particulier, face à la mer. C'était très calme et n'entendions pas les avions qui décollent tout près. Nous étions bercé par les vagues. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, choix large, vue superbe. L'hotel ressemble à un bateau qui va s'élancer en mer. Il a un charme vintage, de petite taille par rapport aux complexes des plages de Adeje. Le personnel est parfait, discret et à l'écoute. 2 points à noter, mais non essentiels : * Nous avions choisi la demi-pension et ce n'était pas un bon choix. Le restaurant est bien pour un repas mais pas chaque soir. Le choix est restreint, c'est assez lourd, il manque des légumes, des salades légères. * Stationnement difficile dans El Medano. Nous avons dû nous garer à la sortie de la ville chaque jour. Ce n'est pas un point bloquant.
