La serveuse au petit déjeuner, désagréable souffle au besoin sur les clients c'est peut-être culturel mais c'est bien la première fois que je me sens gêné par mes demandes, le petit déjeuner bon mais un chocolat chaud à l'eau c'est un concept rare... Attention un concept très italien : l'ascenseur est payant ! Ne soyez pas trop surpris 0,20 cts.
- Hannah (10/5): Traumunterkunft im Herzen von Neapel - Die Lage ist top! Man könnte nicht besser zwischen der Altstadt und dem spanischen Viertel liegen. Zudem ist die UBahn direkt vor der Türe. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und man hatte ausreichend Platz (wir waren 5). Zudem wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt. Zuletzt möchte ich das tolle und liebe Personal hervorheben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft an jeden weiter empfehlen!

Bed is comfortable, room is clean and bright, breakfast delicious, especially cakes. Location is perfect, next door to the main street, bus stop and Metro stop. Lots of attractions are within walking distance. Be aware you will need 20 cents coins for the lift, but it is free on Saturday and Sunday. The little door in the big gate to get in or out of the house made me laugh so much when my 6 foot 4 husband tried to get through it the first time and got stuck... it's an old historical building and I loved everything about it, including people.

- ALICIA (6/5): - La ubicación La comunicación con los propietarios no fue de gran ayuda. El edificio tiene un ascensor que necesita monedas y no lo sabíamos, un gran inconveniente si llegas con maletas. El desayuno muy flojo.
- Uwe (8/5): - Ein riesiges Zimmer mit ca. 5m hohen Decken in einem typischen neapolitanischen Haus mit gewaltigem Innenhof und authentischer Atmosphäre untergegangener Pracht mitten im Zentrum, dabei absolut ruhig. Antiquarischer Außenfahrstuhl, in den man zur Bedienung fakultativ (!) 20 Cent einwerfen musste. (Die Pension befindet sich im 3. Stock.) Wunderbarer Frühstücksraum mit stoisch vor sich hin arbeitender Dame, die alle Wünsche erfüllte ... in einem dem historischen Ort angemessenen Tempo. Zahlreiche bauliche Zeugen morbiden Charms. Wenn man auf ein wenig Luxus, Bequemlichkeit und reibungslose Abläufe zugunsten eines besonderen Hotelerlebnisses verzichten mag, gibt es nichts zu verbessern.

- christelle (7/5): Un endroit charmant et un petit déjeuner qui permet de très bien démarrer la journée de visites - le petit déjeuner est très fourni et appétissant l'aménagement du lieu est très agréable avec de beaux volumes le personnel est au petit soin ce qui peut être amélioré : mettre à disposition des capsules à côté de la cafetière remplacer la bouilloire qui fuit améliorer la qualité du matelas du 2e lit qui n'est pas confortable améliorer la qualité de la wifi qui ne fonctionne pas proposer des crackers/ pain sans gluten pour faire ds tartines. Il existe à Supero de bons produits

No plug in the sink, shower didn’t work properly and was leaking. Advertised as two double beds but one was a sofa bed. Difficult to find and had to pay for the lift, stressful arrival.

- Priya (4/5): Disappointing - cold room, poor breakfast - contact person on WhatsApp was poor but staff on site tried hard and the building had charm and good location Room was cold. Asked for extra duvet on whatsapp via contact number provided as no one was on site - ignored for one day although I requested in first thing the next morning and when insisted I was asked to look in linen cupboard myself and directed to a dirty fleece blanket. Only received an extra duvet on the last night. Breakfast was not fresh and limited choice. More explanation is needed for the location - it's in an apt block, the lift needs 20 cents, (and no advance info provided on this as with luggage not feasible to go up all the flights of stairs) and it is not clear which building inside the compound has the entrance to B&B as no signage. On weekends, entry and exit to main street via trap door as main door is shut but the trap door is small and not suitable for taller or large person. Again should have been forewarned

Es liegt sehr zentral am Piazza Dante und ist durch die Lage im Innenhof wirklich ruhig, auch wenn draussen viel los ist. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig. Das Personal war relativ reserviert, aber trotzdem hilfsbereit.

Its looking tired in places with rooms snd bathrooms needing dome refurbishment sooner rather than later. The lady on duty every day is very busy doing multiple jobs at the same time between reception duties, breakfast and room cleaning as some periods she is by herself.

- Marta (9/5): Alojamiento recomendable - Ubicación perfecta para ir andando a todas partes del centro histórico, y con una parada de metro justo delante para moverte a otros sitios. Estupendo tener el desayuno incluodo para poder empezar el dia tempranito. El desayuno justito, pero suficiente. La habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda y limpia, con todo lo necesario. Por aportar para mejora, vendrían muy bien más luz indirecta (lámparas de pie o mesa) en el saloncito y una mesa baja delante del sofá. Un alojamiento con mucho encanto e historia, ya que está en una casa Palacio napolitana.
- Bolko (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage am Danton-Platz war nicht zu toppen. Das Apartment befand sich in einem Stadtpalais aus der Renaissance-Zeit. Die Zimmer sind zum Hof ausgerichtet und sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf die Stadt und freundliche Servicekraft. Freundliche Begleitung durch den Host bei auftretenden Problemen. Wein- und Wassergläser sollten zur Ausstattung des Apartments gehören. Leider funktionierte die Türöffnung (Hauseingang großes Tor) per App nicht, so dass wir über die kleine Tür (Tür im Tor) ins Haus klettern mussten. Wochentags ist das kein Problem, weil es einen Concierge gibt, aber am Wochenende ärgerlich.

- Iván (9/5): Buena relación calidad-precio-ubicación-atención. - Buen trato al cliente. Sabían español, con lo cual las dificultades en el acceso se pudieron solucionar de forma fácil. Ante cualquier incidencia colaboran en la solución del problema. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría en esa establecimiento si volviera a Nápoles. El sistema de check-in online parece complicado, pero la realidad es que no lo es. Asusta, pero luego es todo muy sencillo. Quizás lo del ascensor y tener que pagar los 20 céntimos.

- Gianluca (9/5): Napoli fantastica. - Il palazzo è centrale rispetto alla città. Ben tenuto e pulito tutto l’appartamento. Uno staff all’altezza. L’ingresso del portone che ci si deve piegare per entrare, consiglierei all’host di fornire le chiavi per aprire il portone grande.

- Aoife (9/5): - This is a lovely, quiet, clean B&B. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and had a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The breakfast is nice and includes some great homemade cakes. The location is very handy, right on Piazza Dante with a metro stop outside the door. Highly recommend.

L'unico appunto è riferito alla porta di accesso al palazzo, anche se non credo che il gestore abbia possibilità di intervento, è troppo piccola la porta pedonale , negli orari in cui non è presente il portiere si è costretti a contorsionismi per entrare.

- Nives (10/5): Nel complesso estremamente gradevole - La colazione era nella media, ma il cappuccino era pessimo. la posizione ottima Il bagno era senza bidè. E questo non è stato comodo. Il set di cortesia era senza caffè e non hanno provveduto a rimpinguare i bicchieri di carta quando hanno sistemato la camera il giorno dopo.

- Galina (9/5): - Clean, good breakast, as well for adults and for the children. The woman that serves breakfast is very helpful! Thank you! We stayed in December and it was very cold inside during the day - we did not stay for long at the apartment though, but even a few hours without heating is not very well- conditioner didn’t help much. The heater in the bathroom only worked a few hours in the evening and in the morning.
- José Luis (4/5): Para no volver - . La amplitud de la segunda habitación, pues la primera que nos adjudicaron, era pequeña e incómoda. Sin armarios. y con una distribución tan ajustada que me choqué contra el saliente de la cama, de madera sin cubrir, causándome un desgarro en la pierna. Había un ruido intermitente tan intenso que pedimos a la encargada que nos cambiara de habitación, cosa que hizo. La primera habitación, la toma de contacto inicial a la llegada, puesto que se nos dijo que habría un check-in presencial si se llegaba antes de las 16 hrs., lo que no se produjo. La falta de toma de contacto directo con el B6B cuando se les escribió directamente: todo fue vía informática., por medio de intermediarios como Booking o Vickey.

- Tomasz (10/5): - Posto incantevole. Palazzo storico del 1600 in una delle piazze principali di Napoli (piazza Dante). Collegata a piedi al centro storico, musei, etc. Se torno a Napoli permetterò nuovamente qui.
- Theresa (10/5): - Situato in un bel palazzo storico restaurato, si trova in una zona centralissima dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente sia in bus che in metro o anche a piedi le più belle attrazioni turistiche di Napoli. Le camere sono arredate con uno stile essenziale ma elegante e raffinato. La pulizia è rigorosa e il personale sono simpatici e disponibili. Esperienza da ripetere

Con pochi passi si è in via dei Tribunali e Spaccanapoli etc etc etc. B&B al 3° in un antico palazzo nobiliare con una imponente scalinata ma dotato di ascensore. Stanza molto ampia con tutte le comodità che uno cerca. Cosa molto importante in considerazione che questa città molto viva è alquanto caotica: assoluta tranquillità sia di giorno che di notte, in quanto le finestre delle camere sono rivolte verso il cortile interno dell'edificio e perciò il sonno è garantito!. Altro aspetto molto positivo è la cortesia e disponibilità nel consigliare come e cosa visitare della città. Quando tornerò a Napoli questa sarà ancora la mia "base".
- Rosa (10/5): - Posizione ottima per una vacanza a Napoli . Comoda a postarsi ed in una delle piazze più belle. Il palazzo dotato di corte interna risulta silenzioso. La mia camera davvero spaziosa e comoda , Colazione ottima,nella sala bella luminosa affacciata sulla piazza,complimenti alla ragazza carinissima ,gentile e precisa nel servizio della colazione. Comunque consiglio la struttura e ci tornerei sicuramente.

- Mustafa Cinar (8/5): A quaint and nice stay in a charming old palazzo, with a few quirks worth knowing in advance. - Overall, we had a nice stay at Ruffo di Bagnara. The location is wonderful—very close to the heart of the city—and the place itself is quite quaint. The B&B is on the third floor of a somewhat rundown old palazzo, but we actually enjoyed the charm of that. There is an elevator (it operates with 25-cent coins), but we sometimes chose to take the stairs, not to wait for it. Our room was well designed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. As for the staff, we only interacted with one lady (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), who was doing everything on her own yet still managed to be friendly and pleasant. A word of warning: The Booking.com description does not clearly prepare you for the rather eccentric entrance to the B&B. You first enter a courtyard that doesn't quite look inviting. At night, the large gates are locked, and you have to go through a very small, one-meter-tall door within the gate—something we were never warned about. After that, you need to find and operate the elevator and then locate the B&B on the third floor. We are athletic and enjoy a bit of eccentricity, so it did not bother us personally, but a clear heads-up would be important for guests who prefer a straightforward entrance or who have mobility challenges. Only two issues stood out. First, I was never able to obtain an invoice needed for university reimbursement. I asked for it as we were checking out and was told to request it via WhatsApp. I reached out both on WhatsApp and through Booking.com multiple times. The contact person wrote back saying they had sent it, but nothing ever arrived. Despite follow-up messages, we did not receive the invoice. Second, we were told in our prior contact via Booking.com that we could check in at 13:00 pm (which was important for us, as our plane arrived quite early), but upon our arrival, we were told by the lady at the reception that this was wrong and that we would have to wait until 15:00.

La ubicación céntrica para visitar los lugares turísticos. Un buffet de desayuno normal. Un precio muy ajustado y buena atención de la gerencia y el personal Cuando está el portero de la finca hay que poner 20 céntimos de euro para que funcione. También en ausencia del portero hay que entrar en la finca por una puerta de 120 cm de altura
