- Benjamin (5/5): You have to weigh the pros and cons - I won’t be back to sit on a patio looking at trash, barbed wire, razor wire and cc - The lady who worked in the market was lovely and very reasonable prices. The free beach bus was terrific. Questions prior to arrival were referred to their website which didn’t answer my questions. I ended up with a room at the back of the property. I asked the front desk man for someone to come and pick up the trash in the gardens when they had time. He basically said do not tell them how to do their job, there is a schedule to pick up trash- he clearly didn’t understand i meant garbage that had blown into the gardens at the back of the property.

Demasiado estrictos, malas condiciones en el apartamento como hormigas, cisterna rota, manecillas de las puertas, sofa cama pequeño, apartamento pequeño, salidas de emergencia cerradas. además para la plancha, mando aire, mando de tele habia que dar dinero que luego te devolvian pero todo demasiado exagerado y mas en unas fechas de fiestas, donde la gente socializa etc etc y no puedes entrar a nadie. Cosa que nunca habia visto en absolutamente ningún apartamento de maspalomas y mucho menos que cierren puertas de emergencia por este motivo. Arreglaron la cisterna pero cuando se les llamo para las hormigas no aparecieron( se nos estropeo la comida). Algunas sabanas tenian manchitas nada mas llegar. NO VOLVERE.

La piscina climatizada también es un must. Cambio de toallas y basura diaria. Apenas animación nocturna, dos dias en una semana. El Kids club sólo abrió 3 dias de toda la semana q estuvimos. Se nos quedó corto. La limpieza de las habitaciones se hacia super tarde por la mañana (14.00-15.00)y muchas veces nos pillaba en la siesta del bebé y no podían hacerla. El sofá cama es durisimo.

- Amilcar José Gouveia (7/5): Bom, mas... - A casa era espaçosa, e a cozinha serve o propósito. O sofá cama era pequeno, estreito e desconfortável para um adulto (e o quarto foi vendido como tal). Não terem entregue o comando do ar condicionado quando chegamos.
- Stefanie (8/5): Goed verblijf geweest voor wat ik nodig had. - Aangenaam ontbijt. Voldoende keuze, zoet, hartig, gezond. Nette ontbijtzaal. Het was erg rustig toen ik er verbleef (maart). Lijkt me een handige plek als je met kinderen op vakantie gaat: zwembad, klein speelplekje, mogelijkheid om in je eigen bungalow te koken ipv telkens uiteten te gaan. Laagseizoen is het restaurant 's avonds niet open, maar ze vinden het helemaal OK als je take-away bestelt dus dat was handig voor mij. Winkeltje naast het verblijf heeft ook voldoende in aanbieding aan interessante prijzen om zelfvoorzienend te zijn. Niets in het bijzonder. Ik had een aangenaam verblijf. Enige kleine "nadeel": boeking was inclusief ontbijt maar ik kon er jammer genoeg maar 1 ochtend van genieten omdat ik de andere ochtenden al vroeg weg moest. Da's iets wat je dus best vooraf overweegt of het de moeite is om het bij te boeken.

- Andreea (9/5): Lovely place - We liked the place, that the apartments have privacy and that there is space between them and lots of plants. Pool side is clean and nice. The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was fine even if it could pe updated. The place was clean but because it was old it looked a bit down. The pool was not heated, not even the children one. The sofa could not become a bed and it was fixed.
- Kelly (9/5): Cute, relaxing and enjoyable stay all round - I stayed here for a week in Feb with my partner for a family member’s wedding on the island and Images don’t do it justice, it’s gorgeous, cute, clean, relaxing and generally all round lovely place to stay. Staff were helpful, friendly and Available. Our “basic” room was lovely, cute and well equipped, little terrace for us to chill, ground are so well kept and the birds chirping in the morning - just bliss. Plenty sun loungers Avilable, the pool side bar is great for lunches and drinks, fairly good value also. Would 100% stay here again. Nothing major, location is a little out but not by much, reception call you a taxi and it’s pretty much straight away, was like €6-7 euro to the lighthouse or yumbo centre.

- Mónica (5/5): - Hemos estado 1 semana, y lo cierto es que la Limpieza del bungalow y el bungalow en sí han dejado mucho que desear, más a sabiendas que estaríamos una semana entera, no nos limpiaron el piso, los paños de cocina en ningún momento nos los cambiaron, las perchas del ropero estaba llenas de polvo, lo que nos llevó a tener durante 1 semana la ropa metida en las maletas, el espacio del bungalow era horrible, para tres personas, 1 semana, de verdad, estuvimos hacinados... el aire acondicionado sujeto con tiritas.... la verdad que para ser un Princess, no volveremos a elegirlo para pasar las vacaciones de 1 semana, y mucho menos recomendarlo....
- Yessica Del Carmen (9/5): La estancia fue muy agradable, la recomiendo - Lo amplio que era el bungalow, las camas cómodas, el detalle de tener aire acondicionado en la habitación eso fue un puntazo, las chicas de la limpieza pasaban todos los días, las piscinas bien limpias y de todo tipo o sea una grande, otra para niños, otra para no tan niños, los jacuzi , el que tenga un socorrista , el tener al lado un mini market para cualquier apuro .En definitiva me gustó todo . Volvería a repetir Quizás el estar un poco lejos de la piscina ya que fui con niños , pero por lo demás genial 👌🏼

- Agnes Rut (3/5): We tried to make the best of it but i am not happy at all.. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was ok but not great The bungalows were all full of mold, one of our members had to switch hotels because of a mold allergy. It rained for two days and the apartment was full og water at every door/window (which is probably the root of the mold problem), they never changed the bed sheets in the 2 weeks we were there and they hardly cleaned the apartment. It was close to filthy. The pool was ice cold, we went in december so we knew it would probably be cold but the pool was freeeezing so we never went in. The smaller pools were a bit warmer but still way to cold, especially for small children.The rooms are very outdated i think the furniture is probably original since the 80’s. I will 100% never go back to that hotel again..ever

- Pascale (8/5): Établissement calme et confortable pour un séjour au soleil fin novembre ! - La piscine ,esprit Manrique, est magnifique, grande, un peu trop fraîche fin novembre pour nous.Tres calme à cette saison, surtout des retraités. L’appartement n’est pas contemporain mais tout y est en matière de confort, on peut y séjourner plusieurs semaines. Le petit déjeuner, si on s’en tient aux basiques œufs, bacon, fruits, est très bon. La possibilité de garer la voiture devant l’hôtel. La salle de restaurant est triste, décatie, la deco est vraiment trop vieille. Les snacks proposés au bord de la piscine ne sont pas bons, et chers. La situation de l’hôtel oblige à utiliser un moyen de transport pour aller sur le front de mer. C’est l’inconvénient qui entraîne les avantages indiqués plus haut, calme et facile pour se garer.

- Emőke (8/5): - Nagy medencék, nagyon jó pool bár és szuper kis bungalowk! Kinti-benti privát szféra, heti 5x takarítás (igaz csak felületes). Az ágy gyakran elcsúszott, a szekrény koszos volt, a konyha bútorok korszerűtlenek, nyikorgók. A nappaliban nincs légkondi és a kanapé kényelmetlen.
