The breakfast buffet, skin care amenities (in the private onsen), and the view were especially amazing. There were so many features and services the hotel provided, it's easy to miss a thing or two! We couldn't really find the menu online for the dinnner takumi provided by the hotel before the dinner itself (which seems to change frequently) but maybe we just couldn't find the right webpage...

Perfect getaway to remove stress. Very rigid with check-in/check out times. Opening hours for onsen limited. Would have been extremely nice to be able to use the Onsen a few hours after check out but not possible even at extra fee.

- 平池 (8/5): - 館内はとても良かったです。 窓から見える景色も最高でした。 ラウンジのサービスも良かったです。 ・チェックインの時に対応した女性スタッフ。 クールな感じで温かさを感じませんでした。館内説明が、事務的に淡々としており、また早口でついて行けない。その方はきっと何百何千と説明してきているのでしょうが、こちらは初めての宿泊。ホテルに入って最初に受けるチェックインの印象が悪かったので、もてなされていない感じがしました。 ・夕食時に対応した日本のご年配の女性スタッフ。 食べ終わったお皿をテーブルの上で重ねる、こちらの顔の横で重ねるのが気になりました。外国人の若いスタッフ達はニコニコしてすごく丁寧でマナーもなってましたが、日本人であり年配の方がそのようなマナーには残念でした。
- John (9/5): I couldn't have asked for a better first-time stay in a full-fledged onsen resort hotel. - It's the first time I stayed in a full-fledged onsen resort, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was awed by the grand lobby, and was delighted to find the range of facilities available. Guests were even treated to soba and ramen for supper. The hotel also makes for a great base to explore historic Shuzenji. Nothing. I greatly enjoyed my stay.

- PENGJU (10/5): Comfortable room and lovely dinner! - Big room with the ocean view is amazing. Dinner and breakfast is great. The hotel provides free shuttle bus, which is really helpful! No convenient store nearby. Without the shuttle bus the transport is a bit difficult.
- 翎 (9/5): - 酒店非常漂亮，预定的是带私汤的房间，房间非常大，干净和舒服， 阳台可以直接看大海和日出。酒水和饮料都是免费的，因为时间原因，没有去泡公汤，不过进去参观了一下，地方也是很大的。晚餐非常好吃，早餐是自助餐，还是非常不错的。 员工服务的态度很好，但是员工英文水平很一般，直接用英文会比较吃力，还是需要用到日语翻译器。

- Lea Carmen (10/5): - Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer als auch vom Frühstücksraum war sehr schön! Das Zimmer war groß, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und lud zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und es gab von allem mehr als genug. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

- Barbara (10/5): Einfach traumhaft! - Das Hotel hat uns vom ersten Betreten an begeistert. Großartige Lage und eine bombastische Aussicht auf den Pazifik und die der Halbinsel Izu vorgelagerten Inseln. Das Hotel bietet zwei Lounges, in denen man sich bis um 22 Uhr alkoholische und nicht alkoholische Getränke kostenfrei holen kann. Unser riesiges Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer hatte einen privaten Onsen auf der Terrasse und war sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Restaurant bietet morgens ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und das Abendessen ist unglaublich lecker. Innerhalb einer Viertelstunde erreicht man mit dem Auto Mt. Omuru und auch die Hängebrücke und den Leuchtturm von Izukogen. Die Izu-Skyline-Panoramastraße ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. -

- yunxiao (9/5): 各方面都达标的酒店型温泉 - 前台那位强者发型的男接待英语很溜，其他员工也都亲切友善。酒店大堂在天晴时候很出片。早晚饭都很不错，早餐自助选择很多，晚餐也算的上精致了。提前和酒店沟通想要高楼层，邮件回复很痛快的给了三层的房间。2天4次餐食我们被安排了靠窗位置2次，没有出现其他评论说的某些情况。房间内布置很不错。 他家位置在大室山和城崎海岸之间，但其实到两者徒步都不近，公交班次很少基本不用指望，不想11路的话还是要打车的。接送站车的班次确实有点少。温泉质量和造景都说不上特别优秀，左侧的室外风吕在二层所以视野不错。大堂吧的酒水也就那么回事。
