• Apisara (9/5): ประทับใจมากๆ ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟikebukuro เดินเพียง500M. ส่วนตัวชอบมากๆมีโอกาสอยากกลับไปใช้บริการอีก - ชอบความกว้างของห้อง สามารถกางกระเป๋าใบใหญ่พร้อมกัน 3 ใบได้สบายๆ มีพื้นที่แบ่งเป็นสัดส่วน โต๊ะนั่งกินข้าว ตู้เย็น จานชามแก้ว ห้องน้ำแยกออกจากห้องอาบน้ำ ที่นอนแบบเสื่อทาทามิสบายมาก ผ้าห่มนุ่มและอุ่นสุดๆ ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงรอบๆข้างได้ง่ายมาก แต่ด้วยความเหนื่อยล้าจึงทำให้หลับได้ ไม่มีปัญหา

• Mirjam Mwaka Kapembwa (10/5): Perfect place for a relaxing stay in Ikebukero. - - Nice location. - 3 minutes away from the 1Ca exist (Ikebukero Station is massive so even though it is close you will have to walk 3-7 minutes depending on what train you take) - Every staff I meet was nice and caring - Every question I asked was answered with the upmost respect. - They clean the rooms daily and you get a new towel and sometimes a toothbrush with a small tube of toothpaste. - I made the mistake of booking my stay from the day I left the airport in my home country but I would arrive the day after (real blunder on my part and I did not notice it). When I arrived the day after at 1300 ish I had my room straight away and I noticed that House Ikebukero had tried texting me to let me know, I could check-in after hours. I am very grateful for that. - There is a 7/11 and Family Mart that are open 24/7 3-5 minutes away and a lot of restaurants near by. - Free washer and cheap dryer (100¥ for 30 min) - The walls are quite thin, so it is a bit noisy (can be mitigated with a pair of headphones or ear plugs). - It is not a social place, if you are traveling alone and would like that then I would book another place.

• Lucas (10/5): Amazing affordable accommodation - Great location close to the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. The staff was friendly and gave a comprehensive introduction to the accommodation. The room was well kept and included airconditioning. Shampoo,body wash,conditioner, and face wash was provided in the shower, as well as toothbrushes in the room. We definitely will come back here whenever we visit Tokyo. Finally the price was very good. If I had to name one thing that I didn't like, it would be the slippers provided didn't fit me since I wear size 47 shoes. But that is to be expected

• TZU -TING (8/5): - 離東池袋很近，性價比也很高，從地鐵上來到陸地附近有電梯覺得方便，早餐附近蠻多店家可以選擇 附近超多百貨根本逛不完 如果是講中文的語言上也可以通很方便，人員也都很客氣，每天都會進去打掃真不錯！下次會想再回來入住！感謝！ 樓上二樓的浴室溫度可能太晚洗會忽冷忽熱，的一樓洗是正常的 吹風機的部分比較舊，風量會比較小 隔音上會差一點點 由於住的房間是在二樓，如果是大型行李要搬上去小困難但可以解決
• delprat (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Premièrement, l’emplacement est top, juste à côté de la station Ikebukuro. Vous avez beaucoup de supermarchés et de restaurants autour ou de Seven Eleven. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre elle était très propre. Les espaces communs type cuisine, douche, toilettes étaient propres et bien entretenu. J’ai passé un très bon séjour Il est vrai que les murs sont très fins, alors ce n’est pas tellement gênant au niveau du bruit, mais c’est plus au niveau de l’humidité que ça se ressent. Je suis bien consciente qu’ils ne peuvent pas refaire l’entièreté du bâtiment, mais par exemple les fenêtres sont un peu noir sur certains côtés.
• Chompunut (8/5): พนักงานน่ารัก ที่พักสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี - ห้องกว้าง ไม่มีอ่างน้ำ แต่ก็สะดวกอยู่ ทำเลจะอยู่อีกฝั่งของสถานี ikebukuro ไม่ใช่ฝั่งเดียวกับตึก sunshine สถานีใหญ่มาก ถ้าอ่านรีวิวจะเหมือนเดินไม่ไกลจากสถานี แต่ถ้านับจากจุดที่ออกจากรถไฟ ก็ถือว่าไกบพอสมควร เพียงแต่มันจะเป็นระยะทางที่เดินจากขบวนไปถึงทางออก c1 หรือ c2 ที่พักมีหลายตึกใกล้ๆกัน ครอบครัวพัก 4 คน พักตึก annex จะเดินออกจากตัวอาคารที่มีพื้นที่ครัวส่วนกลาง อ้อมตึกไปนิดหน่อย เหมาะกับการพักระยะสั้นๆ เผื่อเบื่อฟีลลิ่งโรงแรม ก็เปลี่ยนมาพักแนวอพาร์ทเม้นแบยครอบครัว😁 มีเครื่องดูดฝุ่นในห้อง ร้าน 100 เยนใกบ้ๆ ใครจะแพคของสามารถแพคสูญญากาศได้เลย

• Ryotaro (8/5): Good value for money - It's good. Location wise it's a short walk from the JR ikebukuro station via an underpass. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are quite a few restaurants nearby which are pretty good. Don't have much complaints at the price I paid. Honestly pretty good.

Check-in was smooth with a kind, welcoming auntie who made the vibe feel warm right away. The room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was soft and comfy, perfect for recharging after a long day out. On the downside, there’s no bathtub if you’re into soaking, and they don’t provide complimentary bottled water. That said, there’s a free water dispenser available, which helps. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills stay that covers the basics but still keeps things comfortable.

• Miryam (1/5): אל תבואו! מקום גרוע, יחס גרוע, באמת שזה על הפנים - היה נקי ואוו הרעש היה נוראי שומעים הכול דרך הקירות אורז, לא רלוונטי למי שרוצה לנשום בלי להפריע לאף אחד ולישון בלי לשמוע את כולם. הגענו עם קלקול קיבה וביקשנו לבטל את השהיה שלנו בגלל השירותים המשותפים, הפקיד קבלה היה ממש לא נחמד ולא ניסה לעזור, רק אמר כל הזמן שזה בעיה שלנו ולא אכפת לו שנשתמש בשירותים המשותפים כשאנחנו יכולים להדביק את כל המלון. ושהוא לא הבוס אז אין לו מה לעשות. (אולי להתקשר אליו? לכתוב לו, לפחות להעביר את הבקשה שלנו הלאה ולעזור לנו למצוא פתרון, או לכל הפחות להפגין מעט אמפתיה ולא זלזול עמוק) לא היה חדר עם שירותים פרטיים ולכן הדבר היחידי שיכולנו לעשות אחרי שקצת התאוששנו הוא לעזוב ולוותר על הכסף ששילמנו בלי לקבל החזר. בקיצור לא ממליצה על המקום בכלל

• 劉俊偉Liu Chunwei (9/5): 距離池袋站中央西口約500公尺，在安靜的巷弄中，雖然是雅房，浴廁整理的很乾淨，沒有造成使用上的困擾，由於不是水泥牆的隔間，隔音效果不明顯，幸好周圍的房客都維持安寧，讓這5天的停留保有美好的回憶。 - 每天都有人整理房間

• Nitya (9/5): Clean, hygienic place with all the the facilities and very accessible to the Ikebukro station - I liked the location of the property - it was not at the heart of the city though if one has the JR pass, the Yamonote line is easy to access and the stations of interest such as Harajaku and Shinjuku are not far. The facilities were cleaned everyday and I appreciate the attention to detail in this regard. The rooms are not sound proof and as I lived on the ground floor, people who had meals in the shared space were sometimes loud so I would have invested in sound proof ear plugs or something along those lines

• Hiroko (9/5): 便利で安め - 池袋西口な羽田行きリムジンバス停に近い。コンビニ、デパート、飲食店が近い。立地条件が良かった。玄関に下駄箱があり土足厳禁なところ。バス、トイレ付きの部屋を選んだから廊下までわざわざ出なくて便利。 時々、廊下を歩く音や隣の部屋のシャワー🚿らしき音がしますが、気にしない人には全く気にならないと思う。

• LI-CHU (6/5): 住民宿最重要的是浴室的清潔度會影響整個住宿品質，希望民宿能確切的重視這個問題。 - 一如既往的優質服務。 不曉得是不是換人經營，整個浴室的清潔程度跌到谷底！不知是否管路老舊，從洗手台泄水口發出來惡臭瀰漫整個房間，要把洗手台的泄水口堵住，緊閉浴室門味道才不會滲出來，否則多住幾天可能會瘋掉。浴室的門也都發霉，完全沒有在做清洗，一直以來池袋之家都是我住在東京的首選，簡單又必須的設備，都讓我覺得很方便，只是這一次的經驗實在非常不好。

• Leena (9/5): Wonderful stay - Very convenient location and grateful for all the amenities available. It was nice when other customers would clean up after themselves too. For the most part very clean and great experience for a Japanese style sleeping arrangement. The only part I didn't like was seeing some mold here and there. Not the hotels fault but had issues with some other residents being messy and inconsiderate of others.
