It was very exciting to see how nice it was!!! stay for one night, but it was amazing pool was closed for maintenance, but that wasn’t their fault. it’s okay! Just how it happened. Still loved it though!
- Rondi (6/5): March weekend get away - The hotel building and indoor facilities were clean and up to date.Staff were friendly and respectful even when handling 3 rowdy unattended kids. Breakfast surpassed my expectations. Some of the people that were seen going in and out of the hotel during my stay were questionable in their intentions of being there.The outdoor sitting areas definitely need upgrading and a thorough cleaning.No decorative images outside (only large flowerpots full of dirt and cigarette butts)cigarette butts all over the cement floor,dead leaves imbedded in the artificial turf.Outdoor pillows were stained and flat.Definitly time to throw them away.

We put the dog on the reservation.. we were moved after first night, which was fine. The day guy was loud and referral deducted me loudly in front of 20 guest. About my dog. I told him I understand. He kept rolling his head and saying g arms. People around lobby looked uncomfortable. He was unprofessional and rude. I did not argue. Just told him that I understood. Noone could produce the forms to sign for the dog and told me it was 75.00 fine. Will still use your hotels just not this location. I realize my dog did bark and I was willing to leave, your rep did not need to be so animated and loud.

- Elisa (4/5): - Being located by the airport, I figured this hotel would naturally be used more compared to other locations, but that still should not affect the degree of cleanliness each guest experiences. I know hotels never fully clean anything in between guests, but the room I had blatantly reiterated this fact. From hair in multiple places inside and outside of the shower, to the darkly stained shower floor that I know could be remedied with some Comet and a lot of eblow-grease to foreign hairs in the bed sheets and sticky, red residue on the night stand in between the beds, I knew without a doubt the room had not been cleaned. My partner and I pushed the mattresses forward looking for a personal item we lost only to find other's dropped belongings behind the bed. More evidence of just how little cleaning is done in between each stay. Then the mattresses of both beds were visibly sunken in the middle and the air conditioner half worked the entire time, which led to me doing more waking up and sweating last night than actually sleeping comfortably. Perhaps the only good thing was that the front desk attendant was pleasant at check-in. Outside of that, this stay was a complete disappointment for me, and I now know to avoid this place at all costs next time.

- deborah (2/5): - I'm very disappointed and pissed off regarding the staff at this hotel. I reserved two rooms from September 6-7. One room for me and my grandson, the other was for my son, his wife and my granddaughter. My son informed me today that he had to call the desk 3 times until 4 am to complain about loud screaming, music , vulgar language and other inappropriate behavior which could be heard with my 7 yr old IN THE ROOM! My son was in room 311 and the disgusting behavior was taking place in room 309. I paid over $300 for this reservation and now they have a return visit there for a NON-REFUNDABLE room and believe me when I say this is the last hotel they want to spend another night. I believe Hilton should do something to compensate for the aborhent behavior they had to go through. I would appreciate a direct contact phone call to discuss my complaint.

The staff was understanding seeming how it was 2p. If your looking for quiet at 2p on a Saturday get an AirBnB all to yourself. All the staff was very polite & had amazing Customer service skills. One particular Front Desk member by the name of Adrian. He went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable. As well as his recommendations on restaurants with great service & quality food were on point. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Karen (2/5): They lie about a free airport shuttle! - They advertise that they have free airport shuttle but that’s a lie. They have a contract with the airlines and only crew are allowed on the shuttle between 4:30 AM - 7:00 AM so if you have a morning flight you are out of luck. You have to pay $25-$30 for an uber to go 4.5 miles. They shouldn’t advertise a free airport shuttle if they don’t actually give guests rides when crews are there. They even lied to me and told me they had a big party and there were no seats. In actuality, they only had 4 crew members on the shuttle at the time I wanted to go. They had plenty of room! I’ll never stay there again because of this.

- Matt (2/5): - If we could give negative stars we would. Showed up with our family of 5 with a two queen suite booked. This room clearly states in our reservation that it includes two queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. When we checked in, we were told none were available and they only had two queen bed rooms available. No suites (that we paid extra for). The room they put us in was TINY and they had to jam a roll away into the room as well. The roll away was pressed against one of the beds. It also blocked the space to get to the bathroom and door. I called Expedia and they quickly said they would be willing to refund our reservation, just needed the hotel to approve it. When they called the hotel, the property wouldn't approve it as they "provided an extra bed". Adrian at the front desk was the most unprofessional and rude employee I have interacted with in years. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! They will not honor the room type that you book.

Its so convenient to all shopping options as well as food with the airport less than 10 minutes away. Apparently there were some kids directly above us that were full court basketball ( or so it sounded) but around 2:30 am they settled down. However, apparently they got hungry in the middle of the night and burnt some food in the microwave, thus setting off the fire alarm and having all guest exit the building until the fire dept could secure the alarms. Again, no fault of the facility, but it’s not what you want to do or anything you want to deal with as a hotel guest.

Upon check-in, our room only had at Baas two double beds and no pullout sofa. We were a family of five and picked this room because it said that it would sleep six comfortably. This resulted in one of my children having to sleep on the floor when we called the front desk to ask why we did not get the room that we paid for they said that some of the rooms were renovated, and the pullout sofas were not put into those rooms and unfortunately, all of the rooms that had two double beds and a pull out sofa or blocked. After a 10 Hour drive this was not acceptable and very uncomfortable. The next morning breakfast was slim to none with dried out chicken cutlets, eggs it tasted fishy and no coffee. Thankfully, we were able to DoorDash, but that was not an expense that we were looking to pay as we booked a hotel that claim to have fresh hot breakfast. The next morning after checkout, who once again brought up the room and nothing was offered for compensation for the wrong room being one advertised and two given to a family that was traveling with five individuals. We will not be returning guest of this hotel.
- Svetlana (5/5): The swimming pool is still not open to the guests. - I liked the air in the room and in general in the hotel. It didn’t smell anything, which is good . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The heater in the swimming pool is still not working. They offered us to use their sister hotel swimming pool. It is 10 min driving away. I believe the heater was out of order for a while now, and the hotel probably decided it was ok not to do anything about it. The 406 room was noisy because of the compressor working right above it on the roof. We were offered to move to another room, which was nice. The breakfast is basic and even though we came at 8 am it was almost nothing to eat. We were explained that we have to wait until they bring more food. We had to wait for coffee, too. - Megan (8/5): Great stay but out of order pool - All of the staff that we interacted with were great and our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that kept me from leaving a 5 star review is that part of this quick overnight trip with the kids was having access to an indoor pool (a big reason we chose this hotel) and after getting them all dressed in their bathing suits and going downstairs, we found out the pool was ice cold and out of order. They were very bummed! We appreciated the awesome staff member at the front offered to get us a shuttle to the sister hotel to use theirs but knowing we had to be up very early we decided not to.

- -djs- (10/5): Perfect Thanksgiving stay at Home2 Suites - The staff was friendly and patient with guest. The staff was attentive and ready to help. The studio queen room is spacious and perfect for family's who travel with children. The breakfast was great and the area was clean. I didn't like the smell of the trash cans by the elevators on the 2nd floor.

- Doug (4/5): Mediocre hotel - Mediocre hotel. Check-in was very good. Room was ok. Bathroom wasn't terribly clean but ok. No soap in shower or sink. Reported this to front desk and they gave 1 mini bar of soap. In 4 days, never refilled the shower soap. Had a kitchenette but no water at the sink. Water glasses were upside down as if they were clean, but were not. 4 days and no cleaning service.
- Carrie (8/5): - At first we arrived and found easy parking and close to Walmart if you need anything. Luggage rack available but slide door broke. We were checked in to the wrong room but the front desk fixed very easily. The reason I booked here again was last time the pool was sooo warm, you could just walk in and float around and not be chili...this time is was so much cooler, still easy to get in but had to keep moving. Clean property and room. Easy parking. Lil snack area. We missed breakfast. Close to our event. Could hear our neighbors, but they were quite loud.

- Jan (6/5): Great value - Very nice, clean and comfortable I booked 2 king rooms and asked for 2 extra pillows. Staff said they will provide but they forgot about it. I followed up with next front desk on duty and told us he doesn’t have the keys where pillows are stored. This never happened to me before in all the hotel stays I’ve had.

It was so nice to have a couch and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer. Breakfast was wonderful. We were initially placed in a standard room by staff instead of the studio suite that we actually booked online, but they quickly fixed the issue and had a studio suite available for us thank goodness! Very close to a big box store which made grocery shopping very convenient. No complaints

It was 25-30mins away and cause the homes 2 had different owners they couldn't switch me to a closer location. So I missed part of the show with my daughter in it cause I was busy getting the room 25-30 mins away.i hope this changes cause we have lots of other events coming up.

- Shanell (10/5): - I loved everything about my stay at Home2 Suites. Staff was very informative and professional. My room was clean, fresh and filled with anything that i needed. A walmart was literally walking distance from the hotel property. I would only change there being only 1 staff member on shift at night. Because when or if there's and emergency or a room needs immediate help theres only so much that 1 staf member can do with out leaving the front desk. All other experiences was perfect.
