Guest Reviews
- Regenia (4/5): - The location The price and the way they went up higher with the price after I had already booked the room through booking.com, the AC doesn't get cold, there was something suspicious up under the bed, the shower has mole in it, the shower curtain wasn't clean, there wasn't any tissue in the bathroom, the the linen wasn't clean, there wasn't a sheet yo under the blanket, and the curtains needs to be replaced!
- Gibson (1/5): - There was nothing to like the room smell like rotten wood the bathroom shower head was full of rust and so was the drinking water The place is a complete rip off! The people who run the place are drug addicts!. Once I got there I was told that there is a $5 a day fee for using my debit card and then they try to get a $50 deposit for me which is not on the website I told them I don't have $50 he said we'll go across the street and get me at least $20 from the ATM and we will give it back to you on checkout. Of course uncheckout the counterclerk was not available and offer to mail it back to me through his secretary I was told I paid in cash I was then told we cannot contact the manager to check back later. This place is a complete rip off and I will be reporting it to the health department and the better Business bureau please do not come to this hotel it is a hole in the wall it's a place strictly for using drugs or ladies of the night. Keep away

- Argenis (1/5): Not recommended to anyone - Nothing everything was horrible so dirty Everything was not clean at all. I cannot even take a shower.
- Verduzco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vazquez (5/5): Passable -
- Alutsun (1/5): Terrible experience - When I booked through booking.com it has options for queen bed and also showed breakfast, but when I got to the motel there wasn't any.
- Gracie (5/5): Very low class - Nothing Dirty bathroom, dirty sheets and dirty ceiling
- Joey (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sougandh (4/5): Disappointing -
- Oleg (5/5): Passable -
- Erika (4/5): Good for a quick night away from the kids - The check in process was super quick. The room was big and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned. I think there was a dead roach or something in there.
- Jose (2/5): Very poor - Na Bad cleaning
- George (10/5): Exceptional - Overall, my experience at Crest Motel was positive, and I would definitely consider staying there again in the future. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Bartlett, I highly recommend giving this motel a try. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a desk, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The microwave provided in the unit was also useful for heating up snacks and drinks. The motel's proximity to Chicago O'Hare International Airport is a definite plus as I was flying out the next day.
- Darien (1/5): I will never ever visit that place again promise to refund money and did not - They don't have breakfast, they were extremely dirty and they did fraud by using my debit card information after I left. I been to every state in America it is by far the worst I've ever saw
- Emily (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at the Crest Motel in Bartlett and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay. Despite being a 2-star property, the motel exceeded my expectations. The room was equipped with a desk, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, all of which were in great condition and made for a comfortable stay. The added bonus of a microwave was a nice touch and made it easier for me to heat up any food I brought with me. The motel also offers luggage storage space, and free WiFi, which made my stay even more convenient. On top of all this, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The motel is also located just a short drive from Chicago O'Hare International Airport, making it a great option for travelers. Overall, I would highly recommend the Crest Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Bartlett.
- David (2/5): Very poor -
- Rakel (2/5): Will not stay there again - The location was amazing. Close to a lot of shops. There were spiders and dead flies everywhere, the shower was disgusting, the carpet stained my feet and there were spots on the walls and ceilings (don’t even want to know what those stains were)
- Betty (4/5): Great location and inexpensive but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. - Breakfast was packaged honeybuns. Location was perfect. The manager, Frank, was extremely helpful but the rest of the staff lacked in personality. Didn't like the holes in the bedspreads and trash in the rooms that hadn't been cleaned properly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Needs upgrades - Very outdated
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There was no room after I drove all the way there’s
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This visit was bad from the very beginning. We were given a key that did not unlock our room. The host was very condescending and told us the key has to work. He took his time but finally came to try to open the door. It did not work so he used his master key and opened the room next door. Told us we could use this room. The room was straight out of the 80s. But we needed a place to sleep. The sheets on the bed were dark brown and ripped. The room only had two wall lamps that worked. The bathroom sink was broken. there were two brown bath towels and one white wash cloth, 2" bars of soap and the shower had soap scum and rust along the bottom. The metal shower drain was loose and kept coming off while one showered. It was cold the night and there were no blankets plus the antiquated baseboard heater did not function. The "breakfast" consisted of a cup of coffee and a refrigerated danish, that you had to pick up at the back door of the "office".
- Jan (2/5): Horrible Experience. Do Not Go There!!! - Horrible experience. Went to check in and there was only a window to check in. The guy who checked us in was rude and disrespectful. I showed him our reservation and he said that they don't even accept hotel.com. He said that rate was a 3 hr rate. After him being so rude, he refused to take our reservation. He told us we could go somewhere else.
- Circle C Transport LLC (2/5): - The worst motel experience that I have ever experienced and I travel 25 to30 days per month. I am surprised that the health department allows him to remain open.
