C'è tutto quello che serve, i futon sono comodi e lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Prima dell'arrivo ci hanno consigliato i posti migliori dove parcheggiare e appena arrivati ci hanno dato una mappa del luogo e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni che gli abbiamo chiesto. Eccellente la pulizia. Il posto è vicino alle attrazioni principali dell'hanok village e a svariati negozi, caffè e posti dove mangiare. Frigorifero un pochino rumoroso.

- Vittoria (7/5): Pleasant stay in a traditional hanok - Our 2-nights stay at Sarangroo was very pleasant. The place is beautiful and the perfect occasion to live a traditional hanok experience. The hosts were very kind and accommodated us when we asked for an extra thin mattress to make it more comfortable, at no extra charged. We specifically loved how quiet and peaceful the place is; nice to relax and get away from the big city chaos! If you’re not very used to sleeping on a futon, this might be challenging. We found it slightly uncomfortable for our backs, as we thought the futon would have been slightly thicker (it was just the duvet). But we requested a small mattress and they provided it to us with no problems, so the issue was solved.

- Charlie (10/5): Tranquil hanok stay in Jeonju - I really loved my stay at Sarangroo! It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and in the perfect location for exploring Jeonju Hanok Village. Vibe/room – Absolutely gorgeous! The property is in the traditional hanok style and is surrounded by a pretty garden and other houses in the same style. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with sleeping mats, a small cupboard, a fridge with free water, and a TV. There was also an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, and basin. The room also has adjustable ondol (underfloor heating system) which kept the room nice and toasty even when it was around 2ºC outside. The whole place also felt very safe and secure. There is a padlock on the outside of the door and a lock on the inside. I was travelling alone and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Staff – The staff were super lovely! I didn't see them very much, but they looked out for everyone and made sure all of the guests were happy. One night it suddenly started raining, and the next morning everyone's shoes had been moved under the steps outside our rooms to protect them from the rain. The owner also left umbrellas at everyone's doors the next morning, which was very sweet. Location – On the edge of the Hanok Village, very close to the river. It was very peaceful and quiet, but also only about a 5-minute walk into the middle of the village. This isn't a drawback, just something to be aware of: this is a traditional hanok stay with a sleeping mat on the floor and pillows filled with buckwheat husks (they feel a little like firm beanbags). I absolutely loved it and felt it added to the experience; however, if you are worried about your back and/or neck, it might be worth bringing a standard pillow (or maybe a soft sweater to roll up)!

The futon beds were challenging to sleep on for someone not used to them, and you could hear the neighbour snoring.

Fantatic location in edge of Jeonju Hanok Village where is very conveniernt access to all main attraction. 2. Unique experiences staying beautiful Hanok house and garden. Our children had well-enjoyed! 3. Lovely and helpful hosts. 1. The futon bed was a bit challenging to sleep on the floor. An extra-thick futon bed would be helpful for a good night's sleep for Western foreigners. 2. Shower in the en-suite was a bit uncomfortable due to the awkward location.

- M (8/5): - 予約出来てるか心配でしたが、出発当日にメールで「タクシーでお越しになる際、こちらを見せてください」と住所・場所までの詳細を送ってくださいました。 オーナーさんがタクシーを降りたらお迎えに出ててくださり、時間がなぜわかったのか…ととても嬉しい出来事でした。 日本語は通じませんが、なんとかなりますし人柄の良さが伺え安心しました。 落ち着く韓屋ステイ、静かで心地よい空間。 フリースペースのドリンクサービスも大変癒され、朝晩利用させて頂きました。 また訪れたい素敵なお宿でした。

- Rob (7/5): Rustige en centrale locatie - De ligging, de rust en schoon. Er werd helaas geen ontbijt meer geserveerd. De taxi werd niet gebeld want het was zondag en het “dorp” was afgesloten voor verkeer. Op de grond slapen was een uitdaging.

- Cristina (8/5): Hanok caratteristico in posizione strategica - La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare il villaggio hanok ed altre attrazioni. È pulita e complessivamente confortevole, molto apprezzata la zona tè/caffè gratuiti. Il proprietario ci ha fornito cuscini occidentali, inoltre nel frigo in camera c’è acqua a volontà. Non si effettuano pulizie giornaliere, quindi se si soggiorna per 1/2 giorni va bene, per soggiorni più lunghi può rappresentare un problema. Vengono forniti solo asciugamani piccoli.

Bottigliette d'acqua gratuite in camera Il bagno e la doccia sono poco agevoli, ma ci si arrangia alla fine. Noi siamo stati solo una notte ed è stato sufficiente. Non adatto a soggiorni più lunghi secondo me

- Giulia (10/5): La bellezza della semplicità e la magia di Jeonju! - L’atmosfera che si respira nell’hanok è unica! Menzione speciale alla pulizia, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito a nostro agio. I futon sono comodi, ottima anche l’aria condizionata (siamo riusciti a dormire mantenendola accesa, senza sentire mai né troppo freddo, né troppo caldo). Anche il bagno è super ok!
