Rebecca (7/5): - Zentrale Lage in Harburg, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar und Hamburg City super schnell mit der SBahn. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber. Obwohl ich sogar tendenziell eher härtere Matratzen mag, fand ich das Bett deutlich zu hart. Optisch ist die Einrichtung nicht mehr die modernste, aber ordentlich und gepflegt.

Stefan (8/5): Würde ich für Business trip wiedee buchen, nicht Besonderes, aber in Summe ok. - Gute Lage, sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Ich war alleine in einem Zimmer, in dem aufgrund der Ausziehcouch bis zu 4 Personen schlafen können. Für mich hat der kleine Kasten gereicht, bei voller Besetzung aber nie und nimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal hat nach dem Putzen vergessen, die Tür zuzumachen, dh meine Sachen waren über mehrere Stunden hinweg zur freien Entnahme. Das geht eigentlich gar nicht….

Some basic facilities for business travel like a hot water kettle and an Ironing board are missing. The restaurant menu is very minimal. The staff is a bit standoffish.

Manuela (8/5): Zimmer Top, Frühstück Flop! - Leider hat die Voranmeldung der Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit nicht funktioniert! Selbst der Hinweis nochmal beim Check In auf das glutenfreie Frühstück wurde nicht weitergeleitet, was dann am nächsten Tag für Unruhe gesorgt hat. Leider war auch das Buffet nicht mit Allergenen gekennzeichnet, was es, mal wieder, für uns schwierig machte, entspannt frühstücken zu können! Das Zimmer war Top! Das Zimmer hatte zwei Räume plus im Vorraum eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Für uns optimal, da wir oft mit eigenem Essen unterwegs sind, wegen einer Unverträglichkeit.

Dieter (6/5): Ein gutes Hotel, was ich jederzeit wieder ohne Frühstück buchen würde. - Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und hat eine Tiefgarage. Für 18 € pro Person war das Frühstück völlig überteuert. Es gab noch nicht mal gebratenen Speck. In den Zimmern ist ungewöhnlich. Über dem Bett ist ein Streifen kalt weißes Licht, wenn man diese Lampen ausmacht, ist es im Zimmer relativ dunkel.
Mike (8/5): Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis - empfehlenswert. - Zentrale Lage im Harburger Zentrum, nur wenige Schritte vom S-Bhf. entfernt. Direkter Zugang bzw. Aufzug von der Tiefgarage in die Lobby bzw. zu den Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Jack (8/5): It was a good hotel to rest at with friends for one evening. - The location was in a calmer part of town. It's located pretty close to the train station at Hamburg-Harburg. The underground car park is a little tight, but nice to have a safe place to park your car.

Rikard (5/5): Good comfortable stay but disastrous breakfast - I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is a good stop-over on a long car travel. Staf is friendly, everything works well. Parking is convenient. My dog is welcomed and facilities are pleasant. THE BREAKFAST! I can compare with previous stays at this hotel and they despereately need to implement some changes. There were three, maybe four different types of what looked like meat balls. No signs! How can guests know what they eat? The eggs were closer to a quiche than to scrambled eggs and unimpressive in taste. I hope this will be changed for next time I come.

Marina (5/5): Nicht nochmal…an Urlaub und Erholung war nicht zu denken - Die Lage war sehr praktisch, gute Anbindung Super laut und hellhörig. Wir sind eine Nacht eher abgereist, da an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Falsches zu kleines Zimmer bekommen, keine Kostenerstattung. Weder für das falsche Zimmer noch für das nicht benötigte Frühstück für 4 Personen. Alles kostet extra. 1

Karl Heinz (8/5): Unerwartet gut und angenehm - Dieses Hotel ist sehr angenehm und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Das Zimmer für 3 Personen ist große klasse, großzügiger als in manchem Luxushotel. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich, das Bad könnte größer sein, dafür hatte es eine vollwertige Küche. Vielleicht wären ein paar mehr Parkplätze angebracht, denn gut zu parken, scheint Glücksache zu sein. Das Frühstück am Wochenende könnte bis 11 Uhr geöffnet sein, statt nur bis 10 Uhr.
