- Angela (8/5): - Nice large studio, beds really comfortable, cleaned everyday & linen changed every 3rd day, large walkin shower , kitchen area with all essentials 👌 cleaning ladies very pleasant & do a good job, 👍 plenty of sun loungers, great pool, lady in bar very happy person ,a joy to listen to, all staff seem lovely, close to places we like in the area ,bars & restaurants, supermarkets 20 minute walk to mall or opposite way to Lidl, bus station around corner ,great for airport €2 . Kettle, dangerous if you expect it to switch off be careful as it doesn't, I automatically went to switch off & steam was seeping through switch & handle red hot ,so as it starts to boil knock it off by mains.

- Clare (10/5): - Lovely little hotel in the heart of Paphos!
We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is quite dated but perfectly clean and it more than serves its purpose.
The staff are what makes this hotel, everyone is friendly and takes the time to ask how you are, Lily in the snack bar is a lovely lady who you can pass the time of day with and the food is very good 😊
We normally get a villa when we come to Cyprus but this was a lovely change!
Would definitely visit again in future

- woda ciepła jest zawsze, ale jak bardzo długo spuszcza się zimną, trzeba cierpliwie poczekać i będzie
- zabierzcie gąbeczkę i mała buteleczkę płynu do naczyń
- sejf jest dodatkowo płatny 10 euro za tydzień
- dodatkowy kocyk jest w szafie, bo tak pod samym prześcieradłem to chłodno w kwietniu.

- Mikesjn (10/5): I can do nothing but recommend the place, great location and friendly staff, good facilities - We used to live then stay in one of the roads behind here, but the owners had sold that place, and we decided to visit as we knew the area was perfectly situated and had friends locally that recommended here. I heard a few moans, one was it was in the middle of nowhere, from a woman younger than me, well, the Tomb of the Kings is the second tourist area, not that I would know, I have only visited this area about 50 times and lived there for a couple of years, sometimes staying for a month or once two. The woman wouldn't listen to me. The Kings Avenue Mall, is about a KM, takes 15 minutes dawdle, I know I have done it more times than I can remember. There are some good places to eat and a few ex pat bars along the road. The bus station has been moved from the front and is now about than 100m away, what else could you want. Oh, The Elysium, not quite the same price though, one is £52 for a tonight, the other £312, guess which. and that is about 150m away.
My wife thought it charming, it is our new favourite place to stay, not just in Cyprus. I was even surprised the aircon was free, we tend not to use it as we like to acclimatise a bit, other places of this rating tend to charge. Shower and bath room were excellent and we noticed that even when we got up early there was hot water, which is often not the case as everywhere uses solar heaters and some do not switch on the electric backup. The beds were really high quality, I know the make. The maids were lovely and we left a tip and thank you for them, the towels were changed about every 3 days, which seeing as you put them out on the balcony they were dry in about 30 minutes some went unused. Cannot fault the place. We are not the sort for hanging round the pool, but I had a look and very nice (The picture of the underground pool being a bit unattended, well yes, it was still more than hot enough to swim in the outside pool, a bit disingenuous as it was closed, I just went for a look, winter only, I assume.) We left on October 13th and the pool / sea was like a cooling bath. Staff very friendly, great for a chat, if I say 118 they will recognise us, they used our name but we were in and out asking for the key. If you want a base, nothing better, clean, friendly, kitchen; a small hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge with small freezer, a good sink, more than enough crockery, cutlery and other utensils. I honestly cannot see why anyone could complain. We spoke to another couple of couples, one, a Scots couple have been 17 times to the same place and are treated like friends, they were at a loss. Said the same as me, if you want the Elysium, pay for it.
- Gorazd (10/5): - The best place I stayed. Close to amenities buses and the beach.
- Zlata (8/5): Priestranný, dobre vybavený apartmán, výborná poloha. - Apartmán priestranný, dobre vybavený, pohodlné matrace a rýchly internet.
- davelB7486RY (10/5): Excellent stay - We have stayed here on numerous occasions, the location is quiet but a short walk 3 mins and you are spoilt for choice bars and restaurants a plenty, the hotel bar is relaxing and friendly with Lilly looking after you in the day and Demitri sorting cocktails etc in the evening.
We have booked again next year as rooms always clean and tidy, pool is great for adults and kids and is never overly busy also Nico is always around as lifeguard.
If you want a good honest hotel this is for you. Can't fault it.
- Ivan (10/5): - I have 0 complaints. It is a cool calm place
- brucesU2491QP (10/5): fantastic friendly place to relax and chill - just home from 10 days here and what can I say I love this place so much . Its so relaxing all staff friendly food in pool bar excellent and served by the amazing lily she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. the rooms are great a good size with great shower room cleaning is done most days with towels and bedding changed 3 times a week .located just off tomb of the King's Road so plenty of good restaurants very near by . all in all a fantastic family run place where all staff are approachable and helpfull . I will be back next year for my last taste of sun before the Scottish winter . Please just keep doing what you do because it's amazing. From one very happy customer thanks again
- Emma Funch (10/5): Fantastisk hotel til billige penge og centralt - Sengene var rigtig gode og rummet var stort. Lækkert med køkkenalrum. Altanen var stor. Det lugtede af kloak på toilettet.
- NorthStar32354645387 (10/5): Perfect Holiday - From the very beginning of our 12 day stay we loved everything about this Hotel ( apartments )
We were booked In to a first floor apartment but upon seeing my Aunt had mobility issues, Nikos ( Manager ) gave us a ground floor apartment
The friendliness and exceptional service from all of the Staff continued throughut our stay - Each day felt like " coming home to family "
The apartments are dated but kept clean ( 5 days a week clean with linen change )
The pool was sparkling clean
Breakfast ( not buffet style ) was good - best eggs 😋
Eating & bar areas casual & relaxed
The Hotel has an excellent location with all that you need practically on doorstep - closest beach and coastal paths less than 10 mins walk away
My first visit to Cyprus & certainly not the last - Loved everything about it & already secured a room for next year
Well done and Thank You to all Staff at Kefalonitis - We shall see you in 2026

- C2507HOmargaretm (10/5): 13th visit - We have been coming here 13 years, management and staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is of perfection !The Hotel and grounds are kept clean daily , the gardens are immaculate. The pool bar offers breakfast and lunch and Lilly who runs this daily is exceptional always has a smile for you
- Viktor (8/5): - Милый персонал, расположение цена и качество !
- roopalm2025 (2/5): AVOID! - Disrespectful hotel managers issuing police threats for no reason - This hotel was booked via Booking.com. The apartment booked consisted of one bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with two double beds. Upon entering our allocated apartment, we realised both rooms had single beds only. I went back to Reception to inform them that the apartment allocated was not what I had actually booked (and paid for). I showed evidence of my booking. The query was passed onto the hotel manager, who had no interest in helping. He simply informed that what I had booked does not exist in their hotel. I (calmly) explained that surely the hotel should be advertising accurately on third party (Booking.com) websites. He took no accountability and blamed Booking.com. He then became very rude and said "if you are not happy, get out and I will refund you". There was not even a single attempt to offer a solution. His attitude was rude, blunt and uncalled for. I decided to call Booking.com to explain the situation and come to a resolution. Then another female manager became aggressive and was shouting at me (whilst I was on the phone to Booking.com). She demanded that my phone call should be had outside of the hotel as I was 'disturbing' other guests. The only people shouting and drawing attention to the situation were the two managers. The female manager then threatened to phone the police, to which I replied "please do". Once she realised that the threat of police was not going to scare me, she backed off. This hotel wasted 3 hours of our time just as we had landed in Paphos. There could have easily been a simple resolution had the managers had any basic sense of decent customer service. Instead, they were exceptionally rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Avoid this hotel at all cost! P.S. The apartment itself was very dated and many things broken (including a safety deposit box). I would give this 0 stars and a red flag if I could.
- Anna (9/5): - Staff is very friendly, and she took immediate action about my last-minute booking. The room was clean and big enough. There aren't many channels on the TV
- MARIÉ (9/5): Wonderful !!! - Cleanliness
Friendly staff
Pool fantastic
Near restaurants
Sea view
Very spacious Light when enter the flat wasn’t working
Ants constantly in the bathroom
The one sofa smelled like urine
- E2395FZgeorgem (10/5): Perfect for what we needed. - We had a great time at this hotel, the staff were great and it’s very clean.
I would recommend as its location is perfect lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
- Hanno (8/5): -
- Panagiotis (8/5): - Very good location and good staff The noise of the doors in the morning
- Anja (8/5): -
- René (7/5): - Freundlicher Empfang
Genug Platz
Ruhige Lage Etwas lauter Kühlschrank
Dusche lange kalt, und läuft rasch aus.
- Louis (7/5): Yorkshire tea towels - Nice buildings, very holiday friendly. Good location with nice balconies. Literally Benidorm… but if that’s what you want, so be it! Enjoy
- suef479 (2/5): Fawlty Towers of Paphos strikes again! - Only plus point for this hotel is its proximity to the bus station & local restaurants/bars - to facilitate escape!!
Booked on a self catering basis, but the facilitates where so antiquated, neglected & more importantly unsafe that we didn't feel we could safely cook & therefore spent the majority of our stay eating out, which added extra expense to our budget.
First job upon arrival was to fix the broken cupboard shelves in the kitchen & to decide which room we wanted to cool as the air con card only allows you to operate one unit at a time, which in the heat of Cyrus isn't really helpful.
The whole apartment had clearly not had a clean, let alone a deep clean prior to our arrival and not professionally in some time. The fixtures & fittings gave cause for concern from an electrical safety aspect, light fittings hanging loose, cooker (if it can be deemed as such) had an electrical lead with exposed wiring & the bathroom shaving socket was not correctly fixed & sealed on the tiled background - see photos.
Cleaning throughout our stay was sporadic & of a very poor standard overall. The shower head was a definite health hazard - see photo. This was never cleaned throughout our vacation. Towels were issued adhoc, requests for extra were granted but the quality left a lot to be desired & included stained towels & some with large holes in them. We actually discarded some ourselves in the communal hotel bins to prevent them being re issued to other guests.
The laundry room is completely inadequate for the number of apartments (1 washer & 1 drier) & is lacking in cleanliness. Attempted to do a wash load but the machine only took partial payment & did not work with our clothing already inside. We surmised that the coin box must be full & went to reception to inform them. i started to explain to the lady at the desk, whereby i was rudely interrupted by another woman, whom i presume to be a manager. She came storming out of the office, arms waving & accusing myself of putting incorrect coins into the slot and breaking the machine - this despite me putting only one CORRECT 1 euro coin into the slot. She shouted loudly at me after coming from behind the desk in full earshot of other guests which is totally unprofessional at best. She again reiterated it was entirely my fault.
The following day, the original staff member approached me to explain that the coin box had been full, had been emptied & offered the coin refund by way of a sort of an apology. The second woman never offered an apology for the rant throughout our stay.
The hotel was advertised on jet 2`s own website with a indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi & gym. All these facilities were clearly not available, open & being used whilst we were staying & looking back at other reviews from at least a year ago had not been open for a prolonged period of time. The swimming pool especially offered another potential health hazard with what can only be described as scum floating on the top. Access via an unlocked door was still possible - see photos. NB; the reference to the indoor pool has recently been removed from Jet2 website, but only following our complaint directly to them & very much not as a result of other customer reviews on here going back for at least 12 months.
Re the outdoor pool, whilst the pool itself seemed clean, the uneven paving towards the large conifer was 100% an accident waiting to happen & the fault had not just arisen nor had it clearly been adequately inspected pre, during our post season. This was a definite trip hazard which should prior to any repair have been isolated by barriers. During our stay, we saw a number of people trip, stub their toes or simply stumble in this area. Similarly a good number of sun loungers were noted to collapse under movement or adjustment and had broken or missing the clips. Again a potentially serious accident waiting to happen - in fact most days in this area you could witness holidaymakers searching through the pile of loungers for a safely functioning one. Again you have to question who does the safety inspection here - see photos.
I could carry on listing issues but please take time to read the other reviews & more importantly the replies directly from the hotel towards any negatives comments from people who are after all paying customers. Are all these independent individuals wholly to blame, not telling the truth & inventing these issues? The hotel of course have the right to reply but please see our photographs as proof in our case.
This hotel is rated 3 star which isn`t the standard currently being offered but more than anything else, regardless of the star rating what cannot be compromised is the health & safety of guests. On finishing I can confirm we have challenged directly with jet2 what inspection regime is in place, for which an adequate answer has not been forthcoming, but some token compensation has been offered. In short, this place could do so much more - until it does......book elsewhere or take your chances!!

- J1426DQkarens (10/5): Lovely and relaxing - We go to Cyprus twice a year and always stay at Kefalonitis apt. It has been updated since the photos were taken. The pool bridge is no longer there making it feel more open. The rooms are spacious and have had the bathrooms updated. The Kefalonitis is run by a lovely family who have always tried to accommodate us if we need anything. The apartments are situated in a great spot. Central to most places with a new bus station just round the corner should you want to go explore ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- juliee96 (10/5): Pleasant surprise - This place is lovely , I for one was concerned when I read some negative reviews.
We didn't pay 5 star money and didn't expect it . What we did get was a lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment, which we were totally pleased with. (I get up early and like coffee, I could do this without disturbing my husband.) We only spent a week here and during that time we had our sheets and towels both changed . Plus they cleaned every day except Wednesday and Sunday (I think that was correct.) The staff were all great especially Dimitri, he is such a happy guy .
On the whole there are areas that are a little tired but it really didn't affect our holiday in the slightest.

- Wiggies104 (10/5): Another amazing holiday at the Kef - Just back from another brilliant holiday at the Kef. We have been coming here for over 20 years and this year brought our baby grandson for his 1st holiday. The rooms are very big and cleaned everyday except Wednesday and Sunday with clean bedding every 3 days and clean towels every other day. Never a problem getting a sun lounger even though it was full. All the staff are lovely. Lilly, Rosa and Demitris are amazing in the bar. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby but a visit to old town is a must. Food at Noir and Sierra was incredible. A 25 minute walk to the harbour takes you to Hondros and Mothers which are both lovely tavernas. Already booked for next year and counting down
- goldengirlsIreland (10/5): Another excellent holiday at kefalonitis apartments - A fantastic stay at these apartments which mirrored last years experience. The apartments are large, clean and overall perfect for our needs. Perfect location for us as an older couple - used the nearby bus station to get to Venus beach ( beautiful! ) , the harbour and the old town.
The staff are helpful and pleasant - a special shout out to Dimitrius in the bar and to the manager Maria who responded to my email request for a ground floor apartment. We didn’t see the lovely lady who cleaned our apartment but we wanted for nothing. Watching Shane Lowry sink the putt that won the Ryder cup for Europe in the bar was an experience in itself and my hubby was delighted that my scheduling of the holiday didn’t interfere with his golf viewing .
Budget for a late check out if you have an evening flight and you won’t be sorry - we now get to enjoy a full final day in comfort and the bonus is Jet2 offer a resort flight check in so we don’t have to queue at the airport and can go straight to security. We’ll be back next year - thank you Kefalonitis 👏👏👏

- M5351QMjuliem (10/5): Great place lovely people ❤️ - Great place to stay! Great staff such lovely people and always there when you need them! Nico and Maria in the office and Demetri an Lily at the bar, service with a smile. Cannot wait to go back, have just booked for next September our 4th time.

- 478shirleym (6/5): Busy but not packed! - After being let down on our original accommodation we need somewhere to stay and found this place. Booked in for 2 nights, friendly gentleman on reception who after checking us in , took us to our room. The room itself was spacious with one area for sleeping ( very comfortable bed) and another area for cooking if you wanted to. Everything you need was there to make a meal, plates, pans etc. We also had a table and chairs indoors and a balcony with table and chairs if you wanted to eat outside. The en-suite was also spacious. Bins were emptied and beds were made every day of our stay. The accommodation was all clean. The place itself is a short walk from bars and restaurants, also 5 minute walk to bus station, where you can get local buses. If you need to get the bus to Nicosia, you get a local one from the to the main bus station. There was an on site restaurant, which did breakfast in morning , then a lunch menu. Also had a well stocked bar! I have to say that after staying there and then reading some previous reviews I did wonder if I stayed at the same place as the bad ones because I didn’t experience any problems. Happ yo recommend and revisit.
- vickil887 (10/5): Can't stop returning - I don't understand the poor reviews ,we have been going to the kefalontis twice a year for probably 10 years and never had a bad stay. The apartments have always been clean and fresh and staff helpful and friendly. Towels and sheets changed often during our stay . If on occasion there is a problem with something it is sorted out quickly. The pool area is clean and now had a lifeguard .The hotel is a minute away from bars and restaurants but quiet.Looking forward to returning next month.
- leswareing (10/5): Happy to return each year - This was our 4th stay at the Kefalonitis Hotel Apartments, a family run establishment.
The apartments are well equipped with plenty of space, including a lounge area, with kitchen area, bedroom, and newly refurbed bathrooms, including walk in shower. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony. The apartments are cleaned regularly, along with clean sheets and towels.
Nicos, the owner and his family are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
There is a bar/cafe, which serves food till 4pm, including breakfasts, snacks etc, and is run by hardworking Lily, who is always smiling and happy to ensure customer satisfaction.
We would strongly recommend a stay here at the Kefalonitis, and have ourselves booked again for next year. Like us, there are holidaymakers who visit these apartments each year. Les and Sue
- 4421elaine (2/5): Very disappointed - Really disappointed!
We knew this was a budget hotel our expectations weren’t high but this hotel was like nothing we have ever experienced. We had hoped previous reviews were wrong and went with an open mind. We were met by rude & unwelcoming reception staff, very basic apartments, we were self catering you couldn’t prepare a meal with the facilities provided, so had to eat out every day. No pillow protectors the pillows had yellow stains. The skirting boards were filthy, stained curtains, curtains barely hanging as missing clips. The only bonus was that the. hotel was nicely located to the bus station to escape for the day as the pool area was not inviting. No entertainment, no back ground music no holiday ambiance at all. Top tip book a hire car from the car rental place opposite very reasonable, very friendly & helpful. There are some beautiful places to visit once you’re away from the hotel. The photos advertised are out of date, Jet2 have been informed as they are quite misleading. The hotel is very close to a main road and the bikes & cars racing up and down at night, screeching tyres etc drives you insane!
- _W1313KD (2/5): Awful experience – unsafe, dirty, and noisy - Awful experience!
We arrived around 2:40–3:00 pm, but our room was not ready, so we had to wait. The staff offered us drinks, but this did not make up for the inconvenience since we were planning to check in quickly and leave.
When we finally got the room, we were shocked by its condition: dirt on the furniture, dirty dishes left in the sink, bed linen that clearly hadn’t been changed, and even ants crawling around. After we complained, the staff only replaced one duvet cover, and our towels were dropped on the floor and then placed back on the bed.
Later that day, an even worse situation happened in the parking lot. A man, who turned out to be a hotel employee, approached us aggressively, demanding our room number without introducing himself. He was rude, intimidating, and made us feel very unsafe. When we reported this to reception, they completely ignored it.
The night was unbearable. One of the air conditioners in the building was so loud that the walls of our room were vibrating, even though we were not next to it. We closed all windows and doors, but the noise inside was just as bad as outside. We woke up at 5 a.m. and could not fall back asleep.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The property is unsafe, unclean, noisy, and extremely poorly managed. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
- Zena6210 (10/5): 5th year at the “KEF” - Just back from 10 days at the Kefalonitis Apartments and would like to say special thanks to Maria for ensuring our great granddaughter (3) and my grandson and his partner had a ground floor apartment, also as this is our 5th year at the “Kef” please do not take the negative reviews at face value, the apartments are budget friendly, have basic cooking facilities including a microwave and full fridge with ice compartment, all cutlery, plates, pots, etc included if you want to cook basic meals. The apartments are cleaned every day except Sunday, beding was changed twice in 10 days and towels were replaced daily if needed. The hotel is very central with a variety of bars/restaurants at the end of the road and the bus station is only a 5 minute walk away. The harbour is 25 minute walk or 45 minute on coastal path. We had 2 x pool view apartments and the pool itself is clean with no fighting for sun loungers which are always available. The general managers, Nikos and Andrea are lovely, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to seeing them again next year.
- Dmitrii (1/5): - Nothing Terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived around 2:40–3:00 pm, but our room was not ready, so we had to wait. The staff offered us drinks, but we were planning to leave shortly after check-in, so this was very inconvenient.
When we finally got the room, it was in awful condition: dust and dirt on the furniture, dirty dishes in the sink, and bed linen that clearly hadn’t been changed. Even after we complained, only one duvet cover was replaced, and towels were dropped on the floor and then placed back on the bed. On top of that, there were ants crawling around our room.
The worst part was the overall feeling of being unsafe. In the parking lot, a man who turned out to be a hotel employee aggressively demanded our room number without introducing himself. He was rude, intimidating, and made us feel very uncomfortable. Reception staff did nothing when we reported it.
And finally, the night was unbearable. One of the air conditioners in our building was so loud that the walls of our room were literally vibrating, even though we were not next to that unit. Closing the windows and doors made no difference — the noise inside was as loud as outside. We were woken up at 5 a.m. and couldn’t fall back asleep.
I would never recommend this hotel. It is unsafe, unclean, infested with ants, extremely noisy at night, and very poorly managed.
- Alan (10/5): September sun - The friendliness of the staff, good food and drinks great location Towels on sun loungers no one occupying them
- helensB1354ML (2/5): READ BEFORE BOOKING THE PLACE IS VILE - Stayed here with my son Aug 2025 for 10 nights and from arrival the place and staff were awful. We arrived approx 23.00 on our first night on a package holiday, at reception the guy who greeted us (or should I say didn't greet us) was rude and barley said a word to us, just demanded I fill in a form. He then pointed for us to follow him and after a lengthy walk I said ro him that I'd requested a room close to amenities due to a knee injury. He just shrugged his shoulders. We carried on walking to the apartment farthest away from reception and up 2 flights of stairs. I asked if he could help with my bag up the stairs and he pointed at my autistic and ADHD son saying "get the boy to do it" and left us.
We brushed it off as it was late at night and thought we would start a fresh in the morning. How wrong was I that it would get better. We had booked on a bed and breakfast basis so on the first morning went to the bar for breakfast to be met by a woman who refused us breakfast until I had proven I had booked it on my booking conformation. She told us to sit and said "you have full English or continental, no changes no requests no questions this is your choice". She came back a few minutes later and had a go at my son for having his phone "no phone at my table, table is for eating not for your phone, put it away off my table". I was in complete shock at how she spoke to him, that due to his additional needs then made it impossible for him to eat and we ended up having to have breakfast elsewhere the rest of our stay.
Eating out seemed to be our only option as the electric oven in our room was held together with electrical tape and I dare not to turn it on. The other kitchen facilities were sufficient apart from a seeming lack of hot water from the kitchen taps.
Day 3 and whilst in the shower the towel rail fell down onto my back, it had completely fallen out of the wall, I reported it to reception and it was fixed during the day, with the wrong screws, one false move and it was going to fall out again.
I went to make another request for it to be fixed properly but witness another family making a complaint about there room and the management were trying to evicted there family from the hotel. I decided to avoid this and go straight to my travel provider.
Day 3 we went to the beach and when we got back I want to wash our towels in the on site machines. It turns out this is where they also store used old toilets from rooms. Unfortunately the machine was faulty and our items were stuck inside. We went to reception and reported it and asked for help. The woman responded with "what do you want me ro do about it, it's Saturday, we will call someone out by Wednesday to get your things". No assistance, infact she didn't even get out her chair. We managed ro retrieve our items with help of another guest and wrote a sign.
Day 4 and I was woken in the night by dripping from the aircon unit onto my face in bed. Water was also running down the wall from the unit into a power socket. I moved my sheets etc onto the sofa bed in the living room and covered the socket with a towel to prevent further damage. It was 3am, I was going to report it in the morning. But that's when things took another turn. The sofa bed collapsed on me and I hit the floor and smacked my elbow on the way down.
By this point I was at the end of my teather. I called our holiday provider directly, I was in tears at how our holiday was panning out. I'm a single parent and it was hard work saving up to take my son away. I reported all these this plus the state of the grounds the black mould, water leaks, inaccessible play area, and all the faults and left it I there hands to contact the hotel.
My provider then recieved an email that basically said that my complaints were inaccurate and that if I carried on complaining then they would escalate there response. I wasn't in the position to move or leave so I kept quite the rest of my stay. There are many other things that I witnessed throughout our stay but I think the above and the pictures will say it all. DO NOT STAY HERE
I've left it in the hands of my agent and I have had a portion of my holiday refunded after they sent a rep out to investigate and see that my complaints were truth.
- Dave (9/5): Over all the hotel was great and we will stay again. - Great price snd clean with pool and cute restaurant. The older lady server was very rude when we brought our luggage inside. She didn’t want to wait on us and rolled her eyes when we asked her if we could add tomatoes to a breakfast meal and she said no.

- bluenose1981 (10/5): Another enjoyable stay at 'The Kef' - We have just returned from another 10 night stay (our 9th time here, although first since 2022).
The apartments are comfortable and clean. The public area around the pool, bar, and reception are always clean.
The location is great close to several bars and restaurants on the Tomb of the King's Road, literally a 2 minute walk to the bus station, about 10 minutes to the Mall or about 30 minute wall the Harbour (or about 45 if walking the costal path)
The apartments have undergone some improvements since our last visit with walk-in showers replacing the bath and overhead showers we'd had on previous stays. The pool has also been redesigned with the bridge that previously crossed the pool, now removed, and the pool feels a lot bigger now.
The owners are usually very accommodating with any reequests like specific room (when they can) if you email beforehand.
We will definitely be returned again
- Kate (9/5): - I've stayed here many times, and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great. Clean and comfortable, and excellent value for money. A washing machine would have been helpful in the room, and the pool area could have been a little cleaner.
- 676philps (2/5): Be aware - The first night there the bed collapsed on me leaving me on the floor , went and seen the reception she said they are designed for children , but they say in there brochure they are for adults I am a 74 old disabled person with a heart problem ( angina) as well as other problems , so we asked if we could have a mattress for them and she said they would look into it the mattress arrived one was so rubbish and looked like a homeless person slept on it it had a big hole in the corner I thought I’m going to get eaten by a rat or something we covered it up with a blanket , now if this wasn’t enough I was sitting in the balcony it was about 7.30 am looking at my phone ( as you do ) and I started slipping down to my right side the leg on the chair was giving way and down to the floor I went again this time my wife thought this is a holiday fun snap shot until she released I was in pain , she and my daughter came and helped me up again we went to the reception and asked if this could be entered into there accident book the answer was we don’t have one we heard from other holiday makers had the same problem the next day my wife and daughter and granddaughter went to the swimming world I stopped in the room and stayed in bed my back was hurting the cleaner was shocked to see me there but carried on with her duties ,
Now we reported this to our travel people as we thought they should be aware of the situation is there and to be honest we have had the results of what they call in-depth investigation ummmm right the hotel said nothing was reported we are lying ? Why would I lie about this I was in pain as luck happens my medication I take is a very strong pain relief ie (tramadol ) the pool was closed for a day (someone deposited a phoo ) on this holiday all I did was sit beside the pool sit by the sea sit and eat even this hurt my back I don’t won’t any compensation
All I want is to let other holiday makers be aware of what I and others have suffered
GOOD LUCK
- amysD8479JW (2/5): Awful. - Hotel is filthy and unsafe. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star. Youd regret coming here if you book. I could write all the negatives and concerns out but id be here for hours. Just believe all the other 1 star reviews, they are accurate.
The location is literally the only positive thing but even that isnt enough to put yourself through staying here.

- Paradise798327 (10/5): Fabulous - A lovely typical family run complex. After reading bad reviews I was concerned. Do not believe them. The place is a little gem. Very friendly staff can't do enough for you. A special thank you to Angeloa who owns the property. Also to Lily and Demetria on the bar. Also the cleaners who are very pleasant and helpful.
Lots of nice places to eat. Bus station nearby. A must on Wednesday is the pitstop to see Steve Welsh so funny 😁 😂 I have seen him before as I use to live in Cyprus.
We went with Jet 2 the facility to check your case in on day of departure was fantastic both the Jet 2 girls 👭 were helpful.
This allows you to go to airport straight through security and your case will be at the other end when you arrive back in UK.
Enclosed a few pics.
