La chambre spacieuse avec des lits confortables, calme avec 4 fenêtres donnant sur l'arrière, climatisation efficace. Un grand parking avec vidéosurveillance. Personnel très aimable le réceptionniste Pavle a proposé son aide pour les bagages et a réglé immédiatement le pb de clefs électroniques ; il nous a aussi fourni plans et conseils. Idem pour Milca qui a établi la facture avec le sourire. Au PdJ les serveuses sont aimables mais la conversation se fait plutôt par signes...Bref. nous reviendrons très certainement. Le PdJ pourrait être plus fourni ( absence de fruits frais mais une banane est très gentiment proposée après demande). Le café est dans une thermos, ça vaut la peine de prendre un capucine en supplément.

В душе очень скользкий пол в кабине. Дозатор шампуня и Геля для душа не работают. Виды из окна на мусорные баки. Матрас по моему мнению слишком мягкий.

A/C external unit is very noisy (room 501), so it should be fixed. Water facet at the bidet is out of function. To sum up, all of this is not a big deal.

Jednocześnie nasz apartament był nowoczesny i ogromny z jeszcze większym balkonem. Przed rezerwacją poprosiłem o pokój z widokiem na rzeką, prośba została spełniona. Dobre śniadania i świetny bar. Polecam wszystkim ten hotel.

They came and cleaned after we informed them. I had a sleepless night. I will not recommend it to anyone and I will not stay again.

The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms, but clean as were the towels and linen. Small balcony overlooked residential block of flats, and untidy gardens with overflowing rubbish where children were playing outside until late (11pm) Good air conditioning and WiFi worked well in all areas. No lift. Shower did not draim well and hadf tobe truned off mid shower to prevent flooding Large outside terrace for sitting and breakfast - no additionall services, like bar and snacks which is a missed opportunity. Breakfast was poor and badly laid out, there was a large group (big queue) at breakfast which meant delays and the food was not replenished very quickly, nor were tables cleaned quickly as they came free. Very average breakfast (possibly due to numbers) but limited continental style of a few cheeses and meat and one style of bread only, sugary sweet juices and limited tea/coffee options.

• Pinelopi41 (2/5): Keep away!!!! - The dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. It's supposed to be a 4* hotel, but the room 113 I stayed, had no TV, no refrigerator, no hot water, no phone. I asked for a new room but they denied twice. The food was awful, they offered one menu without asking or having a choice and the employees were rude and angry.

• Jtree350 (8/5): Not too bad for a few nights - Large hotel right across the river from old town Trebinje. Hotel was clean and comfortable but very dated. There is no elevator but the staircase is large and not very steep. Bathroom was good size but the shower was small. Breakfast was not very tasty, but it was included so there's that. Staff was friendly. Best thing about the hotel was the location. Just a short walk across a bridge and you're in old town.
• anjayo (8/5): Not a bad hotel for this value - The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is situated next to the most of the tourist attractions in Trebinje (old town, Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Cathedral, Arslanagića ćuprija and famous Hotel Platani). The hotel is about 3 kilometers far from the monastery Hercegovačka Gračanica (a must see in Trebinje) and a about 2 kilometers from a small city mall Bingo. Hotel itself is clean. The sheets were clean and towels changed every day. The staff was very polite especially in the restaurant. The only two things that I didn't like in this hotel is that hotel doesn't have an elevator (although the stairs were not to steep) and bathroom (a basin was a little bit cracked).

The location is great , near the center and it's clean.However , the food was really bad, not tasty at all,there was no elevator and the balcony of the room was very dangerous (balcony railings too low ). Wi-fi terrible. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars (maximum 3 stars). Just for basic things, cheap hotel near the center.
• tzd60820 (6/5): Good location, no elevator - The title sums our experience. We stayed two nights. First shock was no elevator. What? It could be a big problem specially for a handicap guests, Hotel is outdated, like a moving back to 80/90. However it was clean and the beds were comfy. The food was o.k. I liked an covered terrace, when the dining room was too busy during breakfast, it served as an overflow area, Great-great location, walk across the river to old town or to the main street with available shopping.
• My1000MilesTV (8/5): Excellent value and in the center of Trebinje! - I have a good experience with this hotel. The location is very good and the price was really nice. The room I got was a big double room with very comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was good, except for the carpet that seemed a bit worn out and dirty (but there were free slippers that I used). I stayed there in December and I appreciated the heating in the room a lot. The staff was nice and helpful. And since it was low season and there were not so many people staying at the hotel, I got to order the breakfast that was freshly made instead of eating from a buffet. One down side was that the Wifi was not strong in the my room. But I would stay here again.
• 496elenitac (2/5): To say the least, horrible! - Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for 2 nights! I have so many things to say!! The staff was really rude and unfriendly with us, probably because we were there with a school trip! When we arrived and we checked in we went directly to the restaurant because it was dinner time and they "couldn't" wait for us any longer, what can I say ! Let's not talk about food , because it was moderate! Our room had a problem with the card and the door was constantly making a noise "peep, peep ,peep" so we went to the reception and we told to an worker about it because we was worried they would blame us for ruining it (as it happened)and they gave us a key but they didn't try to fix it. Τhe next day , we took breakfast and it wasn't that great, probably not my taste because almost everything was marmalade based! We left the room around 10:00 am and we came back for dinner once again When we walked in our room we realized that the only thing that was changed was a bottle of water from the mini bar because we drank it the night before they cared only about the profit in other words (The water was also really expensive) The cleaner team didn't even took the trash out from the bathroom's bucket and they didn't replace our toilet paper so the last day we were forced to use our own tissue paper! So unprofessional Lastly, the grand finale!! They day we were checking out they made a scene about their broken door and they insisted that before we came the door was fine also they were arguing with our teachers and they threaten us they would call the police!! When we explained to them that we already told them about it they refused it.. They were almost ready to force us pay 150€ for a door that was already broken They also claimed that we broke a furniture that we didn't even used those two days!! Obviously because we were a school trip they were trying to make some money but luckily we had an agent that took care of it.. Definitely I am not suggesting it , horrible experience I felt like an idiot because we informed them and they tripped us , me and my roommates were about to cry but police took care of if
• Sandiefran (4/5): Very basic 3 star hotel - ALL INTERNET HOTEL BOOKING SITES NEED TO RE-ASSESS THIS HOTEL – IT IS NOT 4 *!!!! The “plus” is: Well positioned, close by the river with the old town opposite accessed by a nearby bridge. But: Hotel is set in a 1950’, 1960’s time warp. There is NO LIFT, Hotel staff carry the cases up to the rooms.My room was on the 6th level. The room keys have an electronic chip and this MUST face the wall when inserted for the power or it will not work. I cannot believe that this is rated at 4* (is this self-rated?) - it would scrape in maybe at 3*, certainly not 4*. My single room has a balcony – but no furniture, with a view across the river to the old town. The balcony doors have not been painted for years; the paint is all peeling – no way 4*. The door curtain is dirty and ripped. In the bathroom there was one towel and one hand towel, hair dryer and there was liquid soap and shampoo – does that constitute “amenities”? And why would a hotel list “toilet paper” in the room facilities? I thought that was a given! The shower was hot the first morning, though the shower fitting was very loose and had to be hand held, but on the second morning, there was NO hot water – cold showers all round. My single room was comfortable, but missing a lot of the things listed as basic inclusions on the websites. Many of the lights in the room were not connected – decoration only. At times the light switches worked and at other times they didn’t! The high bed was firm but comfortable, but only one pillow and made up with no top sheet, just an empty doona cover - doonas were in the wardrobe. The WiFi at night barely worked, just one band. I could read emails but was unable to send any replies. However, at 3am it worked reasonably well! Still showed just one band though. Many people could not get any signal in their rooms at all and had to use the main hotel areas. We came as part of a group, and had dinner and breakfast supplied. The first night dinner was chicken noodle soup – very much like from a packet. The main course was salad, a “seafood” risotto – very gluggy and contained a few small mussels and seafood extender! Yuk! Most people left it. There was also some more “seafood” in a tomato-based sauce. Dessert was a banana! One drink was included in our meal; a jug of water was supplied. Breakfast was buffet style! Absolute chaos! Four large groups (2 Greek, 1 Turkish, 1 German), pushing and shoving, taking and leaving plates of food. The poor staff were really behind it all trying to keep up, with clearing the tables. Where as we had set tables for the groups for dinner, breakfast was “free for all”! The second morning there were only two other groups, one Asian, one Northern European – all very civilized – just the luck of the draw! At dinner the second night we were the only ones in the restaurant. We had salad, cold meat and cheese and then a “grill”. A meat patty, (over cooked) small pork chop, two cevapi, a sausage and some half-cooked potato chips. I declined the dessert - a bruised pear. One drink and the water supplied.
• deryadenizsea (8/5): Average but Good Location” - The location of the hotel was pretty good to culture center and the river nearby. l was out at night walking and enjoying the neighborhood. The hotel was average, clean, quiet and nothing speacial. Food was tasty and fulling as well. You can prefer it.
• anitav202 (8/5): Lovely hotel, reasonable price - Even though a little bit outdated and still not entirely renovated, this is a lovely hotel in a beautiful stone building, characteristic of this area, located just a couple of minutes of walking from the heart of the charming Trebinje. There is a huge stone terrace in front of the hotel, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a nice view. I stayed for two nights in a single bedroom, which was perfectly clean, of a decent size, with a perfectly comfy bed, a modern bathroom and a cute balcony overlooking the most wonderful sight of the Trebišnjica river mirroring trees and small houses (no chairs on the balcony, though, but the window and the balcony-door are made of wood, you can rarely see those nowadays!!!!) WiFi was poor in the room and disconnecting all the time. The hotel has no lift, but it boasts a grandiose staircase. All meals offered a wide choice of food and sweets, but I was a little bit disappointed with the food, especially knowing that the food was so delicious everywhere in this area. No fruit for breakfast. The reception-desk ladies were extremely professional, polite and helpful. On the other hand, the restaurant and the bar staff were extremely clumsy. Prices are more than reasonable. I am glad to recommend this hotel.
