- Stefan (10/5): - Everything was perfect - the rooms are renovated and big enough, well soundproofed and comfortable. The lobby bar is amazing, the restaurant offers good variety of food (local and international). All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

- Janine (7/5): Voor 1 nacht oké. - Praktisch gelegen voor een eerste of laatste nacht en afstand naar het vliegveld van Skopje Sfeerloos. Dunne wanden en congres/feestlocatie waardoor harde muziek tot laat in de avond/begin nacht. Daarnaast douche in een bad wat niet hee fijn is. Ontbijt voldoende, niet bijzonder.

Soba čista, uredna, prijatan miris, nemate onaj hotelski osećaj. Kreveti zaista udobni, oduševili su nas veliki jastuci. U sobi u kojoj smo boravili ventilator u kupatilu se nije palio automatski, zajedno sa svetlom, tj.nije radio.

- Vladimir (10/5): A nice hotel in Skopje - The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and very well designed. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. They offer free tea and water bottles in the room. The internet connection is good. The bed was comfortable. The room had a beautiful view of the river. The entrance hall of the hotel is beautiful, particularly the wall paintings. Breakfast is very good, and so are lunch options. The staff is very nice and welcoming. A large park is near the hotel as well as the river which is very nice to take a walk next to. There is free parking at the hotel. The water in the pool was cold. Part of the area around the hotel are some buildings that look poorly maintained. I did not notice shops nearby.

- Kumrija (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel erfüllt alle Bedürfnise. - Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber. Nettes Personal. Sehr schöne Aussicht aufgrund wir auch im 5. Stock waren. Frühstück viel Auswahl. Der Kaffe war übrigens sehr lecker. Wasser uím Zimmer auch vorhanden. Betten sehr gemütlich, Der Fernsehen hatte keine Deutschprogramme und war leider kein Smart TV. Leider auch keine dusche vorhanden nur Badewanne.

- Scott (7/5): It was a good hotel and I could see us going back. But would like for them to change the mattresses. - Breakfast was good. A nice selection but most food was cold. Especially on the day we left (Sunday). The beds, for us, were horrible. Plus, the sheets and duvet cover had some holes in them. The hotel was beautiful and it was located in a great area. Close to all things we needed to do. The staff was super friendly and always gave us 100%. The beds were uncomfortable for us and the bathroom needed better upkeep. Not the cleaning but clean up after maintenance repairs.

- Ermin (6/5): - Het ontbijt was prima en er was voldoende keuze. De koffie daarentegen viel wat tegen; er werden oude koffieapparaten gebruikt die aan vervanging toe zijn en bovendien beter schoongemaakt hadden mogen worden. Positief was dan weer het slaapcomfort – het bed en de kussens waren van uitstekende kwaliteit en zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. De badkamer had schoner gekund; er lagen nog duidelijk haren, wat niet prettig was. Verder waren het bed en de kussens uitstekend – erg comfortabel. Helaas oogde de badkamer als geheel wat verouderd. Hier zou echt in geïnvesteerd moeten worden, want het voldoet niet meer aan de huidige standaarden. Een grondige opknapbeurt is noodzakelijk. Daarnaast was ik teleurgesteld in de spa-faciliteiten. De prijs van €25 per persoon voor wat in feite een klein zwembad is, is te hoog – zeker voor Macedonische begrippen én gezien het beperkte aanbod van de spa. Dit zou klantvriendelijker en beter geprijsd moeten worden.
