- Nyeem (5/5): Stunning views and great location, but critical heating issue for families - The hotel offers an exceptional setting with a magnificent view from the room. Being 'in the middle of nowhere' provides a wonderful sense of peace and quiet, far from any disturbances, yet it remains conveniently accessible. It is a true haven of peace for nature lovers. We experienced a major issue regarding the heating. During our stay on the night of April 1st, while the outside temperature dropped to -2 °C, the heating was completely cut off around 10 PM and only came back on in the morning. The owner might say "It's a feature, not a bug" for energy saving. While the room seemed well-insulated, it was not enough to maintain a proper temperature for that many hours without active heating, especially with the large windows and curtains that were not heavy enough to block the cold effectively. Of course, this situation might not affect all travelers, but for a family-friendly establishment, it was unacceptable. Our 18-month-old son does not keep his blankets on at night, so being offered extra blankets was of no use. Letting a toddler sleep in a room that cools down significantly throughout the night is inadmissible. It is a real shame because the location is superb, but the basic comfort was not met for a young child.
- Jeřábková (10/5): NÁDHERNÉ PROSTŘEDÍ I UBYTOVÁNÍ - VŘELE DOPORUČUJEME A VRÁTÍME SE :) - Loaklita byla jedinečná, apartmány velice vkusně a účelově zařízeny, velmi prostorné, velmi dobře řešené tak, aby se hosté navzájem nerušili. Zařízení interiéru jedinečné, realizované s velkým vkusem a citem. Cítili jsme se zde opravdu luxusně a jako doma. Perfektní byla možnost využití sauny - opět velkorysý, vkusně a účelě zařízený relaxační prosotr. Nabídku snídaní jsme nevyužili, vychutnávali jsme si je v apartmánu :) V době, kdy jsme Alpengarten navštívili - od 2. do 6. 4. 2026 - již nebyl v provozu lyžařský areál ANKOGEL, kam jsme se chystali. Z dostupných informací před cestou nebylo zřejmé, že je již od poloviny března uzavřený. Dojížděli jsme tak do vzdálenějšího areálu na Moltaller Gletcher - což byla cesta skibusem cca 23 km a trvala třičtvrtě hodiny. Cestu jsme ale pojali jako vyhlídkovou jízdu :) - bylo na co se dívat - a tuto neplánovanou situaci jsme vzali jako realitu. Lyžování na Moltelleru bylo SKVĚLÉ.

- Alice (3/5): Je ne recommande pas - Les hôtes nous ont bien accueils et étaient arrangeants pour l’heure d’arrivé. Nous avions réservé un appartement de 70m2 avec soit disant 2 chambres. L’appartement n’était composé que de 2 pièce ce qui signifie que l’un des lit était au milieux de la pièce à vivre. La configuration était tout sauf agréable et la superficie était loin des 70m2. Les matelas était terriblement mou et les oreillers ne proposaient aucun confort. L’appartement dans sa globalité était sale, des traces sur la table à manger, des miette et de la nourriture périmé dans le frigo, une vaisselle salle pleine de traces et il en vas de même pour les sanitaires et la douche. L’éclairage n’était pas agréable non plus et le passage entre les meubles et le lit était très étroit.

Apartamenty są przestronne, jasne i czyste – naprawdę można poczuć się jak w domu. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu, co było dla nas dużym atutem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują właściciele – przemili, serdeczni i niezwykle pomocni. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się mile widziani, a każda prośba czy pytanie spotykały się z życzliwością. Lokalizacja jest cudowna – bliskość lodowca i tras narciarskich sprawia, że to idealne miejsce na wyjazd na narty. Spokój, piękne widoki i świetne warunki narciarskie tworzą doskonałą atmosferę do wypoczynku. Z czystym sercem polecamy to miejsce – na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Het was een reis terug naar vroeger toen ik nog jong was.😉 Dat het volk dat er ook verbleef zoals CZ,RO,BG zeer luidruchtig zijn en geen rekening houden met andere mensen en dat deze niet thuis horen als ze zich niet kunnen gedragen . Moeten wij ook niet in hun land doen.🤨

- Makuch (10/5): Cudownie się tam odpoczywa 💙 - Ciepło, zadbanie, lokalizacja, piękne położenie w ciszy w dolinie pośród Alp, zapach, pomieszczenie do suszenia butów narciarskich, możliwość korzystania z sauny po nartach w cenie pobytu. Konieczność wynoszenia śmieci po zakończeniu pobytu.
- Ana (10/5): Odlično zimovanje, predivne staze za skijanje i priroda. - Priroda, skijalište, kultura... Nepredviđeni troškovi prolaska autom kroz tunel. Nismo imali dostupne informacije pre dolaska na zimovanje o načinu prolaska kroz dolinu do glavnog skijališta Bad Gastein. Dodatno: Na naplatnom mestu za tunel postoji samo istaknuta cena naplate za jedan smer. Niko ne daje informacije (pismeno, usmeno) o mogućnosti plaćanja za više dana. Imali smo nepredviđene troškove od 140 eura.

- Lucie (10/5): We will definitely come back! - The apartment pleasantly surprised us right upon arrival – it was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, and absolutely ideal for our family of four. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were more than enough towels available. A big bonus for us was having two bathrooms, which we truly appreciated. The owners are extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, and throughout our stay we felt genuinely welcome. We traveled with our eight-month-old female dog, about the size of a Labrador, and it was absolutely no problem. It’s clear that the accommodation is truly dog-friendly. Both the apartment and the surrounding area are perfectly suited for guests with dogs and offer wonderful opportunities for walks. Mallnitz is a charming and peaceful little town, easily reachable on foot. Although there is a nearby train station, the train cannot be heard at all and does not disturb the stay in any way. We already know that we would love to come back in summer – this place truly won us over. -

- Jozef (9/5): - Duży apartament, zadbany, winda, miła i pomocna obsługa. Lokalizacja nad rzeczką Wprawdzie dwie łazienki ale zlokalizowane przy sypialniach. Brak wspólnej łazienki na korytarzu uniemożliwia bezkolizyjne korzystanie dla osób korzystających tylko z salonu oczywiście w przypadku grupy znajomych. I bardzo ciemne oświetlenie - książek nie da się czytać 😀

- woźniak (10/5): - Właściciele super, lokalizacja idealna piękne miejsce 😊 Polecam wszystkim z dziećmi i psem. Pensjonat posiada windę! Piękne widoki z balkonu. Czysto pachnąco, przywitano nas prezentem słodkości i oczywiście nie zapomniano o naszym piesku który otrzymał przysmaki w prezencie. Jesteśmy zachwyceni ❤️🏞️🙏
