• Franck (9/5): Très bon hôtel dans cette gamme de prix. - L'emplacement est parfait, très proche des remontées mécaniques. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. La chambre est confortable. Les petits déjeuners et dîners sous forme de buffet à volonté sont très bons, et il y a beaucoup de choix. Je recommande cet hôtel. Il manque quelques portes manteaux dans la chambre pour les affaires de ski.

• Yvonne (8/5): Good Value for Money for a hotel 5mins walking distance to the telecabina. It would be 5-stars if not for the lack of so - Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed in a good size room. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good with a great varieties and changes every night. Their dog leila is super cute and friendly, making the hotel homey and more personal. Sound insulation for room is bad especially noise through the door. Unfortunately, some guests of the hotels were very inconsiderate speaking loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night when returned to their rooms, slamping doors, and dragging furniture in the rooms on tiled floor, causing sleep disturbances every night. The staff was very kind to change us to a far corner room it helped but we could still hear noise from talking very loudly at the corridor waking us up.

El buffet del desayuno y la cena muy completo y bueno. Tuvimos plaza de aparcamiento durante toda nuestra estancia. No tengo nada malo que decir de este alojamiento, estuvo todo muy bien.

A comida é excelente e conseguimos lugar na garagem durante toda a estadia. O hotel disponibiliza ainda cacifos gratuitos para o equipamento de ski. Todas as zonas do hotel são muito acolhedoras, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. A internet.

• Elena (10/5): Outstanding value for money! - Close to the lifts and everything. My room and bathroom was spacious, in excellent condition and with very comfortable beds. Good food in the restaurant (not Micheline-starred but large selection and very filling), ski locker (not heated) and PC-size room safe available for €10 deposit each. Very quite at night. Bus stop to Andorra-la-Vella at 30 sec walk. Very helpful staff. I had 3 different reservations for my stay and they managed to keep me in the same room. I will return! Intermittent Wi-Fi, sometimes good speed, sometimes not working at all, and you need to log in at least 2 times a day. Limited storage space.

• CarlosMarthin (9/5): **"Crítica constructiva: Imprescindible mejorar la conectividad y el estándar de descanso"** - Ubicación, ser un hotel correcto comida muy bien Quisiera compartir con ustedes algunos puntos de mi reciente estancia que creo que podrían mejorar significativamente la experiencia del huésped. En primer lugar, como profesional que trabaja viajando por el mundo, la conectividad es vital. Lamentablemente, encontré que **la tecnología del hotel está obsoleta y el internet es débil e inestable**, con desconexiones frecuentes. Para quienes trabajamos con portátiles online, es fundamental contar con una red con potencia y estabilidad. Incluso sugeriría ofrecer una conexión "premium" de pago si eso garantizara una calidad profesional, ya que la actual dificulta mucho el flujo de trabajo. Por otro lado, el descanso es clave y **los colchones deberían tener una calidad superior**. Existen muchas marcas en el mercado con precios competitivos para el sector hotelero; renovarlos marcaría una gran diferencia en el confort. Finalmente, la zona de baño necesita una actualización. **La grifería de la ducha y el mobiliario general del baño se sienten antiguos.** Sería muy positivo renovar los elementos y optar por platos de ducha o bañeras con un diseño más actual y funcional. • Fernando (8/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio para esquiar. - Desayuno y cenas básicos pero completos, sin lujos pero buenos. A 5' del telecabina de Soldeu. Camas cómodas. Pocas plazas de parking y el primero en llegar es el primero en llevársela. Hay un parking de la ORA justo al lado, pero puede que esté lleno también. El parking del telecabina está cerca también.

• Daniel (9/5): - El buen mantenimiento de instalaciones, habitaciones, mobiliario, se puede palpar la excelente limpieza del hotel en cualquier rincón. Contrario a lo que a veces muchos clientes opinan en todos los hoteles, la gran variedad de oferta gastronòmica no va lligada a mejor calidad. Hotel Maistre tiene una oferta gastronòmica muy recomendable, de calidad , variada pero sin tener propuesta de platos adicional de poco valor nutritivo. Pescado plancha y Carne elaborada o plancha con valor nutritivo. Es decir menú variado de segundos platos pero con calidad notable y sentido para todos los gustos o preferencias de clientes.

• Arcadi (5/5): Habitació petita i llit incòmode - L'atenció del personal i l'esmorzar. La mida de l'habitació, molt petita, el llit estava ple de bonys i era incòmode, feia baixada i era dur com una pedra. Els coixins no eren confortables, era un coixi llarg per a dos persones estret i dur. La calefacció del bany no funcionava i vaig trobar pèls llargs a dins de la banyera. És un hotel una mica antic. Tot i que el personal va ser molt amable les instalacions són antigues i poc renovades, sobretot les habitacions.

• Saray (6/5): Hotel acogedor - la ubicación, es un hotel familiar y acogedor. El personal es amable. Que acepten mascotas. No me gusta que acepten mascotas, te cobren suplemento y ni siquiera te dejen en la habitación nada para ellos. Mínimo un bol para agua y algún complemento por el suplemento. Que no te dejen acceder al comedor tampoco tiene lógica si aceptan perros deben poder acceder.
